平日去長州有部分餐廳都無開去閒逛嘅時候見到呢間嘅環境唔錯,天氣又好熱就直接入去坐吓呢間餐廳嘅水都有薄荷葉,有少少清涼嘅感覺因為唔太餓,我哋叫咗兩個set lunch menu試吓第一個上菜嘅係「沙嗲豬肉串燒配椰醬飯」因為都係即叫即整,所以上菜都係熱辣辣😋但成個飯最令我深刻印象嘅係配飯嘅辣醬好惹味🤭,配飯一流最後就係「咖喱燒雞配太陽蛋🍳飯」燒雞嘅雞皮好脆,雞肉都唔會太乾👍🏻👍🏻配上香辣嘅咖喱汁,好快我哋又KO咗兩碟飯🍛午餐menu送杯青檸熱飲,可以解膩因為行到攰攰哋,所以我哋食完都抖咗陣先走悠閑噤過咗個幾鐘先離開雖然係小店但係睇得出佢哋有用心煮食長州太多觀光客,一啲出名嘅店舖反而太匆忙同擠擁呢度裝修又靚,唔會有趕急嘅感覺 continue reading

  這次去長洲記起有間Vegan Friendly小店,當然要去食下。店主是新加坡人加印尼華僑,椰漿飯、印尼炒麵和沙嗲都非常吸引,參巴醬有特別炒製一個純素無五辛版本,落單時講清楚食素就可以了。嚟食 LA EAT設室外座位,坐在大榕樹下吃素都幾寫意丫。外面有四張檯可以坐,吹下海風咁樣。店入面就係廚房和收銀。主打三款套餐都有素食版本,配菜可以揀時令雜菜或者雞脾菇,椰漿飯、印尼炒麵和咖喱都好吸引丫。仲可以加錢配印尼沙律。熱桔仔蜜糖綠茶跟餐的桔仔茶真係有桔仔,唔食蜜糖的記得走一下。輕量加多加多 +HK$20有芽菜、青瓜、薯仔、炸豆卜和雞蛋,再淋上沙爹醬,吃起來清新,沙爹醬並沒有太濃味。Nasi Lemak 配烤雞脾菇 HK$78椰漿飯就是用椰漿取代水再加上香料煮的飯,食落有淡淡椰香,撈埋花生青瓜參巴醬食的確風味十足㗎。特製的素食參巴醬,用辣椒、南薑和各種香料炒製,都要炒幾個鐘㗎,起左五辛持齋都可以放心食。 continue reading
