入開大埔,特登去試吓呢間手工燒賣。知道佢有芫荽燒賣同原味燒賣兩種,就兩款都買來試吓,仲每樣大手購入左八粒。芫荽燒賣 $14/4粒望落已經知道有好多芫荽,之但係咬落芫荽味又唔算做非常之濃郁,只係間唔中咬到芫荽嘅時候散發到出嚟嘅味道,比起想像中嘅芫荽燒賣好似爭咁少少。原味燒賣 $10/4粒呢款識落感覺好微妙,有啲似係豬肉燒賣,又有啲似鯪魚肉燒賣,最後嘅感覺總結來講,就係好多肥豬肉嘅鯪魚肉燒賣,唔算非常特別,燒賣皮有少少痴牙,肉質就彈牙,食到手打嘅感覺。不過價錢就真係略貴,店員態度又麻麻地,所以都未必會返轉頭啦~又一力推燒賣?

呢度嘅馳名燒賣有蒸有炸,亦有普通味同芫茜味任君選擇。我同同行朋友雖然都怕肥,但一場嚟到無理由唔一人一客嘅。一客有四粒,加上每粒都好大粒,所以對我哋女仔嚟講其實已經好夠飽。呢個燒賣比平常出眾嘅地方在於肉味夠肉質亦夠好,食落去有好滿足嘅感覺。但可能因為事前期望實在太高,個人覺得佢芫茜味唔突出,試唔出芫茜同燒賣究竟係咪真係咁夾。同埋燒賣皮比較多油,容易令人有食膩嘅感覺。燒賣整體嚟講雖然達唔到令人嘩一聲嘅程度,但依然值得一試,如果芫茜可以更加入味,相信會更上一層樓。

雖然真實水準同原本期望有少少落差,但如果你未試過又途經附近嘅,仍然可以嚟試下,順便支持下小店吖嘛!

店舖其實仲有啲生料例如燒賣同埋丸類可以買,好適合大家夜晚煮飯加餸或者屋企打邊爐用㗎。價錢方面,用呢區嘅物價嚟講會有少少貴,但如果你好似我咁只係嚟食少少嘢就還算可接受。

上次介紹大埔粉果佬既時候,反應好兩極🤨有人就表示好鐘意、每日都食😍有人就話好難食🤮仲有讀者推薦我地食大埔另一間...所以我地就即刻黎到大埔老虎岩!🐅1.蒸手打燒賣 ($10/4粒) 🌟3/5分唔算大粒,但睇得出係手打的👍🏻佢最特別既地方係用鯪魚肉做的,鯪魚味非常突出,不過亦唔會蓋過左豬肉味,同時又幾重胡椒粉味🤪係一款比較重口味既燒賣,同坊間既魚肉燒賣唔同🤨如果你係鐘意鯪魚肉既,就真係要試試佢!🤣但係食個時真係要小心😜因為我食到好幾條鯪魚碎骨啊!🥺呢到要扣少少分~而且價錢相對比進取,唔算好抵食💸2.寵茜燒賣 ($14/4粒) 🌟3/5分作為芫荽同燒賣既超級fans!!!🤩聽到呢個配搭真係要狗衝!😍唔知係太大期望定我實在太愛芫荽,覺得佢真係唔夠荽!😢外表都睇到少量的芫荽,食落就只有淡淡既芫荽味,整體味道同蒸手打燒賣差唔多😵加上佢呢個價錢就真係小貴🥺豉油辣油都正常~整體呢間唔算非常突出,價錢偏貴,勝在唔使排隊😜後來上網睇返資料,原來老闆都係師承粉果佬架! 😂唔怪得佢地都係行比較魚味重的路線🤣相信又係一間反應兩極既燒賣啊🤪

鮮油多的多士係凍的,投訴後老細當然不太願意但也把它處理最後換來即是把原本的鮮油多用微波爐叮熱。當然我唔會接受,再教導他這位老闆鮮油多不是這樣的最後他還是需要重新再做。當然再做之後也是原地踏步一份凍的鮮油多。。。其實唔明白一啲本身食物質素一般,或者完全不懂得製造優質食材的舖頭為什麼會好生意的。
