蝦仁炆伊麵我們以往點過幾次,伊麵的份量都不太夠。孜然牛肉飽裡面的牛肉份量也不足。沙律明蝦角的尺寸稍微大一點可能更好。紅酒燴牛尾醬汁夠味,牛尾也夠大件。如果能夠多加兩件就更好,四件可能少了一些。鮮蝦腸粉裡面的蝦倒是很大隻,吃得很過癮。

蝦仁炆伊麵我們以往點過幾次,伊麵的份量都不太夠。

孜然牛肉飽裡面的牛肉份量也不足。

沙律明蝦角的尺寸稍微大一點可能更好。

紅酒燴牛尾醬汁夠味,牛尾也夠大件。如果能夠多加兩件就更好,四件可能少了一些。

鮮蝦腸粉裡面的蝦倒是很大隻,吃得很過癮。

當晚一路食蟹時,同行友人分享咗一啲食蟹嘅小知識,話食蟹時要注意有幾個地方因為太寒涼,食完有機會肚痛,所以盡量剪開唔好食,呢度都分享俾大家😊:
一)蟹蓋裡有蟹黃沾住嘅位置有個三角形嘅蟹胃。
二)旁邊兩排好似扇仔嘅蟹腮。
三)蟹中間塊黑膜衣下面有蟹腮,蟹腮中間白色六角形嘅蟹心。
四)蟹腸,即蟹肚下面嘅三角殻裡面有一條連接蟹身嘅黑線。

🔹吉列越南虎蝦球配蟹黃醬:
脆漿好薄,色澤係金黃色,炸得啱啱好,好脆口。裡面嘅蝦球好彈牙好滑,配埋濃郁嘅蟹黃醬食,非常惹味。

雖然我比較少食大閘蟹套餐,無法同好多坊間比較,但整體嚟講佢哋嘅蟹製菜式都做得相當唔錯,而且又好足料,大滿足呢!

佢哋嘅叉燒係以秘製煮法去烹調西班牙黑豚肉,豬肉邊緣有少少燒焦,肉質柔軟嫩滑,夠軟綿綿之餘亦淋而不爛,唔會過肥或過油。入口有麥芽糖香甜味,不過對我嚟講醬汁有小小偏甜,如果加碗飯可能更完美。不過切得偏薄,切得再大舊厚啲就更正,因為個人覺得只講味道唔講每舊嘅大小,同天龍軒嘅叉燒有得揮。

Today we went to 龍苑 to celebrate my mother's birthday. It was convenient location wise. It offered good value for money, especially if you join its membership scheme.Dim sums were very good. We tried shrimp dumplings, abalone siu mai, char siu rice rolls, pineapple char siu buns, truffle dumplings, spring rolls, etc. All tasted very well.We also ordered some other dishes and fried rice. All were of high quality and yummy.The free xo sauce was a bonus. Tea was very good.
