我都係叫左medium rare,好欣賞呢個羊架,粉嫩色好靚,肉質爽彈,羊味十足但唔會羶,羊架邊邊少少燒焦,加上咸咸地嘅香料,食落好惹味😋


Side dishes有Yorkshore Pudding 口感鬆軟,有香濃嘅蛋味 。薯蓉都好香薯仔味同埋幾滑,配埋燒牛肉汁食一流👍

Crisp romaine and iceberg lettuce, baby spinach, shredded beets, chopped eggs and croutons with exclusive vintage dressing
Daily Soup was onion soup and I chose salad instead. The waiter mixed the ingredients of the salads in front of you using a spinning bowl, which explained its name. Portion was quite generous with crispy romaine and lettuce. Shredded beets were quite special. I didn't see much baby spinach though unfortunately (maybe replaced by 2 cherry tomatoes?). Flavour-wise I would say the dressing was just right. It was quite a good salad. I particularly liked the special shredded beets and chopped eggs. The plate was ice cold and the waiter also passed me an ice-cold fork to eat the salad. They also recommended me to add table-side black pepper to the salad.

A server would place a big trolley of Roasted Prime Rib of Beef and cut it in front of us. They first asked us how well done we would like. I chose medium rare. Very soon a very hot plate with strong aroma of gravy was served to me. The prime rib was quite thin and it was just super super super tender. It was so easy to cut and easy to chew! Yummy! The gravy tasted great - not too strong nor too weak. The server introduced the 2 types of radishes on our table to go with our rib - the one of lighter colour was less spicy while the another of slightly darker colour was more spicy. I tried the more spicy one and I think it is better to stick to the gravy. The mashed potatoes were super smooth and nicely flavoured with gravy. The Yorkshire Pudding was very nice with thin crispy crust and soft interior like bread pudding. A plate with half of Yorkshire Pudding was left on our table for us to share.

We both went for this dessert rather than Tiramisu. The chocolate cake was indeed warm with chocolate sauce all over it. It was very soft indeed. The vanilla ice-cream scoop was ok - obviously self-made yet the portion was too little to finish the whole chocolate cake.
Coffee or tea was included and I had hot lemon water. 3 slices of lemon were served on a plate. A small tea pot of hot water was served with a set of tea cup and some sugars so that I added lemon slices and hot water as I wished. 
Overall, the quality of the food was quite good especially the prime rib! Environment was super nicely decorated and renovated with a circular setting. Service was good with detailed introduction of the sides to go with the food. Unfortunately the tables were quite close to each other. That said, it was a nice place for business lunch or some celebratory meals!

Semi-buffet brunch includes welcome drink and salad bar, with a variety for choices in main course.
Roasted prime rib of beef is my favourite dish, beef is tender and juicy
