個次去買左 買黎第2日食個隻啦買左個牛角包 伯爵茶味嘅驚出期待咁真係有餡嘅 仲好creamy好邪惡個隻唔似我之前食過有一間得個面有cream做裝飾裏面吉個啲所以呢間真係幾正 下次唔擺過晚 即日食我諗仲正

月餅盒上寫住："Happiness is a piece of cake." - 何金水。而田中一Search，原來唔係《行運一條龍》果個何金水 (周星馳)，而係來自米芝蓮三星同五星級酒店嘅名廚 - King Poon。而Lemongrass Bakery呢間小店，都係由佢一手創立，難怪月餅質素咁高！-🥮精品茶葉月兔禮盒 4件裝+茶葉禮盒 (折後 $284)- 酥皮流心奶黃月餅 (42克) x 2件- 酥皮伯爵茶月餅 (42克) x 1件- 柚子朱古力月餅 (42克) x 1件- 迷迭香白茶 (15克) x 1罐- 蜜香紅茶 (15克) x 1罐1️⃣酥皮流心奶黃，聽到已經覺得邪惡，外層微微酥香，流心奶黃入口甘香，真係想食多兩件。2️⃣而酥皮伯爵茶同樣酥香，滲出濃厚茶香，柚子朱古力就更新派，軟滑中帶柚子甜香。3️⃣而入邊仲有兩樽茶葉，來自華茶館，一間超過60年歷史嘅茶葉商，配埋月餅真係一流。

The overall taste of the cakes are quite good and the different flavours work well together without overpowering each other. The consistency of them are very smooth and creamy. In addition, the presentation of them are also very appealing to the eye.

今日路經海港城，發現有新的旦糕店。旦糕賣相精緻，最吸引我的是tiramisu 及緑茶tiramisu. Tiramisu $50這方盒tiramisu 賣相精緻，旦糕一層一層的，口感濕潤， creamy的忌廉加上海綿旦糕，既有咖啡香，又有mascarpone cheese 的奶香，味道香甜，滿有層次，甜而不膩口，不錯吧。黑芝麻麻薯飽這黑芝麻包是菠蘿包皮，味道香甜，麵包幾軟身，當中有著黑芝麻麻薯，有啲似糯米糍的質感，有著濃濃的黑芝麻風味，幾有特色。伯爵茶scone這scone 的質地比較結實，密度比較高、有著伯爵茶的茶味，味道輕甜，但個人還是喜歡有旦奶香的scone 多一點。

見佢地新出嘅煙肉scon好吸引就買咗件黎試，一打開就聞到好香嘅煙肉味，咬落去都好鬆軟，唔似出面嘅scon太乾身。而且啲煙肉粒好多，每一啖都有煙肉味，做早餐真係一流呢隻煙肉scone好值得一試

蛋糕造型雅緻精巧、味道清新淡雅、這種幸福感十分難忘。Lemongrass Bakery的小蛋糕造型都可愛到捨不得吃掉!尤其那個彷港式多士設計的小蛋糕,不但外表神似,吃下去的花生醬味道合怡,這味道很特別,很好吃。此外,那個方形雲朵蛋糕也很有水準。外層雲朵口感綿軟、內層的果肉簿細、整件蛋糕多層口感,實為水準之作。其他麵飽也很用心製作,值得推薦。

Try their creamy cheese bun this time! It’s really rich and satisfying! The cheese Tastes good and the bread is very soft, I quite like their pastry.

海港城新開pop-up store🫶🏻經過見到好吸引就買咗三款mini cake試💖三件cake個樣都好特別勁qq😂行過可以試試喔！會再買！西多士嘅外表勁qq🫶🏻入面仲要係花生醬味，上面以為係牛油🧈食落先知原來係菠蘿味嘅mousse😋心型勁靚嘅樣💖入面係士多啤梨味，唔會過甜，啱啱好!🍓第三個梨形嘅cake🍐入面酸酸地，勁開胃，一啲都唔膩😋✨

all the cakes tasted great, tho the joy one wasn't to my taste being a bit savoury. the Jasmin had a apple and cinnamon filling which was lovely. the oolong had a peach filling. yuchi was my favorite out of the 4. I will go back to try the other flavors

呢間新開嘅pop-up store 同事知道我鍾意食牛角包，就推介叫我去試吓。堅得架！🫶🏻今次一口氣買咗三款嘅牛角包🥐 {Salted caramel, Earl grey, matcha}最特別嘅係中間有好多cream, 但意外地唔覺得膩。配杯茶食就最夾🫰🏻 淡淡嘅伯爵茶味，香得嚟唔太膩，茶控表示幾唔錯😆

Great!  The bun is so soft and the mochi is so chewy The salespersons were so nice and introduced all the products to me. I will try the other products next time.

終於食到等咗好耐嘅salted caramel croissant!!!! 價錢合理不單止仲要甜到啱啱好！牛角包外脆內軟裏面仲會有cream添 下次再去尖沙咀一定要再買第二個味試吓😋😋😋😋😋

自從發現咗呢間cake shop之後 日日放工都忍唔住過黎買隻包 之前就成日食麻糬包 宜家試吓呢隻chocolate creamy bun，估唔到連麵包底都係朱古力味 好驚喜😋

Was so nice and not oily! I am a scallion and coriander lover, so nice to have a legit scallion bun! It’s yummy! Would try sth else next time!The staff is really nice and the shop is quite hygienic, the selection of pastry is enough and croissant is good as well!
