IFC除咗國金軒就只有一間酒樓所以係商務餐嘅首選點心價錢略貴,但中環地區都可接受。食物質素尚可,燒賣較為細粒,小籠包皮薄有汁,蝦餃都實材實料。叫了上湯娃娃菜,但不夠腍,十分難咀嚼。雪山奶黃包最遲上但居然唔熱,凍左不太好吃。另外叫了細叉燒,亦是中等質素,而且較肥,不夠熱。但值得讚係個魚粥,夠鮮味,有魚片,清清地可去膩,而且沒有提醒下,員工都主動分粥,每人一小碗。整體一般,優勝之處係環境乾淨光猛,座位鬆動舒服。

利苑酒家在香港算是很有名的餐饮连锁了,上海国金中心也有他们家的分店。也有过六家分店同时上米其林餐厅的盛况。今年IFC分店虽然掉星了,但个人觉得他家品质在利苑里算是很高的。等位用了半小时,不过还好国金里逛的地方比较多,不至于无聊。入座后没有靠窗和小隔间的位置了,点了他们家的冰火三层烧,牛仔骨,流沙包,海鲜米线和时蔬。三层烧一如既往的好吃,流沙包的口味也还不错。牛仔骨比较让人失望,感觉非常的一般。。重点推荐的是他家的米线了,感觉是香港最好吃的米线,汤汁非常可口,米线的口感也很好。服务态度一如既往的好,服务员很贴心。

同朋友去咗利苑食中菜慶祝開年, 質素真係好高,雖然價錢不便宜 ,但係物超所值性價比很高, 而且基本上係唔接受walk-in客 ,每日都高朋滿座, 而且員工服務質素 很好 ,餐廳隱密度好高,每一張枱都有板隔住 ,今次點左幾樣餸, 其中一樣係炸蠔, 佢嘅炸蠔超大隻好新鮮 ,頭盤係燒肉加叉燒 ,佢嘅燒肉皮烤得好脆 ,本人不嬲都唔鍾意食太多肥膏嘅燒肉 ,佢嘅燒肉基本上係冇乜肥膏嘅, 每一碟餸都好精緻特別盛饌係個海斑蒸蛋白 ,蛋白蒸得好滑, 配上海斑嘅鮮味, 真係一絕。 甜品方面點咗南瓜西米露, 唔太甜南瓜味好重, 配上西米 恰到適中。

环境真的很吵,说香港人素质高的自己来看看,在ifc吃饭的本地人应该是中等收入人群,还不是说话很大声,哇啦哇啦的也听不懂说什么鬼,小朋友出来进去乱走,跟随便一家中餐馆没什么差别,对环境不用抱太大希望。汤味道不错,用料一般,鱼皇原来是鱼骨谁知道,炒菜很一般,肉类偏甜,当然这边就是喜欢甜的有什么办法,总体性价比较低,人均330,除了汤其他都不推荐。服务一般中的一般,点菜时也不告知菜量,结果点的有点多,这是最基本的职业准入了吧,门口带位的姑娘态度不好,跟不想上班似的。总体感觉这家店就是,老子不缺客人,菜没什么稀罕,服务就这样勉强,价格就这么贵,你爱吃不吃,吃的话一小时必须吃完走人,不吃离远点别妨碍老子做生意。商务宴请可以,家人朋友聚餐就算了吧。

來這裡吃下午的點心,2:40 pm 開始上菜。三個人點了九樣點心,應該也不算很少吧?一位女子服務生在2:45 pm 臭著臉跟我們說三點廚房就要關了,還要不要點?我們說不要。3:10 pm 又有一個男的服務生跑過來要我們先結帳,大約$600。3:15 同樣的女服務生又臭著臉跑過來說店3:30 要關了,要我們在之前吃完,然後開始收空盤子。這樣被趕,我們也只好趕快吃吃閃人。正站起來要走,就聽到剛剛收盤子的女服務生把剛收的盤子全部砸碎在地上了,聲音很大聲。店裡只剩下一桌別的客人,不然大概會有不少人被嚇到。食物給四星,但服務只能給一顆星。完全沒有高級餐廳服務生該有的態度!

Booked table for 19:30 and we arrived 10-15min earlier, but no chance of sitting down before the designated time at all.  So we patiently waited and waited, finally was allowed into a busy busy restaurant with every table fully occupied.  The food must be good - and several items were no longer available on the menu.  We quickly grabbed what still on offer and when they turned up, the taste was good!  well worth the wait.  we had a delicious soup, followed by a special chicken - partially de-bon

Booked table for 19:30 and we arrived 10-15min earlier, but no chance of sitting down before the designated time at all.  So we patiently waited and waited, finally was allowed into a busy busy restaurant with every table fully occupied.  The food must be good - and several items were no longer available on the menu.  We quickly grabbed what still on offer and when they turned up, the taste was good!  well worth the wait.  we had a delicious soup, followed by a special chicken - partially de-boned, so that's good, but the legs seemed smaller than usual and not much breast meat either.  pot beef rib on the bone also good but pales in comparison to the other dishes. veggie dishes all pretty good and flavoursome.  a fired fish filet was delicious, just not enough to go around.  steamed whole red spot garoupa was superb - we ate every last morsel of it and added plenty of plain white rice to soak up the sauce.  however, this meant the cured meat rice was left over and we happily doggie-bagged it for later.  not cheap, but convenient for catching the express to the airport before the midnight flight to London. 
Other Info. : for maximum choice, show up at the 6pm sitting as locals tend to eat early and they pick the best dishes. i doubt anything good will be available at the 8:30pm sitting
