滿瀉的蜜糖漿也在火山口流出,像是火山爆發,非常宏偉壯觀。彌漫的畫面也謀殺了不少菲林,店員叫我們等待煙霧四散後才吃,唯有靜靜地欣賞壯麗的奇景吧,把火山爆發的奇景改良到在甜品上呈現出來,配合化學原理,相當有創意。

雖然倒下的是蜜糖漿,但是甜度很微,不會有很膩的感覺。火山是以一層海綿蛋糕和慕絲而成的,但是海綿蛋糕跟慕絲黏得緊緊的,所以不太能把慕絲和海綿蛋糕分開。所以一併來吃,火山都較實身,切開時充滿濃郁的朱古力味,放入口中朱古力的味道滿佈口腔,朱古力狂迷必須一試。

個人意見,吃整個朱古力製的火山蛋糕都是滋味的,但吃得久了,卻感到太膩和太甜。朱古力還是少吃多滋味,創意滿分,值得一試。但建議多找幾個朋友一起,你一口我一口,才感滋味。

新年除了吃蘿蔔糕、年糕之外,今期的Lab Made分子雪糕的其中一款雪糕叫做「大吉大利」,也相當應節。雪糕的原理就不多作介紹了,但店員用心的把雪糕搓成圓形,再加上樹葉和樹枝。 樣子又夠圓夠靚,相當可愛。

而酸酸甜甜的雪糕加入一絲絲柚子皮,在吃雪糕之餘又吃到柚子味果肉,醒神開胃。慶賀新年,吃個大吉大利就最適合不過了。吃完個大吉大利,開個靚年,希望來年什麼事都順順利利吧!

甜品,每個女生總是喜歡的

每次吃完正餐總是要吃一下甜品才完滿

香港的甜品店可算是成行成市

不過甜品最令我喜愛的總算是雪糕吧

不過近年要數雪糕的店鋪,開得很多不同的

如是意大利的,台式的,要數我最愛的就是乳酪的雪糕吧

不過要說是特別的種類的,真的要數是Lab Made 吧

Lab Made 大家常見的是外賣的嗎

不過如果是我有得比你慢慢坐,慢慢食

仲有咖啡蛋糕比你食,不一定要吃份子雪糕

係唔係好吸引先?

而我想介紹比大家的當然的就是位於銅鑼灣登龍街的

新開的Lab Made Cafe

就等我同大家分享一下它家的份子雪糕啦

每三星期會轉換一次的,最重要它家是不會有肉的成份

所以嗎,各個人仕也可以安心吃用的呢

新年流流,小妹當然祝大家「大吉大利」啦

不過要大吉大利又點少得大吉先得架

今次在Lab Made 既大吉像檸檬,有點柑橘的味道

用作來開胃的小吃,絕對是吸引的

加上利用了威化餅去做成的綠葉及樹枝

完全是一個凍版的大吉吧

雖然情人節已經過了很久,不過要是幸福每天也是情人節嗎

不過沒情人或者沒人送花的不打緊

因為在這兒也可以吃到這個「玫瑰花園」吧

這個玫瑰花園都是以士多啤梨作為主角

雪糕內也有一點點的士多啤梨肉

底層是有一點的熱情果醬,像愛情一樣

總是有甜的酸的時間,蠻有驚喜的唷

而在雪糕面的花花圖案是利用了蛋白去製成的

是帶一點脆卻不會太甜的,加上一些是紅色的心心糖

加上綠色的碎糖在杯面上,真的好像是花園呢

當然說好是cafe 又怎少得來飲杯咖啡吧

不過暫時咖啡就未有提供,就初試一下它家的朱古力吧

平常我很怕飲朱古力的飲品,原因不是討厭朱古力

而是我怕它會甜得要命,仲要飲完仲醬住個口簡直是最怕

不過在這家的朱古力沒想像的甜,反而帶有一點可可的苦味

飲落更加吸引味蕾,又不會醬住喉嚨呢

要數的必試這個[分子火山蛋糕]$88

說真的,當妹妹決定要點的時候,我已經說真的要點?這個價錢好像不太實際

不過妹妹說它在上網曾看過它的特別

仲話包我有驚喜咁話,咁就比佢點一下這個火山蛋糕啦

開頭我都以為呢個蛋糕會跟平常的糕點是一樣,

從雪櫃中拿出來後,就會直接送到我們的桌上

不過這個點了很久也沒有來

再等多一會,店員把蛋糕送上

然後詢問我們需要拍照嗎?

我完全聽得一頭霧水之時,妹說麻煩請幫忙倒吧

當店員一倒下糖漿後,奇妙的事情就發生囉

正如蛋糕的名字一樣,真的是火山一樣的

原理就是乾冰,在洞口中慢慢倒入美味的糖醬

白煙就會慢慢滲出來,店員最後也建議我們在白煙完全消失才吃用

始終內裡的是乾冰,安全起見就要留意冇哂白煙才吃唷

糖漿是以蜂蜜及某種紅花去製成的,所以它不像平常吃的那麼傑的

而是水水的,不會很甜卻有一點清香感

火山的底層是以薄薄的海綿蛋糕,加上朱古力慕絲形成了整個火山的型態

而裝著乾冰的位置,就用以杏仁膏封住火山口

放心的,它是可供食用的。完全是安全的唷!!!

由於要型成的火山的型態,所以慕絲是比較實一點

要讚一下的就是,它家的朱古力是絕對不甜之如

仲好吸引我的味蕾呢>w<

可是呢.....由於它實在太大了,所以這個一係就乜都唔食就食佢

一係就請組隊來吃這個,我們兩個女生,即使我完全沒有食午餐

妹那麼好吃,我們也完全舉白旗呢~~~

不過真的是值得一試的!!

切開一少部份,就看到一層層的小層次

當品賞的時候就像蛋糕的一樣是跟看到的一樣

有一點吉士的味道加上香蕉蓉,

不過唔知點解吃吃下就會突然甜得很緊要

加上底層的朱古力的脆脆,這個卻是敗筆之作

因為它硬到用上任何的東西去切開它也是不行...

所以.....這個希望蛋糕可以改善一下吧

不過Cafe 座位絕對不多的,如果真係諗住想坐定食既朋友

真係可能要等下位或者要比d 時間既

但係佢個位都坐得幾舒服架,加上商場都有Wifi 提供

如果需要等人既話,或者女朋友去做Facial

男友就可以來坐坐吧~

Saw pretty pictures of the Rose garden icecream at Labmade so decided to get it.The rose garden was a smooth strawberry yogurt ice cream with real strawberry pieces and a layer of refreshing passion fruit sauce in the centre decorated with handmade meringue roses and red chocolate hearts.This is definitely my favourite so far because I love natrual tasting strawberry yoghurt and the refreshing passion fruit sauce was balanced by the sweetness of the chocolate pieces.I also had the banana custard

This is definitely my favourite so far because I love natrual tasting strawberry yoghurt and the refreshing passion fruit sauce was balanced by the sweetness of the chocolate pieces.

I also had the banana custard cake which had real pieces of banana in it that was simply delicious.

火山以薄薄一層海綿蛋糕作基底、巧克力慕絲作覆蓋及山體、中間缺口內四面皆為杏仁膏,保護置內的乾冰。為固外形,味道香甜的慕絲質感較實在而缺軟滑質感,杏仁膏氣味未會好嗆,倒進的糖漿甜度很輕微,整體不過甜也不膩,只是慕絲太實而很飽肚感覺有點難消化建議組隊挑戰。

Lab Made規定每杯雪糕均有一球半的雪糕,小妹檢查過,果然童叟無欺。酒樓的流沙奶黃包吃得多了,流沙奶黃包雪糕味道會如何呢?煞是好奇﹗雪糕顏色呈淡黃色,鹹蛋黃味道不算太過濃烈,只帶淡淡的奶黃香。雪糕入口香滑,且帶少量鹹蛋黃的粉粉質感,甜度適中。創意之餘,味道也相當不俗呢﹗

大吉大利的顏色與流沙奶黃包相近,只是較為深黃色少許,再加上以餅條為橘子果蒂,以及以一片淺綠鋸齒狀葉子造形的朱古力作點綴,賣相維妙維肖,與真橘子極為相似。放入口裏,雪糕蠻為清新爽利,帶橘子的清香,且夾雜少量煙韌軟腍的橘子皮在內,與黏甜的流沙奶黃包明顯截然不同。

用餐期間,另一友人來到,點了兩款專為即將來臨的情人節而製的雪糕和蛋糕。玫瑰園$44徒有玫瑰之名,卻無玫瑰之實也。因為,雪糕只是取玫瑰園的甜蜜和詩情畫意,完全沒有以真玫瑰花入饌的。紅粉斐斐的雪糕以士多啤梨乳酪為主,入口酸甜有致,且夾雜著細小的士多啤梨籽,再伴入淡黃微酸的熱情果蓉,蠻為清爽開胃的。雪糕上,除有一大一小的白色糖霜作點綴外,尚有數粒心形朱古力,以及染成綠色的果仁脆粒,視感效果甚佳也。熱戀中的情侶們,必定大愛也。

最後食完我同M君都意猶未盡,叫多左Lab made推介緊既情人節套裝,就係佢地既野莓心心芝士蛋糕同埋玫瑰園分子雪糕,個芝士蛋糕做得唔膩,而中間仲放左一朵真玫瑰上去,係可以食架,碟旁既野莓醬令個蛋糕錦上添花,如果無左呢個醬,成個蛋糕就真係失色不少。不過係佈置上無乜情人節既感覺,如果可以用野莓醬畫下心心公仔應該可以吸到更多客人去order佢。

玫瑰園分子雪糕係士多啤梨分子雪糕做主角,兩朵白玫瑰種左係草地上面,仲有一堆紅心心陪襯,白色既花係蛋白餅,綠色既草地係混左綠茶粉杏仁碎,心心係朱古力,四樣配合得唔錯,而雪糕入面有熱情果醬混左係度,令本來偏酸既味道變得甜番,果然係情人節雪糕,外表同內裡都係比人甜蜜蜜既感覺,真係好o岩想係情人節感受甜到膩既感覺既情侶去試。

食完之後,覺得好飽,而味道亦令我好滿意,一改左我之前對呢類啅頭野既觀感,下次一定會帶其他朋友去試下。
Other Info. : 店內坐位唔多,而位處登龍街食肆林立之地,隨時會遇到客滿無位坐之患,建議想坐低慢慢嘆既朋友早d去。

Tang lung street used to be a street dominated by cars and red minibuses, it was dark and dirty.Butao was the first brave restaurant to settle a branch there followed by a few others.Now with the newly built Soundwill Plaza, Tang lung street is so much more glitzy with Jamie Olivers, The Point pizza and pasta and Lab Made.The road is partially cordoned off which makes it safer for people.Anyway, this new branch of Lab Made fits the scene and you can dine there comfortably for a coffee or cake as

That day I had the salted caramel icecream which tastes similar to the grill a corn.
It was slightly salty balanced by the caramel sauce with pieces of crunchies in it.
