生蠔仔配魚子, [仔]字是我自行加上的, 因為確是很細隻, 此個我沒吃, 家人說不算很鮮味, 比不上對家帝苑自助餐的生蠔。

鴨肝外皮煎得脆口, 但只帶微微的肝香, 還是比不上雞肝, 在碟旁的蘋果茸及蕉糖薄脆確是可以減掉不少膩滯感覺。

焗帶子入口時, 汁的味道比主角優勝, 帶子肉質偏腍, 入口並不討好。

簡簡單單的番茄凍湯, 配上了半口吞拿魚他他, 味道清新, 不錯。

東星班配辣醬汁, 冷藏的星班味道當然較淡口, 由配上像是泰式酸甜汁把味道搭夠, 而肉質總算有彈性, 魚柳面除放上了鮮嫩露荀外, 還配置了又香又滑之薯茸, 此碟整體也算不錯。

Cranberry雪芭, 不知正確名稱是什麼, 大概是梅子類生果吧, 沙冰中混有果茸, 入口微酸, 圓渾的雪芭上放了薄荷葉作點綴, 未入口巳夠醒胃了。

羊架配迷迭香, 用了烤茄子墊著的羊架, 雖然要了全熟但仍有肉汁, 帶微羶之肉質有嚼口的同時又不會韌, 不過茄子滲得一身油, 蓋過了本身原有的味道。

甜品拼盤, 一個餐的甜品包括了雲呢拿雪糕球, 牛油簿脆, 新鮮的草梅, 加上了一件梅子酥餅, 碟邊還塗了紋作裝飾, 雖然那個不大脆口又淋身的酥餅拉低了分數, 但再望望外觀時, 此個甜品的分數仍是高企的。

咖啡, 入口香又濃, 個人覺得比起一般連鎖店的還好, 但此處的奶茶只是提供Lipton 立頓茶包而已。

服務方面, 侍應員笑容滿面, 不停添水, 當客人簽賬時又不會像站崗般的在旁盯著, 有分加。

總括而言, 食物不算出色, 每道菜也有下點功夫, 又不至馬馬虎虎, 計算起地點, 服務, 也可輕易把笑面送出。

侍應上菜時說出來才知那是鴨肝
可能是法國禁運鵝肝吧
但仍然香脆可口肥美
有很多人都問我鵝肝的來歷
不過說出來會令你倒胃的話

燒雞肉沙律
沙律? 那些看來只是伴碟菜
西式燒雞肉從來都像火雞般乾
還是不及中國走地白切雞的鮮美

要換湯要加四五十塊
當然不會接受

但這正是人家的特色
又不見得他們特別瘦啊
證明正宗的話
應該是夠飽的
薰衣草馬卡邦尼配椰子雪糕
不懂得甚麼是ma-ca-bon-ie
看來是薰衣草cream或是之類的東西
椰子雪糕當然不是一般紅豆冰上的甄沾記
真的有椰絲和椰味的
沒有生果的甜品其實也可以是好食的
加上一個茶作句號

18個月就像這兩小時
甚麼味道也有
每道菜也令人有所期待
希望一道比一道好
菜與菜之間
坐在舒服的梳化卡位上漫話人生
也正是我希望每天出現的景象
其實有無海景也沒有甚麼所謂

一直知道尖東尖沙咀中心有一法國餐廳但由於位處偏僻極不就腳因此一路沒機會幫襯星期日訂了1930不過當時餐廳只有兩台食客吸煙區直到2130更只要我們一台恐防都捱不了多久由於散叫價錢都並不平想試菜最好都係點返$298有9個course相信無人去到會散叫如果散叫又要吃得飽起碼都要300-400蚊一位頭盤有4樣黑芝麻吞拿魚-一般蕃茄湯-略稀但有濃郁鮮茄味道燒帶子併露荀-燒帶子非常juicy煙鴨胸-一般青檸雪葩-少少甜,作為清清口腔不錯燒大蝦-味道似黃金蝦,夠香口野味燒牛扒-medium,一般甜品-味道太甜,由兩片厚厚的餅,中間有大量吉士,面頭再蓋上各種生果粒,另有一球焦糖味雪糕伴碟但亦偏甜咖啡或茶每樣份量不多但食完整個餐都相當滿足雖然並不是非常好吃但以此價錢吃法國菜實在是超值菲藉服務員非常殷勤有禮招呼得體貼周到環境清靜更坐擁無敵維港境用六百多元來換取也不為過

但以此價錢吃法國菜
實在是超值
菲藉服務員非常殷勤有禮
招呼得體貼周到
環境清靜更坐擁無敵維港境
用六百多元來換取也不為過

By luck, we visited this restaurant for celebration of my friend's b-day.It was a pleasant French restaurant with reasonable price. Deco is pretty nice and view isn't bad at all, you're actually eating by Victoria Harbour with Salisbury Road in between.Food is great with this fair price honestly. But what made us a cool evening was not only their food but also their service. The French manager and chef came to greet us from time to time and were being very attentive. The chef even offered us free dessert when we asked him what's his recommendation for sweet... See, aren't they nice?! This is what we call service!!!

It's price is aattractive. Good service. The owners are very nice too. The food is good. The restaurant is facing the harbor with a very nice view. The astmosphere is good. Plus the place looks clean. Restaurant is not too big, so you won't feel too crowded.

半年前試果這裡的午餐及晚餐,發覺食物製作具誠意和精美,不過材料就唔得,午餐連自助頭盤甜反品尚值$100,但晚餐成本$300-400一位連house wine就唔值. 上星期再試它的feb menu,水準依然出色,而材料級數翟則大大改善,肉有肉味,魚有魚味,海鮮有海鮮味,而且非常老實,唔會將鴨肝稱作鵝肝,9道菜全都一流.可能因此而full house. 另外,半年前個經理已換左,當時已覺得他好好,不過可能要切合需要,現在的經理變為法國人. 餐廳唯一失敗是有一位受訓不足的菲律賓女侍應,捧產餐上檯時居然用手卒甩突然飛內落碟的生物,卻不主動換過一碟食物,另外就問都唔問就將客人尚未食完的碟取走.

1.生蠔–唔係好肥美,有海水味,ok,朋友唔食生蠔,
可轉三文魚
2.鵝肝配蘋果醬–鵝肝沒有煎過是凍的,麻麻地好食
3.焗蝸牛–幾好
4.南瓜湯? –夠滑,但唔覺好飲
5.鱈魚配菠菜麵–鱈魚夠滑,菠菜麵唔知係唔係加左香料,所以味道有點怪
6.strawberry/raspberry sorbet –無乜水果味
7.牛柳配磨菇汁–幾好,有朋友不吃牛,可改羊架
8.梳乎厘配芒果汁及almond?雪糕–梳乎厘發得高,ok,芒果汁麻麻,雪糕一般

The service is excellent. The chef and the manager came to ask whether the food is good and they are friendly. The food is really good comparatively to the reasonable price for a set of French dishes. I like the dessert, the coffee tart. And even the coffee is good too. Worth to try.

The decoration of La Villa is quite good. The atmosphere is very cosy. The most attractive part of is the open view with a lot of natural light. The food tastes very good althought the selection is a bit narrow, but after considering the economical price, the food quality to cost ratio leaps to a very high value. It seems that the service depends on individual staff and there is not a good quality assurance for the service. I hope this area can be improved.I will definitely visit the place aga

是晚心情唔多靚, 朋友同我行我呢度食飯傾心事. 可惜天氣同心情差唔多, 唯有坐室內, 不過都係叫看海....因為好煩, 所以無心機睇餐牌, 就叫果個9個coursesset dinner. 磨菇蓉沙律, 生菜鵝肝卷, 煎三文魚, 青荳湯, 黑椒汁炆鵪鶉等等, 其中鵝肝卷同炆鵪鶉都做得唔錯, 值得一試. 個餐仲有甜品, 我地亦開支白酒...餐廳其實唔大, 但都好坐; 唯洗手間商場上層, 要行幾層好麻煩!服務不過不失, overall都係一樣! 不過二百幾三百蚊有9個courses法菜吃, 唔要求太高喇!

昨晚同朋友食九度菜套餐,極之好味!有茄子mousse、tuna 多士、鴨肝卷、豆茸湯、berries sorbet、煎三文魚、quail、甜品及coffee。很精緻、很美味。尤其是個鴨肝卷同煎三文魚,連我個朋友平日唔食三文魚都大讚。以$298加一這個價錢,物超所值。
