原來登龍街開左LAB MADE,我都係經過鵝頸橋見到有人拎住食先上網CHECK下新推出有伯爵茶焦糖脆入口之後earl grey嘅香味停留係口腔嘅感覺真係好幸福啊上面嘅caramel crunch我食到好似有d香橙味咁?!不過都ok嘅但係個cream就好似有點同個伯爵茶雪糕唔係好夾咁~唔知係咪位置有點隱閉,人流不多,店員好似欠缺點笑容喇

I was early for dinner at Jamie's Italian and the others had not arrived so I got some icecream to cool down.There was a new hojicha latte flavour so I tried it.It was topped with cream, rice crispies and brown sugar syrup.The syrup was really good and mellowed out the bitterness of the hojicha flavour.

Finished the first tub of homie so I got another one at CWB.They now have muffins with a molten centre which I will try next time!I got the Fancy Ferrero and they will write your name on the tub if it takes your fancy.It tasted just like an icecream version of Ferrero rocher with a chocolate icecream base topped with chocolate sauce and hazelnuts.Absolutely yummy!

又到HAPPY FRIDAY時間, 同同事們去完MIDTOWN食LUNCH, 到留下 LAB MADE CAFE 食個甜品, 見到佢整既時候係用液化氮, 好多白煙, 好得意, 之前係毛記電視見過過老闆, 唔經唔覺開左咁多間分店. 我地四個女仔都食到幾飽, 於是只叫左兩球SHARE. 我地叫左個芝麻味, D雪糕入口個TEXTURE係同平時食既雪糕有少少分別, 無咁滑, 咬落有D"鬆化"既感覺, 食落呢個芝麻雪糕好重芝麻味, 真材實料.另外叫左個STRAWBERRY 味, 呢個個賣相好得, 用OREO整個手袋, 好得意, 味道中規中矩, 我都係鐘意個芝麻味多D.由於當日得一個人係度整雪糕, 所似都等得幾耐呀.....

Lab Made Cafe@#foodki銅鑼灣焦糖醬海鹽牛奶脆脆(8/10)($44)foodki最愛既味道終於番黎啦。焦糖醬海鹽牛奶脆脆真係超級好味。口感超幼滑既牛奶味加上海鹽,令雪糕鹹鹹地,再係上面淋上焦糖醬,令雪糕又甜又鹹,味道好有層次,最後加上蜜糖星星作點綴,好好食,想食多杯!呢種咁特別既味道真係Lab made先有,今次既period 係3星期,由16/7 到 5/8。同埋lab made個杯大左,但球雪糕好似細左?

柯華田雪糕(7/10)($44)Foodki去茶記唔飲奶茶,就一定飲華田或者呵力。Labmade真係整得勁似華田,加埋朱古力脆脆,真係簡單又好味,最正係超級超級凍,係一個咁熱既香港唔怪得佢越開越多啦。不過ladmade最鍾意都係食焦糖海鹽牛奶脆脆,真係超級好味!!
