London House Gordon Ramsay (Closed)

Goods were quite delicious and service was good. We ordered Bangers and Mash, Beef Burger, Bread and Butter Pudding for lunch of 3 persons. A chef came and introduced Sticky Toffee Pudding and we did not notice it was not we ordered but we ate and it was nice to try something new, a different type of Pudding dessert. It is great to sit and chat freely without bothering time limit as most of the restaurants in Hong Kong will only give 90 minutes for your meal.

I’m pretty sure this comment won’t be read by Gordon himself but I really like to give feedback to his restaurant. I have made a reservation for my wife’s birthday on Oct 26 night at 7pm, first I’m not talking about the waiters’ services, but the most important thing was the hygiene of the environment, after I have ordered some food at upstairs balcony area, I saw there is a rat around 6, 7 inches big at the corner crawling around, it come in and out and have several times trying to run to my ta

Foods are ok price are reasonable for starters and drinks. For main dishes, we have ordered fish and chips as usual and pasta either pesto and pines at last. The portion of pasta are very small for the price of HK$168 which compare to mussels (small size) hk$136, the pasta are very pricey. You can skip the pasta and try other dishes instead. My husband complaints that the staffs has no smile on their face.

A good dinner for my family! Ordered some icon dishes. House mix grill - a roasted meat-set includes steaks, chicken, lamb , sausages and squid, nothing excited but satisfied for all; Fish & Chips - most be one of the menu; Shepherd Pie - the most welcome dish for us to pair with sparkling wine or beer!

今日很遲才吃午餐，放假又想試新嘢，所以在尖東走走，碰到一直想試的London House, 所以在地下那層坐下晒下太陽食野😋☀️環境：地下那層有全露天同半露天，天氣清涼時坐這裡很舒服。正常傳統英式pub的格局。食物：星期日有happy hour 優惠，精選十多款酒，我飲了兩杯prosecco 都係$96, 雖然質素一般，都正！另外點了traditional Shepard’s pie，上層薯蓉味道ok, 焗到焦脆，好好，免治羊肉調味有層次，略咸，以酒吧食物來說，偏咸是理解。由於是西式烹調羊肉，會食到微微羊「蘇」味，我個人是喜歡的。服務：有禮、細心、會介紹、清理快。我會再去試其他食物，到時再分享。

每個喜歡食的人，都會希望一嚐Gordon Ramsay的手勢。小小的香港，已經有2間他的餐廳（嚟緊仲開第三間添⋯⋯），可見其受歡迎程度。 位於尖山海旁附近的London House，走British Pub路線。剛入夜，已經有不少人。 除了酒，還有pub food及經典英國菜式。 餐廳分2層，樓下飲嘢，樓上食飯。 2樓的設計有英式，但過分殘舊。木桌椅全部花晒／泛白，更充滿手指模及污漬。 酒類比平時酒吧貴1-2成，啤酒差不多$100/杯。Cocktail一律$98，餐酒則$80-90。 生蠔 $158 除了嘢飲，食品也普遍的貴。最物有所值就是生蠔。 蠔夠新鮮，蠔身還算厚，口感偏爽脆，帶點甜味。 Quail Scotch Eggs $78 Scotch egg同Sausage roll、Pork pie一樣，都是英國人必吃（起碼我的舊同事係⋯⋯） 這個scotch egg炸得金黃，非常香口。以鵪鶉入饌，肉質不老，還蠻軟嫩。 鵪鶉蛋煮得剛好，還有點流心。 Traditional Shepherd's Pie $198 再來個傳統的Shepherd's Pie，即是焗肉醬

朋友生日 所以簡左呢間咁有情調同氣氛首先live band唱歌好好聽 男既靚仔，女既夠氣唱歌，仲有唱首生日歌比我朋友，一流呀。但食物方面，質素正常，偏貴，份量比較少 多人食share都貴，如果一大班朋友黎，傾唔到計。btw如果簡單飲下酒就唔錯既選擇。

Went on a Sunday for their Sunday Roast and 2 hour free flow drinks deal. The Sunday roast was good value at HKD 178 versus HKD 100 more at Bread Street Kitchen across the Harbour. Free flow deal was HKD 168 and only made sense if you drank more than 2 alcoholic drinks over 2 hours. 今日慶祝閨蜜既生日，黎左我偶像名下既餐廳。我期待左黎幾耐！變左好似慶祝我生日咁gordon ramsay 真係一個傳奇人物！超愛距 對距既餐廳超級期待！我地就叫左好出名既fish &chip 經常上網睇到偶像既教學，真係好想試一下。炸魚肥而不膩！超香同滑，粗薯大小一樣伴塔塔醬真係一流，另外碗豆醬好香薄荷味！大愛磨菇千層麵-兩個人食分量夠哂，食一口停吾到！下一次會再捧場！

本來約咗朋友七點鐘食飯，見時間尚早，又想飲杯嘢先，直接嚟到餐廳outdoor happy hourHH時段部份酒精飲品有特價優惠，紅白酒最平都係$48都幾抵飲，味道都OK我哋叫咗個洋蔥圈佐酒，都幾好味晚餐總共有8人，我哋每樣都叫咗啲share食，簡介一下少少呢個Sirloin熟左少少，不過grill得好香，個sauce都好好味！mussels juicy~lamb chop好嫩口稔身炸魚薯條個魚好好味 食完呢個魚先覺得地獄廚神係有啲料到！grilled salmon我冇試，不過朋友話太乾。唔記得呢個甜品叫咩pudding, 但係好好食我一個人可以食晒一個！夜晚大概九點鐘度會有live Band表演，不過隊band後面有一個大電視播緊足球比賽，成件事望落好奇怪同埋雖然好聽，但一唱歌就非常大聲，聽唔到隔離個朋友講咩。所以如果想靜靜地食飯吹水，我會建議book樓上二樓，環境好似仲舒服過樓下overall服務態度都好好， 只係個別一兩個職員唔係好想理人下次有機會都會再嚟呢度食嘢

食飽飯去左Gordan Ramsey既餐廳食甜品,叫左個麵包布甸同焦糖蛋糕。前者同酒店水準有得揮，後者就除左焦糖既甜味就乜都食唔到，二選其一會簡麵包布甸，但我估去到呢間餐廳食野都係為左個氣氛，味道就見人見智，喜歡重口味既可以一試

氣氛一流既London House每次經過都見到好多人係度happy hour緊，而我每次都只係衝衝經過。今日同班朋友happy hour..即刻諗起哩間，原來入面有兩層高架，入面有八成都係外國人，仲有live band添，而裝修都好似置身左外國咁🤗🤗🤗一黎就嗌左杯啤酒啤啤佢先啦🤤🤤隨意叫左幾樣嘢食，Black Truffle chips，Mushroom and leek lasagna，all day breakfast!!!!

與友人相聚，剛巧碰上Restaurant Week，朋友於是訂了這兒作聚會地點，順便一試Gordon Ramsay旗下的餐廳。 Restaurant Week menu只有兩sets選擇，但一行四人，於是每set點一個，另加了兩個main courses。 兩個Restaurant Week menu 的頭盆分別是八爪魚沙律和雜菌炸薯球，兩者都不錯，後者菇味濃郁，但又未至於十分驚喜。 而兩個主菜都是炸物為主，Fish & Chips和Pulled Pork Burger & Chips，一上枱全是金黃色，有點嚇人，如果要一個人吃一個set，實在有點負荷不來。炸薯條是粗身的，脆口有薯肉，但部分炸得過火了，偏燶；炸鱈魚魚肉厚身不會乾身，但脆漿偏厚，脆而有點硬；Burger餡料足，味濃，麵包有烘香，但同樣不會有驚喜。 另加的兩個main course分別是Shepherd’s pie和蟹肉扁意。前者羊肉汁豐富，薯蓉香滑，淨吃有點濃，若配點麵包或麵飯會比較好。後者看不到有多少蟹肉，但意粉汁調得不錯，扁意亦算al dente。不過以價錢衡量，這兩個主菜分別都要$198一份，但份量不大，性價比偏低

之前一直想嚟食，因為覺得Gordon Ramsy管理餐廳應該唔錯，但事實上真係有d失望。食物同環境希望有進步。同朋友補祝生日，我地5個人order左chicken popcorn, Fish & Chips, Rib Eye,千層麵，beef burger同青口。Chicken Popcorn:非常好吃，醃肉香料好惹味加蛋黃醬一流。Fish & Chips:魚肉感覺唔多新鮮，因為無魚香味同魚肉比較鬆散，失望。Rib Eye：點左Medium，但係受熱唔均勻，8成地方粉紅色，2成係過熟，變相前軟後硬，雖然係咁，不過配鹽提升到牛排味道，都有70分。千層麵：非常好味，好濃菇味，係今餐最好食嘅餐點。Beef Burger:牛肉同包都係偏乾。靑口：靑口個汁沾麵包好match,但係青口肉非常細粒同有沙，麻麻地。p.s抽氣系統希望做好d，由入座到食完一直油煙味非常勁，食完成身好大陣味，呢樣就係最希望可以改善。
