To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前嚟過lunch buffet覺得環境好好,服務亦很好。今次同朋友買一送一嚟試下Dinner buffet,收碟好快,電話回覆亦好快,酒店有任飲酒套餐＄248/$348+10%（紅白酒,香檳）,視乎你想飲咩。食物方面如果減少款式增加一些蒸海鮮／刺身款式就更好,不過買一送一真係值得去,亦好高興見到餐廳滿座,始終地點比較輸蝕,但南區人既我哋就好OK^^食物：刺身-甜蝦,吞拿魚,三文魚,希靈魚,油甘魚凍海鮮：長腳蟹,龍蝦,蜆,青口,龍蝦鉗沙律菜：好多種類藍芝士好好味。即燒大蝦,燒西冷,土耳其燒肉飲品：自助咖啡機,凍/熱檸茶,橙汁,蘋果汁甜品：M字雪糕,日式主題甜品,🐼蛋糕,等等燉湯,湯粉麵,炒蟹鉗用餐至21:30,員工亦有善提我哋22:00收工用餐有一個夾公仔既幣,今次嚟已經無得夾🐼公仔

#星耀廳hmmm we buy from online platform 718 for 2. place is a but far, u can to go mtr ocean park b exit and wait for shuttle go. car need 10mins and arrive. not very far but need shuttle bus.place is nice, very new, environment good, surrounded by sea.food there is downgraded.all hot food is fair. beef is ok. korea theme food is disseater.....jp sashimi is ok, hamachi is not fresh. salmon is ok.ultimate the sweet bar is the best.large variety of cake. very yum.probably not comin back unless i want sweet.

住酒店送早餐，本來沒有甚麼期望，誰知這是個完美的早餐。首先餐廳環境一流，高大尚的廳堂，全海島景觀，到頂的玻璃窗把美麗的景色一覽無遺，盡收眼底。🤩🤩雖然是周日，但客人也不少，有些是講英語的亞洲人，可見這裡受遊客歡迎。早餐款式很多，從靚麵包🍞開始，酸種麵包和法包都有，自助烤爐，烘到脆脆的，搽牛油果醬超正。各式咖啡☕任飲，煙三文魚🐠好鮮香，不鹹。👍👍新鮮水果無限供應，庵列自選餡料，多少都可。最特別是很多西餐配菜如番茄乾，醃小青瓜，破布子，沙律全新鮮，最喜歡菠菜葉加意大利🇮🇹醋汁，煙肉，蘑菇，洋蔥，乾果都是我的最愛，還有日式湯飯，中式粉面油炸鬼👻，西式酥餅糕點，連肉骨茶都有。😘😘一個早餐吃足兩小時，夠賺。🤣🤣

感謝我的老友及佢嘅家人同我補祝生日🎂🥳，之前都想試海洋公園新酒店～富麗敦自助晚餐🍽️。先至坐地鐵去到海洋公園站再坐免費Shuttle Bus。酒店餐廳裝潢華麗，食物選擇多及有質素👍🏻， 18:00-21:30，但我哋坐到22:00先走。 酒店周圍環境不論內外都好靚🌃😍 ～ 特別係影夜景，食物飽出去行下好舒服。

去完海洋公園玩，順腳book埋呢到嘅dinner buffet~一早search過啲comment話呢到嘅甜品出色！果然名不虛傳！😍食左好多碟甜品先試均曬😂冇盡錄，但有啲特別野影左！例如呢個朱古力脆脆特別可愛～Cannoli出面好多見！餐廳食都好貴！但整得個味唔出色係可惜左少少又一近年熱門甜點☺️出面又係好貴，呢到就整得都叫ok，但前後夾左三次，時脆時唔脆咁😂海鮮good good fill得快，龍蝦唔錯、新鮮，不過其他冷凍海鮮就得螺、蜆、蝦、長腳蟹，都唔太吸引，味道普通有刺身，新鮮度/味道slightly above average 燉湯驚喜🫶🏻中西熱盤款式係夠嘅，味道不過不失最特別係呢盤芝士☺️夾嘜都加啲落去，好正～仲有水果都甜，沙律、cold cut款式比average多同出色環境靚，坐得舒服，收碟快，refill快，出現夾餸位都keep得乾淨整體都可以encore，係位置隔zip啲😂可能要下次再黎海洋公園玩先會再黎lu
