係ig見到d人post,覺得用饅頭做burger好特別,特登黎銅鑼灣試Little Bao,我叫左Impossible Meat Bao配薯條,整體感覺幾好。Impossible Meat 嘅肉質非常似真牛肉,咬落真係有d肉汁咁,唔會好dry,亦都唔會好大陣豆味。但實際上個牛肉餅係由植物製成嘅,非常適合素食者或者我呢d偶爾想食素嘅人。配上鬆軟嘅饅頭,口感好特別,有fusion感覺。薯條都好酥脆,食到停唔到。唯一就係burger比較細,男仔可能會唔夠飽
