假日下午茶幾乎滿座,放眼望去都係街坊,很久以前食過一兩次,已經沒有印象味道如何,今日一試覺得還不錯,而且性價比高,假日下午茶$40兩個點心,平日就$38,抵食😋香煎墨魚餅:有驚喜,雖然樣子麻麻地似返炸,但是皮脆內熱,而且唔咸無油淋淋,比連鎖酒樓好食!燒腩仔皮:唔脆,不過都唔咸,外面餐廳好多都好咸,好重味😋傳承燒賣皇:有d料到,料實在之於很淋軟,沒有坊間的厚實,燒賣皮不會黏住張紙,功力由細緻可見👍😋時菜鯪魚球:上菜阿姐沒有問要唔要喼汁,只見她將倒完喼汁再落胡椒粉,那種小時候的食法返來了🤩坊間現在只會倒入酸到開唔到眼的喼汁,唔會落胡椒粉,讓我一度懷疑以前的食法係咪從來無出現過🤦🏼‍♀️終於係呢度搵返我的回憶!講返鯪魚球真是無得頂,多荽茜但沒有很重味,肉很柔軟,竟然係有骨,可見真是有落魚肉,鯪魚球的回憶與感動🥹最後見到牙籤印的名係樓上酒樓粵品川,原來係同一老闆,後來朋友說樓上的更好食,晚飯亦唔錯,下次一定過去試下😄

😋傳承燒賣皇:有d料到,料實在之於很淋軟,沒有坊間的厚實,燒賣皮不會黏住張紙,功力由細緻可見👍

😋時菜鯪魚球:上菜阿姐沒有問要唔要喼汁,只見她將倒完喼汁再落胡椒粉,那種小時候的食法返來了🤩坊間現在只會倒入酸到開唔到眼的喼汁,唔會落胡椒粉,讓我一度懷疑以前的食法係咪從來無出現過🤦🏼‍♀️終於係呢度搵返我的回憶!
講返鯪魚球真是無得頂,多荽茜但沒有很重味,肉很柔軟,竟然係有骨,可見真是有落魚肉,鯪魚球的回憶與感動🥹

梨木樹有間酒樓開咗好耐,有好多款菜式可以揀。🔖片皮鴨 ($128)其中叫咗呢碟片皮鴨,意外地好食。皮燒得好脆,肉都多汁,而且係喺食客面前現切片皮鴨,又有得食又有得睇👍🏻🔖椒鹽九肚魚 ($58)冇乜椒鹽味,外皮比較厚,但魚肉味道尚可,份量亦唔少🔖古法多寶魚 ($208)多寶魚冇乜魚味,不過勝在新鮮,落嘅油偏多,如果可以落多啲豉油少啲油就好🔖 XO醬錦江豆腐煲入面都有唔少材料,包括西蘭花,豆腐,瑤柱等等🔖澄海滷水拼盤呢款拼盤都有五款餸可以揀,不過紅腸唔算係滷水吧😅🔖楊州炒飯($94)味道尚可,份量好足,但係炒得偏油

今日行過,諗住買生腸食,成個梨木樹得梨木樹酒家有得買,買個陣發現唔同左,之前係放係到買,而家佢既生腸係用水浸住,秤個陣,連水一齊秤買咁自己想食,無辦法。之前食開,係好食既,無所謂啦點知返到屋企,食個陣,生腸無味,生腸有D又唔熟,食落個口感一D都唔脆,生腸又咋多,每一嚿都要吐返岀黎。。。同屋企人食到一肚火,如果我一個食有問題,可能係我個人問題,我俾其他人試,個個都話唔得,咁就證明係呢間野既唔得真係無下次$150。。。上下面係同一個老闆,所以外買袋係樓上面店名

今午與屋企人去了梨木樹酒家飲茶,四個人點了八個點心,燒賣,生煎包,牛肉腸,春卷,一碟菜,再加一碟肉絲炒麵、四寶飯和燒味雙拼。個人較喜歡燒賣彈牙,腸粉皮薄,至於燒味有驚喜,燒肉肉厚皮脆,叉燒油香肉嫩,整體來講滋味可口。

一人早茶因為要過來學習。。。又住得遠,一定要早早早d到。。。本來打算食個xx樂早餐。。。點知入到商場,咁多叔叔ee。。。應該唔太差。。。反正才7點幾,唔好食即轉xx樂門口有張「抱歉要搭枱」,好可愛。doo完安心,自己搵位。順做叫埋茶。蝦餃控,當然無走鷄啦想叫 「棉花雞」,點知見到「百花(讓)魚肚」,即點。「百花(讓)魚肚」,先到。嘩,打咗蛋白(顯),棉花夠入味,個蝦滑又得😻蝦餃 ,蝦爽又新鮮。。。仲要有油係裡面,唔知點解 但夾呀。下次有機會再試吓其他😻我散叫,再加10蚊茶錢,所以都近80蚊

都係屋企住家飯味,呢個價錢亦都唔會有好高要求,但求正正常常唔難食☺️☺️

首先無收任何廣告費,純粹個人感受。噚晚約咗三五知己啤啤佢🍻諗吓買乜嘢食餸酒,我就去咗一間叫龍華閣海鮮酒家嘅地方,點解搵極都唔見唔通摺咗,問吓街坊原來轉咗叫梨木樹酒家,我覺得間酒樓名非常之貼地👍買咗三樣餸,冷盤泰式鳳爪酸酸美味,可以刺激味蕾。海蜇燻蹄,海蜇好爽分題好有口感。買咗半隻燒鵝熱辣辣啲滷水汁唔喊啱口味。我自己覺得食燒鵝一定要夠熱先好食,CP值高唔需要幫襯有名嗰啲舖頭食燒鵝又貴又未必好食。大家俾嗰機會呢間酒樓,可能你搵到自己喜歡的食物。

近日發現梨木樹酒家的名稱重現商場廣告牌上,正懷疑是否新店用舊名,但見用上舊商標,似乎真是舊店翻生,幾十年前的嫰口叉燒和肥切雞有機會重現!據點心紙上蛛絲馬跡,似乎是2021年11月15日開業,店外已不停有街坊排隊斬料,而且維持當年「先買票後斬料」的安排。不過酒樓已改用現代電腦顯示屏,並用點心紙落單,再沒有推車和托盤。但是,裝燒味飯盒的白膠袋,仍有幾十年前的圖案,大家不妨留意一下。因為新開業,各樣看來都不錯,仲有$28一個特價飯盒!
