支竹火腩紅炆龍躉翅煲($498)


仍然記得上次係龍苑攪生日飯,其中一味就係炆班翅。

須知道,用得炆班翅,點都要有咁上下體型,至少都大條過「條頭班」,龍躉皮先夠厚同起膠。

而部位就會選擇魚鰭、魚鮫及划水位,其實自己最鍾意魚鮫位,因為肉質最嫩滑,加上吸收了燒肉的油香,更是人間美味,尤其是用來配杯啤酒,更是絕配。

2月25日2021年晚上吃鲍魚套餐,滿有希望,因平時亦去過飲茶及吃自助餐但今次太失望,全個餐只有龍蝦及义燒稱得上滿意。其他……炸物油太多,鲍魚太硬,芝士焗飯更差,飯面上的不像芝士,疑是加了麵粉的糊物,似茶餐廳的芝士焗飯。最后合桃露更甚,似不夠要加水煲熱,水汪汪,去甜品店2O多元買一個比它還好。真真極度失望。連影相都不願。以一間洒店水準來說,我真的沒有下一次故吃了回來立刻寫食評。

今次嘅酒店staycation一間房$1250 另加一服日,中午12點可以玩到第二日下晝六點,而且已經包左$1250嘅酒店餐飲消費額,再加早餐及行政酒廊使用。Check完in咁就去飲個茶先啦。佢哋嘅蝦餃王好似好出名,皮唔算好薄但係好煙人咬口好好,好大粒,而入邊嘅蝦同蝦膠都好爽脆土呢個小籠包就強差人意,皮唔算厚,但一想到枱已經縮晒水,入邊得返少少肉汁蘿蔔糕都炒得幾香,但碟頭有啲細而且XO醬唔算好多黃金魷魚鬚選用嘅魷魚比較細,但鹹蛋黃夠多炒得好香係呢餐入邊最好食嘅嘢蟹粉海皇煎米粉都唔錯,煎米粉做得好好,蟹粉海皇汁都好足料合桃雞粒酥盞都唔錯,個皮甜甜地入邊雞肉同埋醬汁配搭都唔錯,但整體上呢度嘅擺盤好差,總係覺得啲嘢好似求其擺落一隻碟咁拎出嚟,啱唔啱都放落同一款碟上面。響酒店中餐廳來講,我會定義為唔合格。芝麻球幾好食,但係佢叫做流心芝麻球,個心又唔係好流喎整體來講,作為一間酒店中菜我係覺得有啲失望,不過又唔算太差嘅,但菜式嘅擺盤就應該要多花心思了。

吃茄汁煎蝦碌時候就會諗起媽媽和婆婆,呢個好似屋企嘅菜式一樣,你一定會食得高興,而且就像平凡的家庭小炒,蝦碌完全吃得出大頭蝦嘅新鮮又爽口。

食咗四款唔同嘅大頭蝦,就知道同平時我哋食開嘅蝦真係好唔同,大件而且肉質好爽口,真係淡淡都彈牙,有機會嚟我建議你試晒咁多隻,因為每隻都有唔同嘅性格和特質,四隻都好出色。

當晚亦都試咗幾款龍苑出名嘅菜式,都可以分享下。

招牌紅酒燴牛尾煲食過都好幾次,呢個真係一流,牛尾入口即溶,而且個紅酒汁,配上小饅頭真係好正,我件牛尾大到一個點,女仔真係會食唔哂 ,不能錯過的必點菜式。

另外枝竹火腩紅炆龍躉翅煲都係首選,好似我老婆呢啲鍾意食魚又係讚不絕口,龍躉翅大條到不行,講真你喺外邊大排檔或者好似金山海鮮酒家呢類餐廳食都差唔多價錢,但係呢度用上一個同樣嘅價錢就食到酒店級嘅級數,講真,夫復何求。

🍵黑椒米網牛柳卷在其他餐廳較少可以吃到的一種點心,顏色是綠色的,外皮10分鬆脆,裏面的牛柳多汁,加上西芹粒和淡淡的黑椒味, 十分美味。🍵xo醬炒蘿蔔糕XO醬很香,賠上了芽菜,味道是不錯的。但蘿蔔糕裏面的蘿蔔份量較少,而且做時粉較多,不夠蘿蔔的味道。🍵蝦餃他九時每次學習必點的點心,這家的蝦餃皮晶瑩,而且有嚼勁,但略厚。蝦肉份量多,鮮甜,加上要筍絲,就更美味了。唯一這裏的人手可能不足,以五星級酒店來說服務質素只是很一般。
