約咗班姊妹聚舊食飯,因為知道一定會傾好耐,所以揀咗上樓嘅嶺南會所,貪佢地方就腳(近中環站)又唔會太多人太噪。我哋由7點坐到差不多11點先走。店員好主動serve我地,我哋帶咗酒(要收corkage),未開飯都會幫我哋斟酒😅 另外,我哋都有早3日order菜單。呢次我哋叫咗聖子、炒鮮奶、上湯花蝦煎米粉、蝦子柚皮扣鵝掌、半隻炸子雞、生炒糯米飯,全部都好足料、好味、唔覺有好多味精,而且for 4位女士份量都好夠!最後都有打包走半個糯米飯。

蝦子柚皮扣鵝掌,既然要食懷舊菜,呢道菜就真係不二之選,雖然材料唔喺好矜貴,但係做嘅功夫一啲都唔少,而且柚皮吸收晒汁料嘅精華,加埋炆得好林滑嘅鵝掌, 真係一味值得叫嘅餸菜,冇得輸!

啫啫棠生菜,一餐飯都要食得均衡,所以菜蔬方便,簡簡單單叫個啫啫棠生菜。味道中規中矩。

蓮子百寶鴨,相比對上一次喺另一地方食過嘅八寶鴨,呢隻鴨嘅賣相都幾靚,裡面嘅材料都好豐富,不過隻鴨實在太大隻,最後為免浪費食物,當然要帶番屋企。。。

自選甜品 可以揀紅豆沙,芝麻糊,涼粉配雪糕,雪糕三種味道都好好味,包括香芋,椰子,芒果。香芋味道好濃郁,要推介!如果喜歡食椰子味雪糕,呢個都唔會令你失望,芒果味好有兒時嘅回憶,真係好想問佢地係用邊隻牌子嘅雪糕😅

要係會員先有得入去食主打中菜叫餸食飯未落單先黎一窩湯,唔知係咪擺左好耐,d湯已經凍曬半隻炸子雞,炸得外皮香脆,不過d肉就好似未熟咁,好多紅色部分而且好少肉粟米魚柳值得一讚炸到金黃香脆要加上粟米汁,好好味個叉燒炒蛋確實令人失望,首先個炒蛋出曬水d叉燒又唔新鮮,結果我地留返曬d叉燒係度無食。。白飯又係凍既,又係偏硬,唔係太鍾意喇好得意成張menu 唔會寫齊d餸既收費係點唯有埋單先知。。。奇怪也

Deep fried chicken. Tender meat, crispy skin. Like I have said simple but not easy to cook to perfection.

Overall, a very pleasant, fulfilling lunch with a very local restaurant vibe. Came here at noon, by 12:30pm, the restaurant was full. Mostly office workers enjoying their lunch hour, so people are polite and pleasant in general. Highly recommend the restaurant.
