To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 嚟到這間店隨即就俾那股家鄉味道迷倒了🍜。今次點咗個中生牛肉河粉,湯底味道就好似屋企煲嘅雞湯咁暖胃,一啖清甜,好滋潤。河粉滑溜溜,中生牛肉薄片潤潤哋,浸吓湯出嚟啖啖都嫩滑過癮。開胃菜揀咗個青木瓜沙律,微辣微酸,啖啖開胃,真係食完仲想再食。擅自夾咗啖朋友啲牛油雞翼,外皮吱吱作響,宜家滿腦子都係嗰啖香噴噴嘅味道,抵贊!下回光顧,絕對係首選。啲河內魚餅,外脆內嫩,魚肉彈牙嘅口感夾雜咗越南香草嘅清香味,一啖咬落去,一股股香味喺口腔裏四散開來,正!呢間店嘅食物真係有陣陣屋企味,抵食得返,希望下次再嚟可以食到其他嘅好野!👍🍗🥗
