過了去柴灣探舅舅順便食晚飯,附近只有一個商場,不過裏面都幾多餐廳。這間茶餐廳晚市時除了有多款小菜,全部都是五六十蚊起。金銀蛋肉碎浸時蔬菜心苗翠綠但擀交硬身,但以金銀蛋浸熟,基本上有咸蛋的咸味,都不需要其他調味。清蒸紅鮪套餐包中或西湯,中湯是冬瓜豬骨湯,味道清甜,還有些雞骨香味。晚餐有蒸魚套餐,原條蒸紅鮪,味道比某連鎖酒樓更好味,紅鮪新鮮有魚味,蒸的時間控制極汁准,魚肉嫩滑鮮甜,而且又大條,足夠一家幾口的份量。印尼炒米粉銀絲米粉炒得爽口煙韌,有些叉燒、火腿、芽菜及蝦仁等作配料,十分豐富,味道帶點甜。紅豆冰每次去茶餐廳都必叫,這裡的多豆又腍,有奶香亦不算太甜。

呢幾日都冇心機煮飯不如出街食我地六點幾到,幸好仲不用等位。馬上點條蒸魚因為要等15分鐘先有,90幾蚊有餐有大條魚好抵食。覺得個紅湯冇麥驚喜,都係點餐飲好d.點了個菠蘿咕嚕肉,很有水準,肉炸到脆脆的而個汁也很滋味。想食辣就叫了個口水雞,例牌也很大份,可能係雞本身大隻。呢度既雞有雞味,雞皮也很好食。飲品是令人滿意的。蛋撻有牛油皮和穌皮兩種,我覺得好體貼好細心。因為我只喜歡食牛油皮。我覺得個卡位有點迫,裝修不錯,整體乾淨快手。係區內食普通家常便飯或親人聚餐既好去處。

今夜的心情差,故要吃一個中式晚餐,來安慰自己喔。涼瓜牛肉這是一道家常菜,其它瓜類都是吃其清甜味,偏偏苦瓜令人吃的卻是甘苦味,清脂消暑的作用,最適合夏天食用。朋友也就叫了這個一起吃,蒜蓉和豆豉香絛非常重,聞到香味,苦瓜煮得軟稔喔,牛肉份量大。西蘭花鮮魷家常餸,簡單材料味道卻很棒,西蘭花是不錯的蔬菜,含豐富維他命C~鮮魷就有豐富蛋白質。蝦醬味道, XO醬鮮魷令鮮味更見高呢,沾上少許辣味。如果家人中有人不太愛吃辣,味道也不會太重,鮮魷直接配飯吃光了鼓汁蒸鱸魚這條鱸魚看上去真的不錯~(跟平時的屍變魚),一個人吃也真的吃不完呢。簡簡單單用豉汁來蒸,久違了的豉汁蒸紅鮋,家庭感覺的精彩。這一條魚蠻大隻,所以就用多送飯了!魚身兩段味道鮮香,魚放在蒸架上,把調味料發揮很多,淋在魚身,令朋友也感到非常滿足,生薑蔥配蒸魚豉汁使味道令人難忘,鱸魚擺盤很好,非常好的一選擇呢。這夜,吃了一個安慰自己的晚飯,好~

今晚去咗柴灣,經過興華商場見到有間餐廳晚市超多人排晒隊,餐廳好光猛,不過座位有啲迫。鮮茄焗炸雞髀飯 $56,炸雞髀超大隻,雞皮好脆忍唔住食埋,雞髀肉唔會炸到好乾身,裏面好滑同有肉汁。焗飯裏面有炒蛋底,好多茄汁,汁仲多過飯,總括都係高質嘅。叫左個熱荷蘭唂咕,個杯好有特色,有好多麻雀嘅圖案,唂咕超濃可可味,不過唔夠甜,反而有啲苦澀。XO醬蝦球炒西蘭花 $68,好有鑊氣味,蝦球都有好多舊好爽口,食得太多肉,想食番啲菜,西蘭花好惹味。火熱鐵板餐叫左鐵板三色扒$82,有牛扒、豬扒同雞扒,牛扒唔會有好多鬆肉粉,唔會太腍身所以都不錯,豬扒就比較硬,雞扒都OK有肉汁,鐵板餐仲有配飯、意粉或薯菜,我哋揀咗要薯菜,薯條都好脆身,店員會問你要唔要茄汁,茄汁吱係鐵板上邊仲有炸一聲,好正!鐵板餐配埋餐湯,西湯係羅宋湯,好濃杰身有好多菜有少少辣,另外仲包一杯飲品,凍檸茶少甜,個茶底幾香唔錯。

去完青年廣場睇完個展,一行四人行過隔離興華邨醫肚,見商場有間新茶記,決定入去試下。當日熱到成30幾度, 一坐低二話不說就先柯打左一杯凍飲蜂蜜爆珠,難得茶餐廳有特飲,一定要試下 🤭每一杯都有三角冷泡茶包,好揼本吓! 印尼炒米炒得幾乾身,唔錯!咖哩牛腩飯咖哩汁好有椰香味,白飯亦都好乾身唔會一劈劈。炸雲吞即叫即做好香口,份量夠,如一個人去食一碟就飽。華麗園三文治,基本上我地唔知佢係乜,所以先叫,上枱就知道大概係同公司三文治冇乜分別, 值得一提佢地雞蛋煮得好靚。
