I came to know about Levain Bakery too late. Close to the famous and always crowded Bake House in Wan Chai, Levain Bakery is a hidden gem that serves a larger variety of sourdough and bakery items with a cozy seating area.The cup of mocha was surprisingly nice! The cup of mocha was surprisingly nice! Nice and smooth nutty flavor coffee with a rich chocolate taste. This is the first cup of decent mocha I ever had in Hong Kong! Very enjoyable indeed! And the piece of biscotti was so good that I wanted to buy a pack.

The Mango and Black Tea Brioche was so delicious also! The crispy surface with sugar powder was a great start, the spongy and soft bread was so tasty with refreshing mango flavor. The whole piece was so filling indeed!

Definitely visiting again for other bakery items!

小店舖,入內有股舒適感,佈置簡潔環境不擠擁,配合那天然的感度。店內的天然烤姆麵包,有多款類別,提子合桃、朱古力香蕉、楱子杏脯、牛角包⋯⋯叫了全日早餐,兩件牛油果配流心蛋烤姆麵包,配搭沙律菜。麵包皮脆,肉質軟糯,蛋黃徐徐流滲包內,混和柔滑的牛油果,口腔很是豐富。光顧的客人也不少,本地外藉相約,很多是熟客,見很熟練將咖啡杯給店員外賣咖啡。一枱日本客人剛享受完早餐,他們說是已扎腳香港,偶爾也到此早膳。適逢送貨,見服務員戴上手套開盒點貨後,搬開小拖車,之後繼續將一個個大麵包放入麵包櫃內,手仍然是那對手套,似乎忽略了衞生。

Pain  aux  Banana  Chocolate  and  Hazelnut好有驚喜!因為係買返屋企食,所以拎出嚟食嘅時候已經扁左同滲曬油出黎,但照用焗爐焗左10分鐘先食,一撕開見到入面真係有幾粒大大粒嘅Hazelnut!!!口感好好Flaxseed & sunflower seed white sourdough真係好酸😋😋😋不過用焗爐焗10分鐘搞到成個包都太硬太脆,反而做唔到外脆內軟既效果。但其實個酸種包就咁食唔加野上去都已經好好味

Flaxseed & sunflower seed white sourdough真係好酸😋😋😋不過用焗爐焗10分鐘搞到成個包都太硬太脆,反而做唔到外脆內軟既效果。但其實個酸種包就咁食唔加野上去都已經好好味
