之前經過海港城見到呢間舖頭,好想黎試下佢既食物,所以情人節就同男朋友黎撐枱腳啦。情人節我地一早book左位,夜晚只係得一個full course揀,無得單點食物,但係質素真係唔錯!我地叫左兩杯香檳,同有餐包,香醋,olive oil供應。首先上左三個前菜,每個前菜都好食,唯獨係份量都好大,兩個人食完都幾飽。然後主菜係三揀一,我地揀左牛面頰肉加薯蓉。個肉本身已經好嫩滑,入口既化,薯蓉好夠味。甜品係tiramisu同tarta tartin(應該係apple pie),因為個人好鐘意食肉桂,所以個apple pie真係食完想再encore!餐廳既食物質素好好,不過係侍應態度一般,叫好耐都無人落單,除左呢樣今餐係100分!

之前曾經和朋友到這裏吃晚餐,發現這裏環境舒適,食物美味,服務不俗,加上價錢合理,所以這天來吃午餐。這兒星期一至五的午餐分四種,一是只吃自助餐枱上的食物(自助餐),二是自助餐加意粉,三是自助餐加薄餅,四是自助餐加主菜。我們二人食量不大,所以點了一個自助餐,一個自助餐加意粉,我們選的是海鮮珍珠麵。先說說自助食物吧,有三款芝士、兩款冷切肉、多款沙拉連多種沙拉醬,芝士焗西蘭花椰菜和蕃茄湯,另外一邊的枱上有三款水果和五款甜品。可能是因為自己偏愛較濃的口味,而這兒午餐的東西都是偏淡的,而且食物的種類雖然不算太少,但和同一商場另一餐廳的自助食物比較,就略顯不夠豐富了。接着海鮮珍珠麵送上,這是我第一次吃珍珠麵,最初食物送上時,我還以為它是海鮮飯(只怪自己見識少)把珍珠麵放入口中,口感不似麵,就像是煲過生熟薏米水之後吃那薏米的感覺,而且這珍珠麵的味道也是偏淡的。雖然食物不太合我的口味,不過這兒仍是環境舒適,服務不俗的。若下次再來,我還是吃晚餐好了。

I recommend no one comes to this restaurant unless you like cockroach as part of your dish! We found a small living COCKROACH running around on our table, right beside the pizza plate. He didn't even apologize and simply asked us to move to another table!

We left right away and I will never come back again to this disgusting restaurant.

The salad was....alright...not a surprise in terms of taste.

) though it looked ‘so plain’ on table, the light salty taste that it carried comes just right. good for ppl like me who prefers food which are less strong in favour. My mother-in-law and i are both cheese-lover, we finished the plate in 15 min!!!


We got chance to know the restaurant manager who introduced us, this is actually a sister restaurant to Al Molo, he remarked the pasta here are real good. Better to try out more next time

This is the first time visited, SHOULD be the LAST time. Only two table of customers, Western manager was shown not welcome and refused to served us. He pretend doesn’t know how to used their company system to redeem. How can the restaurant manager argued with customer? RIDICULOUS !!!!!!Behavior much more worst than fast food. It was coming to the end of the brunch slot and we understand that not everything can be fresh out of the oven or fridge etc. by this time. Our creme brulee had a layer of sugar water instead of the crispy layer of brulee as the name suggests. My party briefly comments on this just as we find a short piece of hair in the creme.

We had no intention of any form of complaint (maybe just a mention if a waiter/waitress dropped by to ask "How's everything?"), but the manager came over as he overheard our conversation. This manager has been around, but this was the first time we spoke for more than a minute. This was by far the most confrontational experience I've ever had in a restaurant. Surely, I would understand if this was a meal for less than HKD50 per head at a busy restaurant, but this was not what I'd expect within the Dining Concepts restaurant group.

Apparently a chef himself for 10+ years (as we find out during our unnecessarily heated debate), he walks up to us and said "SO, what is creme brulee then, huh?". Needless to say, we had no intention of keeping this conversation going at all.

We explained why we viewed the dessert as so and that we understood it's been sitting out for a while. He then attempted to justify that the dessert is still creme brulee even when the sugar layer is unsuccessful or no longer crispy, etc. By now, the conversation had already gone past everyone's comfort zone, apparently except for the manager.

He continued with his views and proceeded to defend his kitchen by giving us the question "How would you feel if I told you the cha siu rice at your restaurant was not cha siu rice?". (Just to state the obvious, my party looks Asian even though one was Hispanic.) It took my friend to say "Well, sorry, but this creme brulee was shxt" for him to finally get the hint to leave our table, with the plate of desserts.

Within the next 5 minutes, he came back to ask where we were from and when he learned that I was from HK, he made a pass at lightening up the mood, but he left shortly after and made no further amends.

It is truly unfortunate that my once favourite restaurant in TST will no longer have me as a customer. Thank you for all the otherwise great food and service all these years.

這是想試List內的義大利餐廳之一 這天選擇試brunch係因為想一次過試下佢廚房內的食材質量如何同時亦可以試到廚師認為自己比較耍家的菜式,brunch方面沙律菜的選擇都同一般餐廳的有少少分別, 當然以比較能表現義式的菜為主(少水分的菜葉)尤其是一種似係微形小白菜的沙拉菜好少在自助吧位見到的羊栖菜,有些日本餅師甚至用它作和式甜品, 主要係用個青綠色, 這家口感相當滑口, 纖維幼嫩, 無須怎樣咀嚼也很容易就吞下去, 菜價應該比一般的火箭菜更高通常只會同其他菜一起包裝為packed salad! 這裡的沙拉菜只有這一盤跟另一盤甘筍絲, 沙拉汁有四款, 比較突出的反而是檸檬汁,這汁用的檸檬可能是義大利貨, 檸檬香氣梳對突出又由於調味較清淡跟青菜一起吃時還能吃到淡淡的菜味, 不妨一試, 海鮮類有一盤熟的蝦同青口, 烚青口雖然簡單但就剛剛能感覺到青口是鮮貨定還是雪貨, 還好這裡用的是鮮貨, 熟蝦則一般啦, 反而另一個用扇貝裝住嘅海鮮沙拉內的蝦肉味道更好, 口感也更有彈性配合其他配料同吃更豐富,其他的已撈沙拉有小米鴨胸/ 火灸吞拿魚貝殼粉/水牛芝士配牛茄片/ 薯仔煙肉絲荳苗, 凍肉有三款最好食的還

brunch方面沙律菜的選擇都同一般餐廳的有少少分別, 當然以比較能表現義式的菜為主(少水分的菜葉)尤其是一種似係微形小白菜的沙拉菜好少在自助吧位見到的羊栖菜,有些日本餅師甚至用它作和式甜品, 主要係用個青綠色, 這家口感相當滑口, 纖維幼嫩, 無須怎樣咀嚼也很容易就吞下去, 菜價應該比一般的火箭菜更高通常只會同其他菜一起包裝為packed salad! 這裡的沙拉菜只有這一盤跟另一盤甘筍絲, 沙拉汁有四款, 比較突出的反而是檸檬汁,這汁用的檸檬可能是義大利貨, 檸檬香氣梳對突出又由於調味較清淡跟青菜一起吃時還能吃到淡淡的菜味, 不妨一試, 海鮮類有一盤熟的蝦同青口, 烚青口雖然簡單但就剛剛能感覺到青口是鮮貨定還是雪貨, 還好這裡用的是鮮貨, 熟蝦則一般啦, 反而另一個用扇貝裝住嘅海鮮沙拉內的蝦肉味道更好, 口感也更有彈性配合其他配料同吃更豐富,其他的已撈沙拉有小米鴨胸/ 火灸吞拿魚貝殼粉/水牛芝士配牛茄片/ 薯仔煙肉絲荳苗, 凍肉有三款最好食的還是整件火腿都放在一起的火腿片, 肉同肥羔比例適中味道不咸,三款肉都片得比較碎, 如果能切得豪氣一點的話無論外觀同口感都必定更佳, 另外有一條係焗三文魚, 魚肉剛剛熟所以肉的質地同慢熟的一樣嫩滑忍不住拿了不少魚柳跟太座分享, 這個取代了平時經常放出來的煙三文魚片吧, 但這個熟三文魚絕不輸給煙三文魚片呢! 麵包有一盤撕碎了的義式麵包主要是供給餐湯伴吃的吧, 我們飲的餐湯是粟米忌廉湯, 用了新鮮粟米煮及打爛, 味道口感都相當不俗湯的杰度也剛剛掛匙, 但後半則是出蕃茄湯了, 始終粟米忌廉湯成本高工序也多一點吧,  

芝士枱上放的幾種芝士都是一般貨色, 有興趣不妨一試, 配芝士吃的配料大致有齊, 甜品枱上放了幾款是義大利餐必備甜品, 迷你吉士撻不太吸引沒試食,提拉米芝同義式奶凍就試咗兩樣都啱甜味同夠滑漏, 菠蘿睇落ok但因為冬天沒有試食!

主菜之一係"Ravioli di Ricotta,Zucca e Capesante" - Homemade Ravioli filled with Ricotta, Pumpkin, Almonds and grilled scallops

首先個賣相好吸引人, 5粒云吞放底, 上面各擺一片煎咗嘅薄帶子片, 淋上南瓜汁,從上灑下蕃莤碎,麵包粒粒, 想必是成本問題, 襯這南瓜通常會用些少松籽仁的, 不過如果用唔起松籽仁用南瓜籽都可以好夾呀, 只是個人感想而已! 汁的味道相當重南瓜味, 而Ricotta cheese煮熟後只係硬返少少沒什麼特別氣味,  

另一個主菜係"Pallo e Patate” - Crispy Chicken Leg with Potato Foam and Vegetables Rotatouille 兩大片雞脾肉下是滑滑薯茸, 裝飾方面再放返些少炒香咗嘅雜菜粒粒, 出奇地好味的是雞脾肉, 明知這些一定是雪貨但罕有地食到雞味, 不過這種並不是我們中國雞那種雞味而係另一種清幽一點的,肉質軟硬適中肉汁豐富, 如果在散餐牌叫這雞脾價錢見到好似要件248,唔清楚以正價叫會唔會多一片雞脾肉但現在這樣已經可以試到這雞脾的肉質都算值回票價啦 !

服務方面算係有質素的, 不過能懂廣東話的經理只有一個, 所以見佢都幾踼腳下, 因為那個商場自由人的客也不少呢,
