綠林甜品在深水埗踏入第40個年頭, 在現在香港的餐飲業界, 也算是很長壽的存在. 在我們的讀書之中, 吃完晚飯後飲糖水就是晚飯的延續, 除了吃甜品外也是為了延續與友相聚的時間, 地點方便, 消費相對比起其他深宵活動, 例如是去酒吧或者唱卡拉OK便宜, 有着很多年輕時的回憶, 至於糖水味道如何? 其實真的不太重要, 正如以前去酒吧喝酒, 最重要的是便宜一點, 能坐久一點, 什麼紅酒白酒, 甚至是啤酒的味道, 也不太理會.香港的糖水舖, 以這家為例, 有着以前華洋雜處的風格, 除了傳統中式糖水, 例如是芝麻糊和合桃露之外, 也提供不少西式風格的甜品, 例如是心太軟和布甸, 甚至是中西的結合, 正如我們點的楊枝甘露布甸, 在香港的糖水舖, 芒果是很重要的食材, 因為我們很容易從世界各地進口不同風味的芒果, 這次店家用的比較甜. 另外點的蓮子合桃露, 還有芋圓和涼粉, 甜中帶些少甘味, 最重要是如此的大雜燴, 真的吃得飽, 當然味道不會是什麼的驚為天人, 但這不太重要, 吃的是回憶嘛! continue reading

豬事孖寶對中式糖水情有獨鍾,覺得中式糖水鋪有出品令人再回味係幾成功;而綠林最令我地印象深刻嘅就有芝麻糊,佢地嘅自製湯圓,烏豆桑寄生茶同杏仁茶烏豆桑寄生茶桑寄生茶味濃郁,回甘而不會苦澀,豆大大粒有咬口,唔會硬實實;桑寄生對身體有益,可以去濕舒壓,尤其對女性養生更有益。不過桑寄生茶同崩大碗一樣,鍾意就好鍾意,唔鍾意就會怕個種味薑汁湯圓薑汁係配角,湯圓先係主角,喜歡人手包,皮薄軟糯,芝麻餡濃香流心。但今次有點失準,薑水不夠熱,湯圓皮太厚,有點失望! continue reading

嚟到呢間店,第一啖嘅豉油皇炒麵就深深吸引到我,麵條啱啱好,彈牙得嚟唔會太硬,每一條麵都包裹住淡淡嘅豉油香味🍜。跟住食嘅白灼菜心,簡簡單單,點嘅蠔油恰到好處,唔會搶咗青翠菜心嘅甜美🌿。肥牛粒又係另一樣我超愛嘅嘢,牛肉好嫩滑,同埋甜辣醬嘅搭配正揪,辣味唔會太過,仲帶有少少甜意,令人一口接一口🌶️🐄。最正嘅應該係跟住上嘅鹹魚雞粒煲仔飯🍚!啲雞粒同鹹魚嘅香氣攞咗住個煲仔唔放,飯粒鬆軟,每啖都有驚喜。最後,一碟炒通菜作收尾,賣相雖然普通,但通菜爽脆喺口感上同之前嘅菜做咗個好輝映🥬。食完之後散發嘅滿足感而家都仲係幽幽地圍繞住我。呢間嘅飯局,確實係難以忘懷嘅一餐,會令人回味無窮㗎。🍽️【絕對要再黎!】 continue reading
