係Facebook見到銅鑼灣有間食Pancake既餐廳,比佢既賣相吸引之下就同女朋友一齊黎左。黎到睇menu先知Pancake既選擇係一千零-款,蜜瓜Pancake,但睇賣相同description的確好吸引,仲要限量50份,以香港人對pancake既瘋狂度,有啲驚食唔到。好彩呢件事冇發生到。我地只為pancake而黎,最後係好滿足甘離開。pancake一到已經聞到密瓜果種香味,好清新好甜美,已經即刻令我食欲大增。蜜瓜咬落好甜,食完d蜜瓜味仲依然係口腔縈繞三日甘上下。再食一啖Pancake。嘩!口感鬆軟得過份。Pancake上面仲有一球蜜瓜雪糕,無蜜瓜咁甜,係偏向清新可以中和飽膩感。暫時係個人pancake排行榜no.1,比我去日本食Grxx更出色。不過價錢方面係略貴,仲要貴過grxx最貴果款一半。

同朋友行開世貿呢邊想食飯,搵到呢間新開張餐廳,本身都鍾意食日本咖哩同奄列,所以決定一試。餐廳位置之前都係日本cafe,位置唔算顯眼,不過行開銅鑼灣嘅,應該唔難搵。8點几嚟到唔駛等位,坐位算寬敞,坐得舒服。今日可能人唔多,幾安靜,幾適合傾偈。Order 咗羅勒忌廉汁大蝦意粉同和牛漢堡咖哩蛋包飯。可能人唔多,上菜都好快,只係等咗10分鐘左右。意粉羅勒忌廉汁幾特別幾香,意粉軟硬適中,蝦唔算大,但有6隻,份量算多,整體夾起嚟係好食嘅。我個人比較鍾意和牛漢堡咖哩蛋包飯,因為鍾意咖哩蛋包飯。呢個蛋包飯蛋滑有蛋香,同咖哩好夾,咖哩香且滑,漢堡有肉香唔鞋,而且份量唔算少,性價比高。食完正餐,再加咗個飯後甜品綠茶芭菲配心大軟,芭菲配搭豐富,有綠茶布丁、綠茶雪糟、忌廉、朱古力等,上面加個心太軟,睇到都開心,只係心太軟唔夠軟,唔夠流心,普通咗啲,但芭菲好味。因為整體唔錯,而且menu 入面仲有其他嘢想試,所以會再幫襯。

。可能人唔多,上菜都好快,只係等咗10分鐘左右。


意粉羅勒忌廉汁幾特別幾香,意粉軟硬適中,蝦唔算大,但有6隻,份量算多,整體夾起嚟係好食嘅。
我個人比較鍾意和牛漢堡咖哩蛋包飯,因為鍾意咖哩蛋包飯
。呢個蛋包飯蛋滑有蛋香,同咖哩好夾,咖哩香且滑,漢堡有肉香唔鞋,而且份量唔算少,性價比高



食完正餐,再加咗個飯後甜品綠茶芭菲配心大軟,芭菲配搭豐富,有綠茶布丁、綠茶雪糟、忌廉、朱古力等,上面加個心太軟,睇到都開心,只係心太軟唔夠軟,唔夠流心,普通咗啲,但芭菲好味。




因為整體唔錯,而且menu 入面仲有其他嘢想試,所以會再幫襯。

最後一個主菜係吉列豚肉佐咖哩蛋包飯。我哋食完之後都極推介呢個蛋包飯!首先,個豚肉好有肉味,而外面炸到卜卜脆,非常香口!因為係日式咖哩,所以個咖哩係偏甜,又唔會好辣。個飯都好有誠意,係蕃茄炒飯。最令我哋欣賞嘅係個蛋,因為佢好滑又香甜,我哋估應該係加咗啲忌廉或者牛奶。香滑嫩口嘅雞蛋包住蕃茄炒飯再上香甜嘅咖哩同埋啖啖脆卜卜嘅豬扒,真係超滿足!

另外我哋仲叫咗兩份甜品,包括靜岡蜜瓜招牌班戟同草莓法式多士。雖然兩款甜品都有啲貴,不過因為有日本水果,所以我哋就決定豪一次!班戟製作需時三十分鐘,所以可以提早落單。我哋食完主菜隔一陣就有甜品嚕。個班戟質感比想像中實,唔係好鬆軟,就勝在有蛋香。好彩個蜜瓜係預期嘅青甜多汁。班戟加蜜瓜,配埋忌廉同蜜瓜雪糕,味道好夾!

臨走時,我哋發現原來兩點半之後有下午茶餐,價錢係主餐單嘅一半!超抵!所以我哋都話要再嚟食下午茶!
整體呢講,我哋都好滿意呢餐,雖然價錢少貴,但真係用日本新鮮食材,而且配搭有驚喜,所以我哋都好推介呢間餐廳!
Other Info. : 值得一讚嘅係呢度嘅員工好有耐性同禮貌,佢哋好有耐性咁幫我哋幾位港女影合照,喺我哋發現啲相太光時,佢哋仲主動幫我哋就位影多幾張!

銅鑼灣世貿開咗間新的餐廳,之前已經聽過家姐講過話呢間幾好食(其他分店)㗎!本來係想去打邊爐的,但係想食嗰間嘢的 通風系統麻麻地,最後就揀咗呢一間新開的餐廳啦!我揀咗牛肉壽喜燒上枱時,店員好有提醒我如果怕牛肉太生,可以反轉涮一陣。我覺得湯底夠熱, 有甜又有鹹味, 牛肉都幾薄,有幾片,唔會韌,金菇好爽甜,不過隻蛋唔夠香。吉列豚肉佐咖哩蛋包飯豚肉炸得唔錯,肉質靚, 咖哩蛋包飯味道好香,份量亦都好足夠。午餐加$20就可以有一款沙律、湯和一杯飲品, 如果想杯飲品係綠茶系列,就要另外再加多$20。沙律味道一般啦! 但係我最鍾意就係嗰個粟米忌廉湯,夠熱,味道濃烈,粟米粒又甜。至於對個杯檸檬紅茶就有啲失望喇!因為有少少苦澀。凍抹茶紅豆拿鐵紅豆係分開上的,而抹茶都唔係太大杯,不過茶和紅豆的味道就好濃鬱。

我揀咗牛肉壽喜燒
上枱時,店員好有提醒我如果怕牛肉太生,可以反轉涮一陣。我覺得湯底夠熱, 有甜又有鹹味, 牛肉都幾薄,有幾片,唔會韌,金菇好爽甜,不過隻蛋唔夠香。
