綠林甜品在深水埗踏入第40個年頭, 在現在香港的餐飲業界, 也算是很長壽的存在. 在我們的讀書之中, 吃完晚飯後飲糖水就是晚飯的延續, 除了吃甜品外也是為了延續與友相聚的時間, 地點方便, 消費相對比起其他深宵活動, 例如是去酒吧或者唱卡拉OK便宜, 有着很多年輕時的回憶, 至於糖水味道如何? 其實真的不太重要, 正如以前去酒吧喝酒, 最重要的是便宜一點, 能坐久一點, 什麼紅酒白酒, 甚至是啤酒的味道, 也不太理會.香港的糖水舖, 以這家為例, 有着以前華洋雜處的風格, 除了傳統中式糖水, 例如是芝麻糊和合桃露之外, 也提供不少西式風格的甜品, 例如是心太軟和布甸, 甚至是中西的結合, 正如我們點的楊枝甘露布甸, 在香港的糖水舖, 芒果是很重要的食材, 因為我們很容易從世界各地進口不同風味的芒果, 這次店家用的比較甜. 另外點的蓮子合桃露, 還有芋圓和涼粉, 甜中帶些少甘味, 最重要是如此的大雜燴, 真的吃得飽, 當然味道不會是什麼的驚為天人, 但這不太重要, 吃的是回憶嘛!

豬事孖寶對中式糖水情有獨鍾,覺得中式糖水鋪有出品令人再回味係幾成功;而綠林最令我地印象深刻嘅就有芝麻糊,佢地嘅自製湯圓,烏豆桑寄生茶同杏仁茶烏豆桑寄生茶桑寄生茶味濃郁,回甘而不會苦澀,豆大大粒有咬口,唔會硬實實;桑寄生對身體有益,可以去濕舒壓,尤其對女性養生更有益。不過桑寄生茶同崩大碗一樣,鍾意就好鍾意,唔鍾意就會怕個種味薑汁湯圓薑汁係配角,湯圓先係主角,喜歡人手包,皮薄軟糯,芝麻餡濃香流心。但今次有點失準,薑水不夠熱,湯圓皮太厚,有點失望!

食完晚飯,行下行下街,見到有間糖水舖,覺得衞生乾淨。因為早吃晚飯,7點左右糖水舖雖然已經有d人,但仍有位,就同朋友一齊入去,揀左個靚位食糖水。我地揀左2種甜品,一個係雪糕榴槤班戟,一個係紅豆炖奶。伙計很有禮貌,並問我們要什麼雪糕?有3款任君選擇,我們選了朱古力雪糕。很快伙計就把2款甜品送來,看到雪糕榴槤班戟,真是大大的驚喜,沒想到班戟會這麼大,而且榴槤餡不少,夾埋cream一齊食,又軟又香又好味道,再加上濃郁的朱古力雪糕,非常美味。紅豆炖奶紅豆有點硬,奶也不夠香,碗野有點小。如果隻碗大d就好啦。
