經過見到呢款好特別嘅甜品,本身以為係忌廉蛋糕🎂原來係Pavlova,就係以蛋白霜做基底嘅甜品,主要材料係蛋白同埋糖,打成滑滑的蛋白霜後,再以慢火將外層烤脆、中心部份仍然係軟綿綿好似綿花糖咁🤣·Pavlova($50-$55)聽落好似好吸引咁,不過我覺得食落真係好甜🙈我今次試左三隻味:朱古力、水蜜桃同雜莓🍓雖然口感幾好,上面仲舖左水果可以中和下甜膩感,但仍然係偏甜🥲·拎嘅時候都要好小心,因為好易整碎,我未影相就已經唔小心跌碎左一件🤭價錢都有少少貴,試一次就好了🤣🤣

Le Dessert📍金鐘Milk Tea Pavlova $50個Pavlova可以分做三層,頂層係水果,中層係鮮忌廉,底層係蛋白餅。今次我呢款個頂層係西柚同埋橙,中層係Earl Grey味嘅忌廉,底層就係蛋白餅。鮮忌廉冇甜味,用肉眼睇會見到茶碎,但係茶香唔係好突出。相反,蛋白餅好甜,所以千祈唔好將忌廉同埋蛋白餅分開食。將三層一齊食可以打返勻啲味道,食落我覺得係啱啱好偏甜。不過呢款蛋白餅會有少少漏,雖然份量唔大,但係我覺得最好搵多個人一齊食,如果唔係就太heavy了。

個Pavlova可以分做三層,頂層係水果,中層係鮮忌廉,底層係蛋白餅。今次我呢款個頂層係西柚同埋橙,中層係Earl Grey味嘅忌廉,底層就係蛋白餅。

鮮忌廉冇甜味,用肉眼睇會見到茶碎,但係茶香唔係好突出。相反,蛋白餅好甜,所以千祈唔好將忌廉同埋蛋白餅分開食。

將三層一齊食可以打返勻啲味道,食落我覺得係啱啱好偏甜。不過呢款蛋白餅會有少少漏,雖然份量唔大,但係我覺得最好搵多個人一齊食,如果唔係就太heavy了。

🄾🅅🄴🅁🄰🄻🄻: 對奶敏感的我係到諗,如果可以將cream轉做yogurt 就好💭不過整體真係好靚又好味!6”其實係適合4-6人,而2人的得4”😂想打卡靚啲就所以order大少少。Meringue 真係食落感覺唔膩,即使食飽飯食都得👍🏻淋上白桃青檸醬都仲好fresh又唔太甜!

Mother’s Day was the first time I tried the cake from this shop. I bought their signature Berries Charlotte cake. I was attracted by the description on their website. "Fresh berries based on a unique crumbly base" as I love berries so much. The cake was fresh made with crunchy base and fresh fruits. The base is crunchy but not hard; the cream is special and not greasy.Customer service is nice, they answered my questions thru Whatsapp in a very short period of time and resolved the techincal issu
