今晚可以同朋友一齊食飯,咁我哋就揀咗呢一間中東餐廳 , 原因係好少喺香港可以食到中東菜。而且朋友同我講呢間餐廳啲中東菜幾好食咁我哋就入去試下,一入到去餐廳,餐廳裏面佈置得幾warm、企理同埋坐得舒服 ,咁我哋就叫咗以下:Falafel(炸豆丸):炸豆丸係一款中東嘅經典小吃。佢係用鷹咀豆同香草同香料一齊磨成糊狀,然後製成小丸子,再炸至金黃色。豆丸外脆內軟,味道香濃。自己覺得唔錯,方便畀食齋嘅朋友。Lentil Soup(小扁豆湯):小扁豆湯係一道受歡迎嘅中東菜,由小扁豆、蔬菜同香料煮成。呢道湯營養豐富同心裡暖暖,通常作為開胃菜享用。小扁豆煮至軟身,湯底變得香濃。自己可以把洋蔥加入湯中,增添味道同口感。呢道湯簡單而美味,展現咗中東菜嘅純淨同美味。我自己幾鍾意個湯,因為感受到豆味。𝑯𝒖𝒎𝒎𝒐𝒔 𝑩 𝑳𝒂𝒎𝒃 (鷹咀豆泥拌羊肉):鷹咀豆泥拌羊肉係一款中東嘅前菜,用鷹咀豆泥同羊肉碎一齊拌埋,入口綿密嘅豆香同香噴噴嘅肉碎好夾。鷹咀豆泥係由煮熟嘅鷹咀豆壓成泥狀,味道豐富香濃。而羊肉碎則經過香料炒煮,帶有濃厚嘅肉香同香料味。呢道菜可以單獨食用,亦可以配搭烤餅或者麵包一齊食,係一道令人驚艷嘅開胃菜。牛肉腸意粉:牛肉腸意粉係一道中東特色菜,以意大利麵搭配經過調味嘅牛肉腸製成。意粉通常煮至彈牙,配上醬汁同牛肉腸,帶有濃郁嘅肉味同香料味道。醬汁可係番茄醬。牛肉腸經過炒煮,質感彈牙,與意粉完美結合。呢道菜口感豐富,味道鮮美,非常適合作為主菜享用。我自己幾鍾意個意粉,因為個意粉個質地唔錯。Katayef:Katayef係一種中東甜點,類似於煎餅。Katayef通常由麵粉、酵母、牛奶同糖製成麵糰,然後將麵糰煎至金黃色。煎好嘅Katayef會填充上甜味嘅內餡,呢款甜品就有碎肉再加芝士同埋有啲肉桂味。呢款甜點質地鬆軟,甜而不膩,係中東文化中常見嘅節日或慶典甜品。Overall,呢啲中東菜色都展現咗中東美食獨特嘅風味同口感。由豐富香濃嘅鷹咀豆泥拌羊肉,到濃郁嘅牛肉腸意粉同甜而不膩嘅Katayef甜點,每一款都帶俾我獨特嘅味覺體驗。未試過中東菜嘅朋友可以嚟一試。 continue reading

朋友一向喜歡吃西餐,但最近好像已經吃過很多西餐,所以想找一些比較特別的餐廳,朋友上網找到這一間環境氣氛很舒適,而且是吃中東及地中海菜式,覺得很有興趣,所以就想試一試,地點位於宋皇臺站附近,亦很方便。餐廳環境燈光偏暗得來又不會太黑,坐著聊天的感覺很舒服,播著音樂很有情調,餐牌可以掃QR code查看。Chorizo香煎西班牙羊肉香腸佐零酒精紅酒汁($110):本身也很喜歡吃香腸,但從來未吃過羊肉香腸,所以想試一試,香腸煎過後帶有羊的香氣但不會氈,肉質鮮嫩,零酒精紅酒汁經過調味後味道濃郁,加上用了香料烹調,層次豐富,配上西班牙羊肉香腸增加風味,和紅酒汁非常配搭。Maqloobeh($550):這是約旦家常便飯,由雞肉、茄子,薯仔,蕃茄,椰菜花及洋蔥製成,飯是中東香米。職員拿著大盤子,把鍋中蒸好的飯倒出來再輕輕拌後就可以吃。飯的口感偏濕,每粒飯吸收了肉和蔬菜味,非常滋味。雞件有3隻,肉質非常嫩滑。最特色令我們點這道菜,其實是乳酪,第一次用乳酪拌飯,乳酪微酸,口感輕盈,令這道飯的味道昇華,很喜歡這個配搭。Bozza阿拉伯乳香膠雲呢嗱雪糕配開心果碎($65):因為很喜歡開心果,所以點了這道甜品。開心果碎味道濃郁,吃雪糕之餘亦增加脆的口感。雪糕奶油味很香,乳香膠的雪糕和一般軟雪糕口感不同,保留了雪糕本身的軟滑口感之餘,同時亦吃到乳香膠輕微煙韌的質感,非常特別。來這裡吃晚飯是很好的體驗,很多都是未吃過的菜式,而且很美味,感受到廚師的功架,有機會會再來試其他菜。 continue reading
