非常失望,見評論非常好,10年前我們也是在這酒店擺結婚酒的,所以今次10周年記念,特別選回這裡慶祝。我們是星期六的 lunch semi-buffet ,首先重點,食物不乾淨,在我先生處理結帳時,我突然非常肚肚痛,立即進洗手間解決,而5分鐘內,我先生肚子亦開始痛,他亦需立即到洗手間解決。幸好不是太嚴重,我們兩個只是分別痾了兩次已沒問題,不用看醫生。食品方面,擔白說,自取前菜種類少,部份冷盤還可以,長腳蟹及一款雞肝醬mousse 咸到不能食,但另外提供的兩個是日精美小食,灸燒海老及龍蝦一口小撻也不錯。但另一個失望之處又出現了,上主菜時,發覺我先生點的烤頂級帶骨牛肉,有半塊全肥是肥膏,能吃的只有一半,所以請侍應幫忙更換,但再次送回時發覺只是把那帶骨部份切開,跟住切走肥膏把那部份,把餘下肉的部份拼回一碟上,所以明顯份量是之前的一半,如果咁這樣,我何需要求更換呢?我自行切掉做便可。但總括主菜部份也是很一般的水平。甜品...外觀尚算精美,但味道不吃也罷。最後結帳時,侍應問是否會員,當我們回答不是,他便去安排結帳,但我們突然想起,好像有評論提及75折的事情,當侍應回來,我們主動發問,成為會員的條款

最後備註一下,這一頓午餐前,當天我們兩人並沒有進食任何食品,所以肚痛事件,已排除其實他餐飲造成。

是晚是餐廳跟酒莊合辨的wine pair dinner.....  (應該他們經常搞類似的event)"Domain genot boulanger" 是burgundy 的酒莊, 之前也沒有飲過, 覺得不錯.  尢其是Puligny Montrachet.這個set 有7道菜和6支酒.   配對得還可以.   算是中上水平.但只計食物就是一級水平了.   每一個菜也很可口.環境, 服務也有, 西式wine pair dinner有合適的一定會再試.

We ordered a set dinner with four courses for each person. The food was great and the set was in a perfect quantity and quality. Baked bread - the bread was freshly baked and served warm with butter. Even though this was not sourdough bread, it tasted wholesome with soft centres and open crumb (big holes inside bread). Quite a big loaf for two people

Bayonne ham, melon, rocket leaves - only French ham produced from certain breeds of pigs and using certain curing techniques can be called Bayonne Ham.
