唔好意思遲咗先寫呢篇review 當日同朋友慶祝升職一齊去食坐咗10分鐘見到佢個廚師喺門口食煙食完冇洗手直接處理牛扒後門個廁所有曱甴啲牛肉揀嗰時呈深紅色帶深灰色煮完之後食有陣up味 行埋去個雪櫃個溫度計顯示-2C兩塊唔同嘅牛扒都係嗌咗支chateau des tours Vacqueyras 09 價錢比出面貴成倍又冇攞出嚟唞氣埋單嗰陣時仲要錄錯卡收多我錢過幾日打電話返去有位同事叫亞May話唔識退錢又cut我線成餐飯食到一肚氣救命 continue reading

偶然在灣仔經過LQV才知道他們開了一間主打吃法國肉類的餐廳,除了堂食還可以外賣法國生肉回家親自烹調。餐廳走簡約路線室內設計簡單,基本上貫徹LQV酒吧的風格,不同的是多了個儲存肉類的玻璃櫃供客人選擇,牛扒是以重量計價,而每件牛扒收50元煮食費。點了二客牛扒 - Le Faux Fillet 和 L’Entrecole Parisienne ,前者是西冷扒後者是肉眼扒,還有沙律、蔬菜、酒和cheese platter。法國牛扒雖然不及美國牛扒那樣香濃的肉味,但味道也十分出色,肉質鮮嫩不耐嚼。Green salad的菜也新鮮,還有法國南部特色的蔬菜,味道也不錯只是有點煮過了。餐洒Syrah 和 Beaujolais價錢合理,質素也不錯,入口柔和。Cheese platter有四種份量不少的芝士,配上熱熱的麵包,這樣一頓簡單美味的晚餐,真的令人回味。 continue reading

Really surprised by my visit here !! Super nice service from the manager always polite and helpful, nothing fancy but top recommendation on the wine, we had two bottles one for 400 hkd the other one for 700hkd after we felt confortable. Food is very simple but tasty and they have a restaurant next door specialised in French meat, we look forward to try it soon ! Guys don't miss it they also have other branches in Central with an even bigger selection the manager said ... simply one of the best bar I tried recently in Hong Kong continue reading

這天到了灣仔這間法式小扒房,店內座位不多,只有8-10張高抬高凳,座位可能有點不太舒適。門口左邊便是牛扒和Ham櫃,每個客人都可以在雪櫃內挑選你想要的牛扒,當天我們點了一個Ham & pate platter,也點了一支紅酒,說說選紅酒的過程,因為Wine menu實在太厚太多選擇,我們選的時候也花了點時間,最後還是由服務員為我們推薦。其實我是超級喜歡吃Pate的,喜歡肉和肝壓制成肝醬,很適合配搭紅酒。我們做雪櫃裡挑選了Ribeye,Ribeye由鐵板盛上,保持溫度,另外Side dish 我們選了Mashed potato,薯蓉打得很香滑,像吃雪糕一樣。價錢不貴但嘗到如些上乘的肉質,性價比高。只是真的坐得不耐,因為高抬高凳真的不太舒服。 continue reading

來了三次。第一次,下午茶時間沒有肉吃,走了。第二次,晚飯時間,滿足了我只愛吃肉的老公。店裡充斥著微微的凍肉味,風味十足。先在黑板上選了碟platter。火腿帶清幽的松露香,沒有一般火腿的鹹,很好吃。另外兩款,ham咀嚼時少少黏,少少鹹,pate亦幾香。不時吃一口pickle,酸一酸,增加口水分泌,特別清新。Black pudding放在凍櫃裡,一大條捲起的腸。店員切了六塊,放上鐵板去煎,令表面微脆,重味卻不難接受。一向都喜歡black pudding的我,十分滿足。羊架以支做單位,兩個人一人一支,淺嚐一下。煎至剛熟,肉很嫩,油脂香。脂肪和肉的比例幾乎1:1,卻不膩。不過,我喜歡再多一點羶味。後面的ratatouille,吃了一大堆肉後,也值得一試。蔬菜切成粒,焗至很腍,蕃茄、茄子、翠玉瓜等,色彩繽紛。很好吃,盡是蔬菜汁精華,但略嫌香草味偏重,猜是fennel。牛肉有很多部位供選擇,店員介紹了這個。肉味幾重,脂肪不多,較有咬口。跟法藉店員談了幾句,很友善,後來他打開了凍肉櫃讓我們一睹一大堆生肉的風采,看起來都幾震撼。第三次,又是下午茶時間,只為飲杯。看著這道牆,還不是全部。Wine list長很誇張,像本厚厚的聖經。老公興奮地逐頁掀,我在旁看著密麻麻的字,頭都暈了。Mixed platter有芝士和ham,全部都合口味。不得不提麵包,外層勁脆。Fondue,把芝士溶掉,再送上一籃麵包。芝士濃稠,用小匙羹放一點在麵包上,它立即變凍,乾掉在麵包上。芝士散發著酒香,好吃得再吃不下時,內心充滿著飲芝士衝動。放涼後,芝士中凝固了一塊塊。有第四次嗎?我老公對那wine list讚不絕口。肯定有。 continue reading
