Inconsistent cuts.I went here for my birthday last week and I couldn't help but notice an inconsistency in the portion sizes of the prime rib. I ordered the same dish as my friend, and while their portion appeared larger (idk if they gave him a bigger portion cause he’s a guy) mine seemed noticeably smaller.. much thinner. If I am paying the same price then we should both be receiving more or less similar portions.While I understand that variations can occur, it would be great if the restaurant

Inconsistent cuts.

I went here for my birthday last week and I couldn't help but notice an inconsistency in the portion sizes of the prime rib. I ordered the same dish as my friend, and while their portion appeared larger (idk if they gave him a bigger portion cause he’s a guy) mine seemed noticeably smaller.. much thinner. If I am paying the same price then we should both be receiving more or less similar portions.

While I understand that variations can occur, it would be great if the restaurant could ensure that each serving is consistent in size (it wasn’t being weighed when they were slicing it in front of us)

I want to emphasise that the quality of the prime rib was excellent. However, addressing this inconsistency in portion sizes would greatly enhance the overall dining experience….

Restaurant week個餐幾抵食就去試下

Starter加$80要咗lobster bisque 有驚喜 有鮮味而且好滑 仲有大大舊龍蝦尾

牛肉其實款款都係同一隻牛 只係唔同厚度
就揀咗califonia cut medium rare 啱啱好夠淋身 但略嫌欠缺牛味

Dessert就比較失色 tiramisu都唔係真正嘅tiramisu

Overall service好好 職員好welcoming好responsive
但上菜速度真係有啲太快 感覺好快餐 每個course中間都冇乜時間俾食客抖一陣回一回氣

最後 生日有蛋糕同即影即有送 所以成餐飯都算幾滿意
