單點封門柳跟薯菜,炸薯件好粉好好味!! 菜有茄子、西蘭花。
由於封門柳用鐵鍋上枱,一路熱住嘅關係,所以已經過左5成熟。不過,肉質依然軟淋、多汁、牛味濃,點少少鹽已經非常好味🤤。
職員另外拎左款芥苿豉油汁比我地試,佢話好多客人大讚同牛好夾。個汁質地好稀,所以唔駛怕好濃味。入口牛肉帶有微微嘅芥苿香,又係另一種風味。

最後甜品
咖啡味嘅布甸, 本身仲諗住呢個配搭好奇怪, 但冇諗過原來咁好味😋 咖啡味好香但又唔會太甜,質地好滑,食落仲暖暖地。

小插曲,其實食飯等位真係好平常,但一位應該係經理嘅女職員好好服務,我地一入座佢就因天氣熱,要我地等咁耐而道歉😯因張二人枱太細、座位太迫而道歉等等。甚至到我地埋左張單要離開之際,都請我地坐底,請我地飲多杯凍檸茶先走😆 我地兩個人生第一次有咁嘅服務🙊。

這店一直也是我心目中的must visit餐廳之一,餐廳保持懷舊風味,更是我父母那年代的裝修,在外邊很難尋找到侍應很熱情招待我們入座,更介紹我今天的特別推介菜色,很快就決定了周打蜆湯很濃的白湯, 蜆肉多得很,而且最重點的是有梳打餅配香煎鱸魚檸檬牛油白汁配意粉鱸魚煎得外脆而魚肉很嫩滑,檸檬牛油醬汁分開上,可以蘸著魚來吃,十分香嫩香草簿荷醬焗羊仔排羊仔排就以五成烹調,是我最愛的肉質,羊騷味不足可能羊脂少了,但還是要大力推薦甜點有咖啡奶凍,咖啡味濃不會過份甜,很滿足另一款甜點就是經典的焗西米布甸,很少餐廳還有在餐牌上,所以不得不點來吃。熱乎乎的布甸,軟棉棉帶上粒粒西米十分香滑無論食物質上跟侍應服務態度也令人十分滿意,期待下次到來

下午茶平日至6:30pm , 假日至6:00pm 都算彈性,而且免加一。

煙三文魚絲番茄矮瓜意粉$42~
迷你健怡版本正合心意,但唯一美中不足嘅是煙三文魚絲仍有冰的感覺。
今次肚子未有位置,下次想再試吓甜點,眼見鄰枱點甜點頗吸引。

第三次是帶朋友到訪午膳,原先點了:
香橙燒豬仔排骨$80~
端上來,單是外表已覺吸引,可恨嘅是用刀切,未熟全透,告知店員,由於中午繁忙時段,店員怕我們久候,故建議另點其他,於是我們改了牛扒餐,隱定地和上次差唔多,所以沒再多介紹了。
明白繁忙時段會有偏差,但此服務,也令食客滿意。
來日方長,下次再來拜訪豬仔骨先生

整體來說:

午餐類別是雞髀、豬仔骨、三文魚扒和牛扒餐,雞豬魚牛任君選擇,夠細心,除是日午餐外,還有一個散叫飯麵餐,由11點開始至9點,相信那餐牌是配合附近的醫院吧!因為見很多餐牌註明括號有”健”字,就像以上那個炒飯,有菜有肉。
到訪幾次,都感到店員的服務都相當唔錯,值得一讚,會令食客再來。

原來呢個係浸會醫院隔離網絡有啲噏耷嘅商場入面有間靚仔舊式西餐廳聽日做完嘢想搵個地方休息食吓下午茶因為冇食中午,所以即刻入去呢度好多款式仲有下午茶餐!下午茶餐好抵食,就算係主餐牌啲價錢都經濟實惠朋友60幾蚊嘅雜扒下午茶餐都幾靚仔,對得住價錢!不過就好似普通式茶餐廳咁,都係會比較油膩嘅煮法 40幾蚊嘅下午茶青口都有六粒大大靚仔幾鮮味白酒煮唔會太油非常好!跟餐嘅蒜蓉包都有好多薄片呢個60幾蚊嘅蕃茄海鮮湯同想像中有出入,本身想嗌龍蝦湯,但係唔想要忌廉上青衣,但係原來呢個蕃茄茄湯都係有啲忌廉feel入面唔係太多海鮮,因為好細粒!諗起薩莉亞嘅海鮮忌廉湯比較性價比高! $14大大碗鮮奶煮豆苗$58有一大兜,晚餐食勁抵餐廳嗌呢啲上湯煮通常都已經$78左右呢度環境舒適,原來下午茶唔收+1 㗎 !服務態度亦都非常優質大贊
