To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同朋友收工過咗嚟「Lamees」食飯!環境方面,一踏入門口,就好似穿越咗去中東嘅小巷一樣。牆上掛滿咗色彩繽紛嘅馬賽克瓷磚同阿拉伯風格嘅裝飾,開咗暖黃色嘅光,好有氣氛!入面嘅座位都幾舒服,軟綿綿嘅cushion好有中東風味,坐落去就唔想起身添!最正嘅係佢哋嘅open kitchen,望到大廚喺度忙碌煮食,聞到陣陣香味,等緊食物嘅時候都唔會覺得悶。食物方面,首先登場嘅係香濃滑溜嘅Tahini醬,簡直係中東嘅花生醬!跟住就係Baba Ghanooj,呢個茄子蓉醬香噴噴,配埋中東包簡直係絕配!最令我驚喜嘅係佢哋嘅八爪魚!唔知點解中東餐廳會有呢道菜,但係真係香口彈牙,連我呢個平時好少食八爪魚嘅人都讚不絕口!講到主菜,我就揀咗兔腿,第一次食,估唔到都幾香嫩多汁,肉質軟滑得嚟又唔會過於油膩。配埋佢哋嘅香噴噴中東飯,簡直係絕配!最後梗係要嚟個甜品啦!我嗌咗佢哋嘅Cake El Tamir,即係棗蛋糕。上面嘅果仁好香濃,蛋糕香甜軟綿,簡直係一個完美嘅句號。呢間Lamees真係令我對地中海菜改觀咗,大家有機會一定要去試吓!記住要預早訂位,因為真係好多人慕名而來㗎,間餐廳都幾full 㗎!

土瓜灣小眾地中海菜臥虎藏龍,祖籍約旦的Chef Tarek 二十多前來到香港,他曾在香港多間著名酒店/私人俱樂部仼廚。餐廳以泥石牆磚裝飾,掛上手繪陶藝,讓客人能體驗地中海風情。OCTOPUS 八爪魚🐙 $150八爪魚以鹽水慢煮後,後再放入檸檬、大量蒜片和橄欖油🫒快炒完成。口感一點都唔韌,軟淋入味,食落有嚼勁。WARAK ENAB 迷您中東素糯米雞 $ 85呢道菜式係用葡萄葉包住以香料調味的米飯,加入酸味醬汁,莞茜,蕃茄粒,檸檬🍋等。連葡萄葉一同食用,喺一道十分開胃嘅前菜!ORGANIC BLUE MUSSELS有機藍青口$235新鮮藍青口,以橄欖油、海鹽、檸檬烹調出海鮮鮮味,生熟恰到好處,肉質鮮嫩!LAMB PAPPARDELLE羊肉意粉$245以炆煮至淋滑的羊里脊肉,加入甜椒、孜然、自家制蕃茄醬🥫、莞茜等香料煮成Al dente 的意粉。意粉配上濃稠的醬汁,令人忍不住一口接一口!(必食)KANAFEH 土耳其芝士酥餅$105是一種經典中東甜品,米粉外層酥脆,內裡包著水牛甜芝士🧀,加上玫瑰糖漿,灑上滿滿嘅開心果碎,好有特色!

係土瓜灣嘅北帝街竟然有一間唔多臥虎藏龍的地中海中東菜 主廚曾在多間高級酒店及餐廳工作,製作的食物相當有水準 店內除了提供正宗地中海菜外,還有多款特別的動物部份及內臟菜式,平時都較少機會食到 Lebaneh Ball ($160) 是一個希臘芝士波波的菜式,希臘芝士波波上沾上不同的調料,如pepper,芝麻及薄荷,有奶香之餘,食落又唔會好膩,仲可以配埋脆餅一齊食。 French Chicken Heart ($120) 法式炒雞心,雞心有嚼口,超喜歡個醬汁,酸酸甜甜,配埋焦糖化紫洋蔥好開胃,如果有點其他包類,建議留返個汁點包食。 Lamb Testicle ($160) 雞子就食得多,羊睪丸真係第一次食,口感較雞子滑些及紮實,但都係好粉嫩軟綿綿,creamy可口,幾難得嘅體驗。 Zatar ($95) 百里香芝麻薄餅面包,外表睇落平平無奇,但一拎上手已經feel到好鬆軟,配上香料及橄欖油超好食,配埋之前個法式雞心嘅醬汁更好食。 Rabbit Leg ($220) 兔仔脾配中東小米,兔仔肉口感似雞肉,但食到出有少少野味的味道,配上以橄欖油、小洋蔥、蒜蓉等香料製作的酸甜醬,味道更有層次,小米細細粒,軟綿綿好好食。 Bozza ($65) 傳統嘅阿拉伯乳香膠配上開心果,奶香味好濃,開心果又脆口,超級建議配埋另一個甜品Kanafeh一齊食,冷熱交融,超級好食。 Kanafeh ($105) 一個超經典的中東甜品,外層鬆脆酥皮碎,中間包著甜芝士,切開仲見到拉絲,經油煎過,外層內軟,超級好食,強烈推介大家一定要試下。
