上次帶國外朋友黎,好喜歡香港七十年代冰室,羅麥記感覺十分懷舊,又可以食到香港經典的地道美食,今晚又帶台灣朋友黎。晚餐選擇種類多,連鐵板餐都有。窗外的景觀一流,是高樓大厦,晚上着了燈就像星星一樣。連台灣朋友都知道最佳拍檔這首老歌。最鍾意食冰室小食。凍蜂蜜奶茶($26)茶味很濃,蜂蜜都溶化在裡面,不會死甜。紅豆冰粒粒奶茶($38)新鮮組合,結合紅豆冰塊和奶茶,超多紅豆,有成大半杯。土炮小食蝦多士($60/5件),蝦多士好吸引,都幾大份,蝦肉都幾厚,充滿蝦味,仲加左白芝麻,麵包外脆內軟。哈哈哈炒飯($68)加左蝦羔、蝦米、蝦球,飯炒得粒粒分明,不會很油,算幾乾身,有3隻爽口大蝦,蝦干也有不少,加了肉鬆味道更豐富。麥sir乳鴿仔($56)皮脆肉嫩,一口咬下去,肉汁爆出來。羅麥雞翼撈通粉($53)雞翼很入味,又軟嫩,通粉蠻有嚼勁,不過鹹了一點。

飲品方面 : 我飲北海道牛奶咖啡☕,K姐就要熱奶茶🍵。

咖啡不像港式的味道,不苦澀,而且有北海道牛奶的香🥛。

熱奶茶夠滑,茶味香濃,K姐仲嫌太細杯,唔夠喉,再嗌多一杯。

雖然今日星期日打風又落雨🌨🌩☔,都不會破壞心情去享受呢個Happy Sunday😁😁。

羅麥記一間幾多特色食物嘅餐廳,以前係康怡廣場有分店,但食物好差,現已結束營業!所以一直對呢間餐廳無乜好感,但今次試試,竟然無失望!午市有套餐,有湯有飲品,加20幾元有碟油菜,但碟菜心好硬,份量仲得好少!例湯係木瓜湯,味道都算Ok! 套餐揀了咸蛋蒸肉餅飯,大大隻咸蛋,肉餅都好大碟,唔會好䶢,味道適中!杯凍檸茶好有茶記feel,茶味香濃!套餐就好快到,但三文治就要等比較耐,可能唔係套餐,要另外整,所以等得耐,呢度好奇怪三文治竟然冇得烘底,我叫了餐肉火腿三文治,餐肉同火腿都輕輕煎過,味道很好,唔會係啲好鹹嘅餐肉!餐廳店員好有禮貌,但可惜如果要杯水都要叫先比,環境都算乾淨。我見到一個人嚟午餐嘅客人都唔需要搭枱,一人一張細枱,服務都好好!

羅麥記一間幾多特色食物嘅餐廳,以前係康怡廣場有分店,但食物好差,現已結束營業!所以一直對呢間餐廳無乜好感,但今次試試,竟然無失望!午市有套餐,有湯有飲品,加20幾元有碟油菜,但碟菜心好硬,份量仲得好少!例湯係木瓜湯,味道都算Ok! 套餐揀了咸蛋蒸肉餅飯,大大隻咸蛋,肉餅都好大碟,唔會好䶢,味道適中!杯凍檸茶好有茶記feel,茶味香濃!套餐就好快到,但三文治就要等比較耐,可能唔係套餐,要另外整,所以等得耐,呢度好奇怪三文治竟然冇得烘底,我叫了餐肉火腿三文治,餐肉同火腿都輕輕煎過,味道很好,唔會係啲好鹹嘅餐肉!餐廳店員好有禮貌,但可惜如果要杯水都要叫先比,環境都算乾淨。我見到一個人嚟午餐嘅客人都唔需要搭枱,一人一張細枱,服務都好好!

炒河己有一段曰子無食過了,心癢癢叫了一碟避風塘牛肉炒河。上枱時己聞到一陣鑊氣香味,勁邪悪。
牛肉份量頗多,肉質軟熟有肉香。由於是避風塘炒法,味道帶辣,好惹味,炒得乾爽,還有芽菜和蔥條增加口感。久違的炒河無得輸。

之前喺其它分店吃過麥 SIR 乳鴿仔,今次就決定試下呢款西檸蜂蜜配乳鴿仔 ($58)。乳鴿外形雖然稱不上的骰,但件頭亦不算很大,上檯時已一分為四。撕開外皮,入口相當香脆,一點也不油膩,鴿肉嫩滑,保持肉汁,而且由於喺製作過程中加入了檸檬汁同蜂蜜,所以食落多咗一份清香嘅口感,加上醃得夠曬入味,肉也不少,味道超棒。

甜品時間,友人對雪糕興趣不大,反而看中了流心粟米西多,可惜店員稱產品暫停供應,最後選了蜂蜜紅豆西多士 ($28),西多厚身四正,色澤呈淺金黃,肯定不是用萬年油炸成,上桌時配有一小碟蜜糖,加上牛油放面,賣相吸引!輕咬一口,紅豆餡微甜,連蜂蜜同吃,甜度恰好,有粒粒口感,讚!順帶一提,餐廳不設加一,價錢合理,以銅鑼灣區來說,實屬經濟抵食。

星期日約了表姐去了銅鑼灣逛街,大熱天時緊係去商場裏面逛下啦。之後去了希慎的高級茶餐廳羅麥記食午餐。茶廳在14/F,景觀開揚,有很多懷舊小食,而價錢跟街邊茶記差不多,但坐得比較舒適。蝦多士一份五件望落去以為會很飽,其實麵包很鬆軟,厚切麵包不會太飽,表面釀上蝦膠,爽口彈牙,而且只煎過表面,沒有炸過,所以一點也不油膩。水牛芝士炸雲吞中或炸雲吞加上水牛芝士,裏面啖啖蝦肉,半溶芝士流出,香脆惹味。黑汁墨魚鬚墨魚鬚爽脆帶甜,有點似海鮮醬味道。芝士菠菜吞拿魚焗通粉表面舖上芝士,菠菜同吞拿魚味道很夾,芝士亦不會太膩,通粉爽口,比其實肉類焗飯更清新。紅豆冰粒粒奶茶&生薑蜂蜜水冰粒裏面全部都是紅豆,整杯有一半都是紅豆粒,奶茶香濃幼滑,茶味十足,是必試之一。
