Their cakes are freshly made everyday with consistent high quality all the time. I have counted 15-16 layers of paper-thin crêpes and love the smooth light cream in between. Matcha Lava #抹茶流心 ($36) - It is a slice of matcha paradise and I am impressed after having a bite! The matcha aroma is so prominent with a mild sweetness which is super well balanced. Love the gooey molten matcha sauce in the center, which adds an extra rich layer of the flavour and comes with strong aftertaste!
Pistachio #開心果 ($39) - It is somehow disappointing. I was expecting a rich pistachio nutty flavour however it is too milky and sweet for my liking.
Blueberry Cheese #藍莓芝士($39) - The cheese mousse is whipped with cream and marbled with fresh blueberries. It is brushed between every 2 crêpe layers. Not too sweet, light and airy cream with a good balance of blueberries in between.
The shop has plenty of seats and it is nice to spend a afternoon with a cake!
