Chef Eddy 近日在上環開了新食店,以龍蝦為主題,不過如果你以爲是間法國餐廳便錯了,因為它主打的是地道小食碗仔翅和腸粉。這天叫了個「孖寶」,即龍蝦碗仔翅+龍蝦蝦子腸粉,賣$108,現以試食價賣$88,平均每樣$44,算是親民價。碗仔翅的份量是平常一碗湯的份量,配料有冬菇、木耳、粉絲,當然還有主角龍蝦!我的碗仔翅有四粒龍蝦肉,非常鮮甜,肉質彈牙,冬菇的菇味亦濃,湯底夠味又沒有味精(吃了不覺得口渴),心裡頓時想向Chef Eddy 竪起姆指表示讚賞。龍蝦蝦子腸粉的賣相不俗,幼身的腸粉淋有龍蝦汁,上面灑滿蝦子,還有三粒龍蝦肉。腸粉頗幼滑,汁的味道不算濃,但腸粉只沾醬汁和蝦子已相當美味,當然加上龍蝦肉就更妙不可言,再多些龍蝦肉就更叫人歡喜。餐桌上還放有一瓶蝦子,讓食客隨時添加,我也加了兩次呢,所以啖啖腸粉都有蝦子香。食店還提供麵食如龍蝦叻沙、慢煮三文魚烏冬,下次可以試試。不得不讚Chef Eddy 真有創意,我怎也想不到矜貴的龍蝦可以配價廉的地道小食,效果卻又如此和諧好吃。這天見Chef Eddy 忙得不可開交,期待食店的運作上軌道後,他會在此供應帶地道風味的私房菜。閒時想吃個矜貴特色小

不得不讚Chef Eddy 真有創意,我怎也想不到矜貴的龍蝦可以配價廉的地道小食,效果卻又如此和諧好吃。這天見Chef Eddy 忙得不可開交,期待食店的運作上軌道後,他會在此供應帶地道風味的私房菜。
閒時想吃個矜貴特色小吃、工作辛勞想滿足口腹之慾,又或者心情不好要吃comfort food 時,來這裡吃個龍蝦碗仔翅或龍蝦蝦子腸粉會是個好主意。

Ricerolls and mock sharks fin soup are cheap local favourites but here they have added lobster to it which brings it to another level.This place used to be this lovely noodle place which has moved to a better location near the Brickhouse.Anyway, went there on a Saturday.As soon as I sat down, the waitress was already pouncing beside my table waiting for me to order, but I knew what I wanted so I was ready to order.I would have appreciated it if she told me that all proceeds that day were donated

As I had the soup first, the ricerolls were not really hot but I liked the texture of the ricerolls because they were firm and not too soft.
It was covered in delicious lobster gravy and there is more prawn roe on the table if you need to add more.

我問老闆清湯及濃湯的分別,
 清湯是中式,濃湯則是西式濃湯!我恐怕太膩而選擇清湯!

清湯味清鮮而少油,
 烏冬彈牙可口,卻是不太吸收湯精華,味道略淡!龍蝦鉗鮮美無比!最驚喜莫過於溫泉蛋,蛋白剛剛凝固而軟身,火喉掌握恰到好處!食落帶有酒味,車厘茄以香草輕烤,酸香醒胃又多汁,驟眼看以為車厘茄旁邊是冬菇,原來是烤大啡菇,
 菌味濃郁又爽口!真材實料!整體配搭擦出不俗的火花!

今天得知龍蝦寶寶開張日,而且所有收入都會捐贈給點滴是生命以助泥泊爾重建之用。聽到咁有意義當然要嚟試順便做吓善事啦!我最鍾情就是新加坡喇沙,所以特地點了一個龍蝦喇沙加配飲品熱姜汁薏米水,去去濕。等了不一回,龍蝦喇沙上檯,最養眼大大隻龍蝦鉗,仲有煨番茄,醉糖心雞蛋,牛油甜粟米粒,燒蘑菇和羅勒,非常足料。好食到差啲想連湯都飲埋。
