我地揀左壽司set,總共有12件壽司🍣,仲有茶碗蒸、沙律🥗、甜品、味增湯同少少麵。壽司用嘅係赤醋米,個人覺得偏酸同重味,不過飯嘅質地同size都剛剛好,最尾食完唔會飽到頂住。

第一次食雲殿係好友帶路,第二次係老闆請今次係我兩公婆二人世界里件上次食,係咪好有老派師傅既手勢我見佢甘靚先食(舊年我係尖沙咀某店食秋刀魚,食到想吐,見到都驚,足足一年冇再食)沙律及蒸蛋魷魚白蝦膠膠地鮮味夠帶子最原始加小小鹽,完全不需要花巧,已經好好味至愛海膽我好少記得魚既名,因為間間壽司店既魚都是大同小異最緊要係新鮮同師傅處理好,甘差極有限不可以錯過的筋子及玉子燒係杯咖啡偏酸,不合我口味姐(我本身鐘意濃D)後話~最近飲食業受到好大沖激,特別是鮨店,執下一間,執下又一間,去親相熟店都話吾知可以頂到幾耐,衰過之前之前...

而家香港嘅Omakase已經越嚟越貴同埋周圍都開晒, 質素都可以好參差。好難得又可以見到一間omakase開咗啦今次特登嚟到中環食呢間雲殿,680加10%就食到佢個12貫menu雖然而家入口香港嘅日本海產少咗好多,但係作為我哋cant live without omakase嘅人唯有食少啲 呢間餐廳最令我印象深刻就係見到有好多客人自己帶酒過來,然之後會俾你喺佢個酒杯嘅盤上面揀一隻杯,然之後廚師會一路整一路同大家飲酒談笑風生,omakase唔係單單淨係體驗食材,整體嘅vibe都會係一個好好嘅體驗
