餐廳提供多款不同味道的湯底供客人選擇，四次選擇了壽喜燒湯底及韓國辣泡菜湯底，兩款都各有特色。上枱的時候小熊就坐在湯底的中間，樣子十分趣緻，本來以為小熊是由冰凍的湯所製造，但原來小熊是啫哩狀的高湯，會隨著溫度慢慢融化，令湯底變得更加濃稠。壽喜燒湯底非常清甜，配搭肉類增加了不少鮮味。另一邊相辣湯底已酸辣為主調，而且辣味不算太重，給人開胃的感覺。
The restaurant provides a variety of soup bases for customers to choose from. On four different occasions, I selected the Sukiyaki broth and the Korean Spicy Kimchi broth, both of which are unique in their own right. When served, the bear sits charmingly in the center of the broth, making for a delightful presentation. Initially, I assumed the bear was made from frozen broth, but it is actually a gelatinous stock that gradually melts with heat, thickening the broth further. The Sukiyaki broth is notably sweet, enhancing the umami flavor of the meats. In contrast, the spicy broth features a tangy and spicy profile that isn't overwhelmingly hot, providing an appetizing kick.

每個套餐都備有蔬菜籃及烏冬，蔬菜非常新鮮而且款式十分多，配搭每樣湯底都非常適合，烏冬味道可以接受，不過不算非常爽口彈牙
Each set meal comes with a vegetable basket and udon noodles. The vegetables are very fresh and diverse, complementing each soup base well. The udon has a palatable flavor, although it is not particularly chewy.

❌由於餐廳的位置是處於食街之內，所以比較隱蔽，不熟悉的客人需要多花一些時間尋找
Since the restaurant is located within a food street, it is relatively hidden; unfamiliar guests may need extra time to locate it.

✅雖然之前看到不少待應生的劣評，但是時次次光顧覺得服務態度也可以接受
Although I had noticed several unfavorable reviews regarding the service staff previously, I found the service attitude acceptable during my visits.
❌下單之後取清水及結帳都是自助形式，所以不算有太多服務可言
Ordering, fetching water, and payment are all self-service, so there is not an abundance of service involved.
