slow cooked 嘅五花腩真係好嫩,有種入口即溶嘅感覺,上面層脆皮亦都煮得啱啱好,唔會好腍好難切開。擺盤做得好仔細,蘋果蓉嘅份量同肉比例簡直完美,完全唔會浪費,就連五花腩下面嘅雜菌都好出色!食過其他餐廳,連埋加一,三百蚊都未必有咁高質素。總括而言,可以encore!不得不提嘅係,服務態度真係好好、好細心,正想舉手問佢要多杯水,一擰轉頭就見到佢拎住壺水行過嚟喇整體環境都好舒服

今早去油麻地搵完朋友,有D肚餓想食西餐,路過見到呢間新開嘅樓上cafe,就上去試下。裝修簡約,採光度十足,店員都十分友善,主動介紹店內推介菜式,我地試左牛面肉同埋蒜蓉大蝦意粉,兩個都好好味!另外點左一杯Mocha和熱朱古力,有好可愛的圖案,舒舒服服咁嘆左個lunch。喺繁忙嘅彌敦道又多個好選擇啦!😋😋

今日剛好在旺角見客,行過嚟敦道,看見有間新餐廳剛開張沒多久,就選擇了和客人在這餐廳談生意。餐廳環境十分寬敞,采光十分充足,非常適合少人聚餐,見客傾生意。叫了半隻燒春雞,,春雞的處理非常合適,外脆內嫩,不會像一般街外吃到的。味道十分濃郁而且十分之香。另外墨西哥雞翼,非常惹味香口,是一種一試難忘的味道。至於青口,是想像不了的香茅味道。未曾嘗試過原來用香茅嚟煮青口是何其的鮮味,我一般都是用白酒煮,原來香茅也是一個新的衝擊。最後用一用了一杯latte來作結尾,咖啡味道香濃。

旺角又有新cafe,見meun都幾吸引,就特登book左試下同朋友食生日飯。限堂食令之下只能約食lunch,不過我哋都冇叫lunch set,而係直接叫main menu。Appetizer 叫左個炸軟殼蟹,食落酥脆香口,加啲檸檬汁就更加鮮甜。main就叫左Chilli & garlic prawn linguini 同 Braised beef cheek. 明蝦份量慷慨,扁意粉啱啱好唔會太硬或者淋,有好香嘅蒜味。個牛煮得好淋好入味,側邊伴碟嘅紅蘿蔔都有牛味,出色。咖啡我同朋友都叫咗Mocha,拉花係熊仔好得意!老闆話係用比利時朱古力沖嘅,唔會太甜,咖啡味同朱古力味都好香。因為朋友生日,我特登叫咗個cream brûlée’s 當係蛋糕同佢食仲預先訂位嘅時候已經叫店員幫我寫生日快樂喺碟上面! 呢個焦糖燉蛋真係好出色,蛋味好香又唔會過甜,兩個人食啱啱好!

main就叫左Chilli & garlic prawn linguini 同 Braised beef cheek. 明蝦份量慷慨,扁意粉啱啱好唔會太硬或者淋,有好香嘅蒜味。個牛煮得好淋好入味,側邊伴碟嘅紅蘿蔔都有牛味,出色。
