3個人食打冷, 第一次去, 點知就中伏, 食到尾先上個粟米魚肚羹, 咬一口硬到牙都bung,叫個伙記又話唔到事, 跟著有請老板出馬, 全程肺up, 話你地等下先, 浸浸佢就軟, 什麼自己用新鮮魚肚所以硬d,當我地傻的嗎,唔肯退, 食左一口  only, 正BLK店, 係人都知做粟米魚肚羹既魚肚要浸至軟身先係好基本, 搞咁耐咩都食哂先上十成係解凍需時,  隔唔知幾多夜9成少客加上無咩人係呢d地方叫, 係自己傻係粥店叫餐旦冶想好食想新解太天真同傻, 雪成咁點煮都唔會軟是常識吧, 唔識就 google la, 老板!做法:魚肚用水浸泡至軟身。燒一大鍋滾水,放下蔥,薑和魚肚,煮約10分鐘,去腥味。撈起魚肚,用凍水冲洗。榨乾水份。切成小丁塊。用一深鍋,把雞湯煮滾,加魚肚煮約15分鐘,讓魚肚入味。加粟米湯和滾水。煮滾後,拌入生粉水。熄火。慢慢加入蛋汁,用筷子搞拌成蛋花,加芫荽裝飾,即成。 continue reading

西灣河熟食街市打冷~ 聽朋友講呢間唔錯 黎到~食打冷就必定叫韭菜豬紅 鹵水鵝片 同埋滷水生腸 佢哋鹵水類嘅嘢 真心講真係唔錯 但係之後食廚房嘅嘢~ 就炸得都係比較乾~蠔餅同椒鹽鮮魷 我哋大家一至都覺得好食 但係佢椒鹽九肚魚 我地覺得比較似 ~天婦羅九肚魚多啲呢個就係椒鹽九肚魚啦~ 炸到黑蚊蚊 有啲硬之後啲男士都叫咗個田雞煲 ~我就唔敢食喇 ~~再叫咗個大鱔煲 ~味道唔錯 ,只係啲大鱔炸得比較乾身……最後叫咗個小炒王 ……超級咸 ……反而個霸王薑蔥雞 ~啲雞好滑 超好味 啤酒就 朝日 做緊promo~$33一枝~青島就28蚊一支 ~~其實整體嚟講都算好食嘅 continue reading

嚟到西灣河熟食市場裡面有3間食市我地今晚係去利興食打冷, 利興除咗打冷都有小菜㗎。 不過今晚我地比較想食打冷, 所以睇餐牌都係睇潮州打冷。第一樣想食嘅就係我至鐘意食嘅潮州蠔餅, 賣相睇落去好似好鬆脆, 但真係有 d失望嘅, 外面係脆嘅, 但裡面又真係有d厚, 厚得嚟好多蛋漿咁, 不過蠔仔都算大粒同多。 韭菜豬紅, 但味道偏淡, 出面食到嘅會有辣, 但呢個唔算好辣, 韭菜豬紅都 ok生腸拼墨魚, 好味當然要叫個潮州粥食啦食潮州打冷緊係要啤啤佢最後 $223 埋單 continue reading
