本人喜愛的食店又少一間。。。 今天叫了一份咸水角,等了10分鐘才上枱,結果是一碟叮過龍的點心,十分難食。 向黑衫主管投訴,單是取消左,但講了3次食物冇問題,但會取消呢張單。。。 激氣! 再來一碟棉花雞,塊棉花冇發過,又硬又膠,件雞大件到一啖食唔到。。。失望,失望。。。

因在黃金睇嘢, 睇上路過見到很多人排隊, 所以一試!7樣點心, 合共190元, 其實不算貴!環境也算光鮮!至於食物質素, 我會以中間偏上來形容, 但沒有驚喜和特出! Anyway, 此店都可以試下, 但水準一定比太子的一點心有所不及!

工作的關係,錯過了午飯正餐的時間,反正人在深水埗,距公司不遠,索性吃少許東西才返回公司拼博。路經功夫點心店,且看功力如何。蝦腸的皮頗厚,未夠滑,蝦是原隻的,不過是蝦仁。至於韮王僅有寥寥數段,香氣不突出。蝦餃的蝦算大隻,惟餃皮亦厚,顯不出蝦的鮮味。兼且調味嚴重不足,需蘸點腸粉的豉油同吃才有多少味道。這個菌香鮮蝦菜苗餃已是最好的了。餃皮薄之餘,肉餡果然有菌香;蝦和菜苗的比例亦恰當,每口都有蝦有菜有菌,不俗。點心的功夫部份是到家的,部份則要提升功力了。

今日約左朋友去深水埗食野,行過呢間功夫點心,見入面都幾多人,就淰住試下。入到去,朋友叫左普洱茶,原來茶位成10蚊,都幾貴下。我立刻打開點心紙,發覺其實呢間點心店菜式唔算多,多數都係平時酒樓食開噶,不過價錢都幾合理。我地點左馬拉糕,香煎糯米雞,雲吞雞,小籠包,鹹水角同埋燒賣。呢個香煎糯米雞比到驚喜我地,好好味,不過糯米始終都易飽肚,所以食完都已經覺得小小飽啦。呢個小籠包好令人失望,皮厚肉少,而且無麼汁。馬拉糕唔錯,好鬆軟。朋友好中意,食左四件,之後仲叫多一份打包返屋企比屋企人食。燒賣不過不失啦。不過勝在餡多。雲吞雞,湯底唔錯,幾好飲。娃娃菜都幾清甜,不過雞就有d鞋。鹹水角都好好味,好脆好香口,不過略嫌內餡比較少。整體唔錯,我地已經淰埋下次再離食可以試下腸粉,因為見隔離檯噶賣相唔錯。

有一段時間,晌香港成日聽到啲黑心食物,即喺啲極有問題嘅食物,用啲變壞嘅食材,或用啲污糟嘅手法去做嘅食物,近依年好似少咗啲,間中先有啲零星個案。最近,朋友送咗盒「黑心」月餅俾我,但放心,絕對唔喺食壞人嘅黑心食物,喺嚟自功夫點心嘅「蛋黃芝麻月」。印象中,我記得舊年都收過,當我諗住又喺一模一樣嘅時候,打開睇睇,發覺有啲唔同,唔單止「黑心」,仲喺「黑」到出樣,連外皮都加入黑芝麻醬去做。一盒有4個迷你裝嘅蛋黃芝麻月餅,全新獨立包裝。一打開包裝,嗰朕芝麻香味好澎湃,每個月餅都印上「功夫」二字,清晰可見。因為成個都喺黑色,所以,皮、餡都分得唔喺好清條界線,但內裡全部都喺芝麻蓮蓉餡,清甜之餘,芝麻味十分突出,口感亦算軟滑,加上不論餅皮定餡心都混入白芝麻,極具咬口;每個月餅只有一隻鹹蛋黃,而且,唔喺好大個,所以,比起其他嘅雙黃、三黃,依款月餅相對健康少少。回顧返舊年個食評,無混入白芝麻粒,亦只有餡心加入黑芝麻醬,未喺全黑,所以,今年改良過嘅蛋黃芝麻月更好食,老婆仲超讚添!多謝老友心意,讓小弟今個中秋又多試一款製作有心思嘅月餅。

因為成個都喺黑色,所以,皮、餡都分得唔喺好清條界線,但內裡全部都喺芝麻蓮蓉餡,清甜之餘,芝麻味十分突出,口感亦算軟滑,加上不論餅皮定餡心都混入白芝麻,極具咬口
;每個月餅只有一隻鹹蛋黃,而且,唔喺好大個,所以,比起其他嘅雙黃、三黃,依款月餅相對健康少少。回顧返舊年個食評,無混入白芝麻粒,亦只有餡心加入黑芝麻醬,未喺全黑,所以,今年改良過嘅蛋黃芝麻月更好食,老婆仲超讚添!
