今日再到尚品薈飲茶 發現轉了幾個套餐 選擇甚多 即時產生了選擇困難症 最後先試C 餐 298/一位 二位起 足足有十樣之多 十分滿足 下次目標是B餐雪山叉燒包 不過不失腐皮卷 好味 上湯吾錯西湖牛肉羮 超正 是我喜歡的味道XO醬蝦球 野味 彈牙咕嚕肉 上湯莧菜 正正常常 份量也不少荷葉冬菇蒸雞 雞肉蒸得好嫩 味道幾好嘩 這個臘味糯米飯 超好味 只可惜太飽 試味後 祗能打包回家 今晚再嘆桂花紅豆糕 桂花味清香 又不太甜 整體都十分滿意 算是疫情下才有機會吃到這麼抵食的套餐

住咗西營盤好耐,從來都冇去過呢間,今次屋企人想食好啲,所以走過來試吓,一分錢一分貨,環境舒適,每張枱嘅距離都幾遠,空間感幾大,而且侍應好多,佢哋都不停幫我地斟茶,好快又加水,另外點心都幾好食,值得推介!佢稍稍比其他同區酒樓貴,但係食物質素可以講係比較優勝!

週中某日約了絲打在尚品薈飲茶,暢談暢聚。冰鎮著的鮑魚仔十分之爽,有嚼勁但不靭,鮑味濃郁,是一道相當出色的前菜。花一大輪功夫做成的蠔油鮑汁柚皮入味是入味的;奈何僅得兩小片,還有兩小棵生菜,少得可憐。蜜汁叉燒腸的腸粉皮滑而不黏,叉燒肉又甜又腍,淋上豉油滋味得很。三度點心小食之後,我們都好像沒吃過甚麼似的,所以一人一碗湯麵是必然的事。雖然餐牌上標示著的北菰,不管看起來或是吃入口都像是草菇;但湯底甚為鮮甜,一點不膩。斑球灼得剛剛好,肉質嫩滑細膩。此外麵條也很好吃,食完我們都飽鳥~~食物屬中上水準,果然為上品之滙。

星期日和朋友拜年,朋友安排之下來到了這間位於西環的尚品薈,地方寬闊服務殷勤,歡聚了一個下午😄🍾這間尙品薈環境舒適,點心新鮮,值得一再光臨👏🏻蜜汁叉燒腸粉 - 腸粉皮做得十分薄滑而且很有彈性配上蜜汁叉燒加上小小醬油完全把味道提升蜂巢鵝肝芋角 - 傳統的蜂巢芋角外皮酥脆芋蓉較為乾身比較硬,這裏加入鵝肝在芋蓉中增添了鵝肝的油香和鬆化,完全把蜂巢芋角改頭換面晶瑩鮮蝦餃 - 餃如其名晶瑩鮮味,餃皮簿彈有口感鮮蝦十分爽彈蝦味濃,蝦汁完全溶入餃皮中,原來餃皮先係重點香菇燒賣 - 真料實料香菇和豬肉的比例剛好,食落甘香不太肥膩響鈴牛肉球 - 牛肉味濃而且非常嫩滑,加上響鈴把牛肉汁和喼汁吸收後,絕對美味黑松露上素餃 - 黑松露把簡簡單單的上素餃變得不平凡味道蜜汁叉燒包 - 叉燒包不太夠熱,有點失色!

這個牛肉球的肉味蠻濃郁的,而且有著彈牙的口感。而我最欣賞的並不是牛肉,而是牛肉球下的響鈴,比想像中還要有心機,豆味蠻濃郁的,而且大大塊,入口口感很豐富的,很喜歡響鈴把肉味吸收後再配以豆味的味道那種很夾的味道,不錯。

The main kitchen is big too with more than ten chefs there!

There appears to be an ex-actress 張沅微 as my friend tells me.

Anyway, started with a pot of tea which costs $20 per person, heated on a candle.
It was strong and fragrant.
Also on the menu, there are other fine Chinese teas to choose from.

起初還怕吃過多款點心後會吃不到燉鮮奶,但原來燉奶小巧的骰,就像一小杯espresso ,芋泥散發著淡淡的芋頭香,而令我最欣賞的是底下的燉鮮奶,又香又滑且帶蛋香,單吃或連著芋泥同吃,同樣好吃!!

埋單時有點尷尬,不知是酒樓沒有紙幣還是怎的,找贖時有10多元全給我硬幣,還要大多是1,2元. . . 希望下次會準時足夠的10或20元紙幣作找贖之用吧

用細細地既西式茶杯裝住上
上層係薄薄既芋泥下面係燉鮮奶
入口有淡淡而慢慢散出既甜味
用細杯份量裝作甜品,份量控制得好
唔會話太飽肚,因為芋頭都有少少難消化
