整體其實氣氛不錯, 餐廳於情人節當晚每枱附送一支插在青蘋果上的玫瑰和拍了一張相片.

Appetizer and dessert are on buffet table during lunch hour.Veggie for salad are with high quality. Since we had a late lunch and waiter had to clean the table, they reserve dessert for us and present as a dessert platter!Nice service with nice food!

因為暑假就完, 一家大細就決定食一次西餐'慶祝'開學。睇雜誌介紹話幾好, 就一行5人去'The Village' (La Villa 的英文)。星期6晚, 比較多人, 我地好彩book左檯。去到service唔錯, 點菜後有d麵包送(伴包醬汁唔錯)我地5個人叫左5個starter:一個鴨肝一個鵝肝2個mix seafood platter一個seafood salad鴨肝值得食, 唔太肥膩seafood salad都食得過其他都唔太特別3個湯:3個Mushroom & Truffles Cream Soup都可以, 但本人覺得太甜2個pasta:一個Chicken penne一個Prawn fettuccine都唔太特別4個main course:2個Lamb rack (一個3成熟, 1個5成熟)1個Sirlon (7成熟)1個Prime steak (5成熟)都ok...伴菜有lumpy mash potatoes, grilled peppers, half a tomato and salad都唔太特別Conclusion 係佢將意大利菜用法國菜型色煮但d味調較得唔太好情調唔多

都可以, 但本人覺得太甜

2個pasta:

一個Chicken penne
一個Prawn fettuccine

都唔太特別

4個main course:

2個Lamb rack (一個3成熟, 1個5成熟)
1個Sirlon (7成熟)
1個Prime steak (5成熟)

都ok...伴菜有lumpy mash potatoes, grilled peppers, half a tomato and salad

Conclusion 係佢將意大利菜用法國菜型色煮
但d味調較得唔太好
情調唔多好
d電視播緊FTV (勁多models行黎行去...)
d燈光又唔太好, 好多閃燈
價錢就...絕對唔抵... $28xx

跟男朋友食tea........在這裡看到comment 不錯...一心去試試............去到......環境ok~~好寧靜.........但....tea 選擇少.........$$ 貴.........唔抵食...........咁0既價酒店tea buffet 都食到啦.....貴唔緊要.........唔好食先重要.........又話境靚.......睇車仲多過睇海.........好有被騙感覺.............仲有waitress 個態度好差.......好似覺得黎食tea 就幫襯得少......唔想serve....總結:一定不會再去~~~!!!!!

昨日去左食佢個lunch buffet,都唔錯呀,不過佢\係semi lunch buffet,有4個主菜比你食,今次食左佢\個lamb,都唔錯呀!!!不過佢\有好多salad比你食/等你食完之後先上主菜,最後係佢\個甜品>>好正呀!!不停咁都會有refil,我差唔多全部款都食晒,只因我你一個甜品精!!d waitress都幾nice,好奇怪點解一個男waiter都冇??最後當然食佢\個view,都唔錯>不過我地得2個人所以坐在成間餐\廳既邊位,但都睇到成個維港!!咁既$都就算係咁啦!!!!!每人98-128

首先重申, 本人不喜愛吸煙, 第2, 本人亦不喜愛這間餐廳的食物水準(環境是ok的), 但是每次都是因為要遷就煙民朋友才到這裡來, 又要吸大堆2手煙,又要食垃圾, 真是不值!!是次晚宴, 每人花費約$500, 不便宜的, 海鮮platter的龍蝦只如scampi的份量, 不過我没有品嚐, 翡翠螺的水準都是如常, 冷藏貨, 没特別, 蜆肉殼大肉少, 青口un得有只gum一樣, 生蠔水準都ok, 龍蝦一只, 其他的每款有4件, 這樣便要$598, 真貴!!烤三文魚扒做得不錯, 主菜來說份量算大, 魚烤得皮脆肉嫩, 魚香十足, 做得不錯, 配菜有意式烤三色椒及mashed potato, 都做得很好. 烤羊架$238, 但竟然只有2小件, 是否有點過份呢? 而且點了medium郤來了如8成熟的水準, 真是令人失望dessert platter$138, 這個可能是全晚最抵的一個菜式, 有四個甜品, tiramisu入口很滑, 但味道不如tiramiu, 只是一個whipped coffee cream而己, creme brulee的焦糖太苦, 蛋味不足, opera cake硬得要命,

週六中午來個寫意午餐, 走到公司附近的la villa, 午餐set的salad及dessert是自助的, main course由$60-80, 選擇有5個, 都算多選擇salad bar的選擇都只是例牌的青瓜什菜粟米等, 仍有一些貴價一點的如涷肉切片, 都尚算整齊企理, 汁料有三款, 以自助counter來說都算不錯主菜點了一客seafood lasagna, 即焗的lasagna很香, 茄汁及芝士極多, 茄汁味道香但只是茄醬造的, 芝士多但味道不是太濃味, lasagna的質地不錯, 腍得來又不會是一pat的, 海鮮其實只是一大堆墨魚, 但是份量多, 總算飽肚的, 整體來說都是合格的.甜品則令人十分失望, 因為全部不精美而且味道很差, 鮮果撻的撻的皮是腍的, 應是存放太久, 法式燉蛋的焦糖太苦…..甜品全部不合格!!!

之前上openrice.com睇d評語話呢間野幾好所以就同d friend去試下啦...點知係一次好唔開心既經歷~首先一入到去d waiter/waitress 個個黑口黑臉, hello都無講就帶我地去個位,之後坐左好耐先攞個menu黎~跟住我地諗到食咩啦,叫d waiter 埋黎又唔應, 但係佢地係企係度傾計喎~其間好多次我地叫極佢地都唔應...之後我有個朋友去洗手間經過個counter,就聽到其中一個waiter同個manager係度講緊一枱客,仲講哂粗口咁話果枱客, 真係好rude!d野都幾好食, 但係少選擇, 而且portion好細,都係一般西餐廳有得食既野~呢次experience真係好差,所以決定以後都唔會去呀!

開始對呢度嘅出品失去信心,果然冇估錯...

tuna fish salad --- grill過嘅tuna fish尤如柴皮,淡mou mou,連海鹽都唔落,差...菜及salad dressing只係普通嘢,無甚特別...

Boullabaisse --- 呢個算係全晚至好嘅,各類海鮮如蜆、青口、蝦等皆新鮮,湯有濃濃海鮮味,可惜欠缺最重要嘅番紅花粉及特有嘅dressing。不過都算收貨la..

seafood pasta with tomato sauce --- 全晚至失敗之作。spahgetti全冇al dente感覺,我以為係食緊阿活嘅蕃茄意粉。就算D seafood夠新鮮咁又點?

Grilled Angus beef wth fried french fries --- 塊扒質素係唔錯,但女友叫medium done,佢就整到一面medium done,尾嗰度就得medium rare...唉,D french fries都好食過佢...

本來想因為個view及用料嘅新鮮度而俾個OK臉佢,但諗諗厨師嘅烹調技巧,再加埋個services及價錢,就足以打個大大折扣俾佢...

朋友試過午餐及晚餐都讚不絶口,就向我們主動提議。我沒有所謂,一來未試過,二來唔駛我錢。大家都要9道菜的晚餐,而且四送一,剛好我o地四人。朋友講每月會更換9道菜的晚餐一次,所以我今次食的,已與娜姐不同。先上一籃兩款的法包,每個都熱烘烘的,真是外脆內軟。我都忍不住食了半個,還加了好香的牛油。頭盤八爪魚沙律-有四五片的新鮮八爪魚,配了青黃紅椒,再加了士多啤梨汁。八爪魚好爽、唔韌,但食唔出鮮味。莧菜酥皮卷-酥皮有點腍,不夠牛油香,亦不夠鬆化。煙鴨胸西柚卷-鴨肉可能經煙燻處理,沒有一種鴨的羶味,食完還有一陣煙燻留在口中。牛油果凍湯-第一口是有點苦,再嘗清楚味道後,發覺不是苦,是有種甘的味道,牛油果香慢慢滲出來,這個凍湯幾特別。香煎多寶魚配忌廉辣汁-厚厚的多寶魚,魚皮煎得好香,魚肉好嫩滑,再配以辣汁,非常醒胃。黑加侖子雪芭-不似是雪芭,學娜姐話似沙冰多一點。味道頗濃及稍甜,還加了甜甜什粒,味道不夠清,欠缺當「口」作用。煎牛柳-我要了3成,不過似乎比Medium rare還要熟,幸好肉質算靚。粟子拿破崙-與一般的拿破崙有別,不是一層層的酥皮,好像是以仁碎製成的一塊塊脆片,中間是雪涷的粟子忌廉,有口似

最後是咖啡或茶,雖然我只是飲檸檬茶,但聞到朋友那杯咖啡,濃濃的咖啡香,真是比一般連鎖咖啡店還香濃,而朋友們的評語也不錯。
雖然9道菜,每道份量細細,我除了牛柳、雪芭及甜品外,其他都分少三份一給朋友,都足夠令到我十分飽。
服務方面,有酒店及水準。而食物方面,又學娜姐話齋,不算特別出色,不過每道菜都買相精緻,可見師傅也下過功夫。
