hotpot hotpot , gonna write a song and poem to workship  唱完歌仔,入返正題,呢間是任食hotpot ,一個價錢全包,有東西飲。但留意部分食物如高級肉同海鮮有限加點次數,需要加錢付多些先食到啦有唱啫雞,海鮮,會係先食完再倒入湯,開始打邊爐啦!心血來潮想食海鮮,好豐盛又多海鮮料,靠海鮮陣鮮甜,湯底無需加太多調味肉片對食肉獸,食幾碟都沒問題。肉類基本的豬牛雞都有,任君選擇。有我最愛架魚皮同響鈴成有近70款配料,一於拎多 香脆些菜食先。除了汽水及菜,啤酒也有哦! 有足足120分鐘任食呀,充裕時間唔急慢慢打邊爐。 continue reading

年幾前朋友生日入過元朗食一次倫哥私房菜,朋友們都激讚以致今日仍念念不忘,終於同朋友趁禮拜book左深水埗嘅倫哥私房菜食多一次。最先上盤嘅係前菜沙律菜、紅肉火龍果,小辣木耳開胃兼刺激味蕾,準備大快朵頤哈哈~第一道頭盤有鮑魚、花膠,仲要大大隻一d都唔欺場~隨後主角火辣辣嘅雞煲登場,我地order左唔辣,果然唔會失望,雞煲保持一貫水準,雞肉嫩滑且吸睛,香味撲鼻~雞煲入面仲有加鮮魷同牛柏葉,非常之入味~食完雞煲已經半飽咁滯,然後到邊爐登場,有大蝦,蟹、各式海鮮類,重要嘅係全部都幾新鮮~牛肉脂肪紋路清晰平均,一睇就知正嘢,食落口果然嫩滑,唔錯~打邊爐點可以缺少蝦滑同墨魚滑喔~雖然係食肉獸但都要食返d蔬菜菇類平衡返嘅,蔬菜顏色鮮豔種類齊全~食飽飽後仲要送埋甜品一份,椰汁雪燕清潤怡人,食完雞煲後就啱晒~果然貼心!食到好飽且滿足,值得一試再試嘅私房菜~ continue reading

朋友生日決定去倫哥食,其實一直都想去食,終於因為朋友生日可以去試下,呢間有個好處係任飲任食唔限時,我同朋友7:00去到,因為未齊人,侍應問要唔要上住雞煲食住先,D雞煲係任食嘅,同埋雞煲份量唔算大,我見第二張枱叫左4轉雞煲!但我哋只係食左一煲啫,味道唔錯,等齊人後就開始上菜,先嚟過北寄貝沙律,花膠鮑魚,蒸聖子,我自己就覺得花膠冇乜味!湯底我就一早book定溫泉雞湯,中間放個冬瓜加小半隻雞同椰青肉,我地先飮碗湯,味道唔錯,不過隻雞肉就鞋左D,同埋有個唔好處係中間個位太細,放唔得太多嘢入去打邊爐,之後就有牛肉啦、海鮮盆、蔬菜盆、炸魚皮響鈴、雲吞九菜餃同魚皮餃、黑墨魚滑、蝦滑等等...海鮮盆有蝦、蟹、蜆、青口、魚,海鮮都新鮮!特別要講下黑墨魚滑同蝦滑,堅好味,蝦滑入面有成隻蝦,而魚皮同響鈴就有D失望,唔夠脆!如果唔夠食可以再叫,仲有甜品,不過我哋實在太飽,所以連甜品都冇食!店內得2個侍應,見佢地忙於出菜、執嘢、落單,真係好忙 continue reading

最近去試試一間位於深水埗的火鍋私房菜餐廳,質素唔錯,想推介一下。餐廳採用半任食形式,部份高質素貴價食材只有一次性,另外火鍋配料及基本汽水任飲任食。仲有一碟刺身沙律及每人半隻龍蝦,都幾揼本!有款花膠扣鮑魚熟食,食落去個調味適中,每位都有一隻鮑魚,都幾彈牙。牛頸脊就咁睇已經見到啲花紋分布夠靚,顏色都好新鮮,食落去有好香嘅牛味。雞煲選小辣,啲好香嘅辣味同埋芫荽以及香滑嘅雞肉飽肚又醒胃。之後就揀咗芫荽皮蛋湯,都幾清新可以令到啲海鮮更加鮮味粉絲蒸蟶子蒸蚌仔象拔蚌BB海蝦鑽石蜆刀貝蜆白鱔龍躉魷魚 鯇魚有部份係一次性,有部份就可以任點任食,見到啲色澤都好新鮮,食落冇沙好乾淨,真係好吸引!另外同時佢會上俾你嘅蝦滑 墨魚滑 雲吞水餃響鈴 蔬菜滑類質素都幾吸引架,好爽口彈牙,水餃雲吞個皮都好薄,其實食完都已經好飽!最後仲有甜品,食到捧腹而歸。 continue reading

以前仲係收夜嘅時候,同同事食過旺角嘅倫哥,當時印象唔算好好;事隔幾年,我地終於再訪喇。因為朋友生日揀左最方便嘅深水埗店,並且一早預約。到店時客人唔多,店員招待殷勤,初始印象良好,不過坐低冇耐,就見到地下有隻反肚曱甴…雖然我個人唔驚,不過餐廳都要多啲注意衛生。餐廳面積唔大,週末到左接近8點已經近乎滿座,可惜店員人手不足,黎黎去去得兩位店員,落單又要等、收拾又要等。關於收費我地都唔係太清楚,離開時先留意到店門外嘅banner,週末每位收費$303,另收加一,只收現金。每位包括秘製雞煲任食、湯底、海鮮盤人頭份量、牛頸脊人頭份量、清蒸海上鮮、「鮑你上位」同約50款配料任食、飲品任飲。前菜幾好食,木耳辣辣地,幾爽。醬油沙律好快店員就上左雞煲,由於佢地唔限時,所以就算我地仲有一位朋友未到,都可以食住先。一共食左四煲,雞煲份量不少,醬炒入味,亦都唔會好多骨,幾好肉地。少辣唔夠喉,如果鐘意食辣嘅,最少要中辣以上任食黎講,都算有誠意。附上豬皮、魷魚,部份豬皮好多毛,其實幾倒胃口,要注意鮑魚即食,味道唔錯。清蒸龍蝦質素都可以,大隻肉唔霉,截至呢度我都仲覺得可以一試。食完雞煲,可以轉湯底打邊爐,有芫茜皮蛋、蕃茄濃湯、麻辣湯、3.6牛乳豬骨湯、什菌菇湯、酸菜魚頭湯等免費項目,鴛鴦鍋則要加30蚊。我地點左酸菜魚頭鍋拼蕃茄濃湯鍋;另一煲芫茜皮蛋鍋拼豬骨鍋。湯底整體質責素可以,都算足料唔hea,酸菜魚頭湯幾入味,酸度剛好海鮮拼盤冇指定款式,按時令啦都係,每日有6-9款,例如象拔蚌仔、蟶子、沙井蠔、龍躉片、元貝、脆鯇魚、魷魚、刀貝、鑽石蜆、沙白等。我地呢盤就有蟹、蝦、蟶子、花甲、象拔蚌仔、沙白、脆鯇魚、龍躉片、魷魚等咁上下。海鮮質素平平,蟹就8個人得兩隻(?),仲要好細隻,而且非常唔新鮮蝦不過不失,唔算爽口。蟶子細隻,冇鮮味;象拔蚌仔表現較好,起碼新鮮啲。沙白肉質飽滿無沙,對海鮮方面略為失望啦。最值得一讚就係牛頸脊,大大盤夠霸氣,砌得幾靚。而且肉質軟腍,有牛味。其他任食配料同一般平價火鍋店無異。飲品都係基本野,汽水、罐裝飲品,仲有自家製涼茶。以人均3百3蚊黎講,雖然係無限時任食,但整體質素不如食評所言般咁高水準,二訪之後,應該唔會再次三訪了。 continue reading
