Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 食物新鮮,巴東牛肉椰漿飯好味,串燒豬肉同雞肉燒得剛剛好。海南雞飯等咗比較耐但值得等,雞肉嫩滑而且個油飯超級香,飯仍然是亁爽的没有很油。接骨木花梳打唔止睇得仲好好飲!店主很親切,下次再到長洲一定再幫襯!

大概5,6點,行到有啲肚餓,咁岩落緊大雨,行左好耐都無頭緒想食啲咩。結果係比La eat嘅裝修報置吸引左,喺餐廳外面見到內裏柔和嘅光線,比人一種好舒服好有情調嘅感覺。入到去再發現餐廳所有物品都好有心思,例如係餐桌上嘅鮮花、桌燈、天花板燈嘅線都十分整理,無外露出嚟。再睇一睇餐牌,睇個餐牌就知道啲食物唔會唔好食,當一間餐廳主打幾款食物,代表廚師對呢幾款招牌精心鑽研過。我地叫左秘製香雞椰漿飯,每粒飯都食到椰漿嘅香味 ,而廚師上菜時亦都有提醒我哋將佢哋自家製參巴醬撈勻啲飯一齊食。參巴醬香辣惹味,再加上椰漿飯嘅甜味,令到成個飯嘅味道層次十分豐富。連女朋友唔食飯都忍唔住同我一齊食晒成個飯。而佢哋秘製香雞亦十分出色,雞皮香脆,雞皮同雞肉都充滿香茅嘅香味。出面好多餐廳只會雞皮有味,原因係雞扒醃製時間唔夠長。而呢個香雞就相當出色喇!成世人食過最好食嘅雞翼就係佢地嘅蝦醬雞翼!不得不提嘅係佢哋雞皮,從來未試過咬落個雞皮度係有酥脆嘅感覺,薄薄嘅一層炸粉(我甚至乎唔知道有冇用炸粉)係好費時的,首先一定要將雞翼滰乾水,將多餘水份抹乾,然後沾上炸粉,將多餘嘅粉拍走。其他餐廳都真係唔會咁嘥時間同你做咁多步驟,然後雞肉
