To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 下午茶時段行經永吉街想醫肚，放棄常吃的雲吞麵，改而試試對面的越南小店“Little Hanoi". 店舖不大但也整潔，第一次光顧所以點了下午茶餐牌$62 的「綜合湯粉」，問了侍應綜合是有齊生牛肉、牛丸、雞絲、扎肉等等，方便我一次試晒各種食物質素。飲品要了越南凍咖啡要加$12，所以整個下午茶餐便要$74。綜合湯粉送到，碗是很大的，湯也很多，但河粉和以上所述配料強差人意。牛丸只有一粒（size 很細）還要切開兩半，咬下去完全沒有肉味👎 雞絲和扎肉味道和食物份量正常。只有生牛肉質素不錯但只有幾片。湯底也是大路貨並沒有濃濃的牛骨味。反而要加$12的越南咖啡（凍）很可口👍總括而言，在上環小巷中的越南小店，下午茶要收到70多元吃這品質和份量，我不會再回頭了。
