當日係晚餐食飯時間過去,當得小貓三幾隻,員工比較熱情款待,本身諗住應該都唔錯可惜,普通一個鴨舌,隨便加d辣椒油叮熱就拎出黎,淡而無味,仲要叮得唔夠熱。其他食材尚算新鮮,但賣得同旺角既價錢一樣,以佢宜家呢個位置,唔值呢個價員工態度唔錯,但個老闆瘋狂黑面,不停當住客面前無理鬧員工,個老闆竟然覺得餐廳少客係因為員工唔夠勤力,唔識得招呼客人所致,不停鬧員工,要佢地快d出街拉客入黎食。甚至有員工因工受傷去睇醫生,都認為人地小題大做,如此涼薄既老闆,真係大開眼界。食果餐飯,實在令人背脊骨落

假日好去處,一齊吃火煱開心傾計及聚舊。 今晚約舊同事們聚餐,朋友介紹有間好掂的火鍋在粉嶺。我們就一齊來到龍手工涮涮鍋 ,吃小菜及火鍋。侍應好親切招待我們,我們點了個東方美人湯底。東方美人湯底,有三黃雞,桃膠,花膠,竹笙,蟲草花。這個湯料真材實料,我們已吃了好多件花膠,花膠有養顏功效。點了美國安格斯肥牛,龍選手切封門柳肥牛及龍選手切prime 肥牛,牛肉一上檯。 同事們就暗喜呀,好似好新鮮,色澤不錯,因為人手切的關係 ,最能保留牛肉的鮮甜,他們已急不及待,一人拿起一片,在鍋中涮一涮,大家一齊品嚐牛肉的鮮甜,他們一致應同,牛肉真的不錯。小菜點了薑汁炒芥蘭,芥蘭炒得爽脆,有少少薑汁味,味道不錯。最欣賞越南庶蝦,真是用好多蝦打蓉,再用人手制成蝦棒,真是啖啖肉,大家記得趁熱食呀。椒鹽鮮魷: 不會太鹹,味道剛好,炸得香口,鮮魷又爽又不會靱,賣相吸收。八吋帝黃蟹柳好有蟹味,不會只是得粉。其它手打丸物,也不錯。最後,大家大滿足而回。

難得入聯和墟,我同BB一定要試呢間手工煱,睇Openrice話d牛好真材實料,我地2個牛精真係熱辣辣都要入黎食。難得店內冷氣好足,一D都唔熱,座位都闊落嘅,又唔限時可以慢慢食。咁多種湯底我地選左最簡單嘅薯仔蕃茄,下次先試美人煱。先講下d牛,建議要點大size,貴50蚊但係量多3份1。我地總共叫左2種牛,1種豬。呢個係細size嘅牛腿肉,有咬口但肉味不濃。呢個係大size嘅極上牛,牛味濃,新鮮切 ,好味呢個係橡果豬,BB都覺得OK好味小食方面,我地叫左咸蛋魚皮,好味呀BB就話口感比較實左D,我就覺得好脆。四式丸呢~就有點失望,之前睇OPENRICE係有加蝦尾插住粒丸,而家已經冇加蝦尾了。其次牛肉丸很腥,魚肉丸不彈牙,其他2種還可以。下次就不必再點。好彩我地6點就黎,7點已經好快滿座,唔BOOK位可能食唔到,粉嶺黎講好難得,應該都有熟客支持,證明做得唔錯可以再來。

驚喜見到有埋「牛胸尖」呀!難得遇上!有人叫佢做牛胸油或者叫牛白肉,朋友吃得咀刁,話呢塊係牛胸前肋骨上嘅一塊筋膜肌肉,全身帶透白,食落爽爽脆脆,由於數量唔多,平時食牛肉檔都要預留,好搶手的,見到就即叫一碟!

另外火鍋配料再叫左手打四寶丸、脆脆豆卜同菜,加多碟脆鯇腩。「手打四寶丸子」好彈牙,有12粒,豆卜同菜最啱我地班愛辣友繼續享受辣辣湯頭!脆鯇腩都好爽脆同新鮮!

坐底見佢有生啤又有枝裝啤酒,整枝最鍾情嘅ASHAHI飲住等,先黎我地之前第1亮點:預訂嘅龍爺烤魚鍋 - 桂花魚,無揀錯桂花魚,因為魚質鮮味又甜,無咩骨,勁滑肉質又嫩,混合湯底嘅炒製湯底,花椒陣陣清香辣味,香味勾魂,基本上可以唔洗沾醬食已經好夠味。

再黎實試第2亮點: 邪惡金沙魚皮,第1次食呢種咸蛋魚皮,高膽固醇都唔理住!近日人氣急升嘅鹹蛋黃魚皮,每片魚片都覆蓋哂鹹蛋黃汁!食幾塊就好喇,後面仲有好多野食。

嚟埋第3亮點: 秘制辣味食材-手工麻辣安格斯牛丸都幾好,唔係每一間火鍋店都有,加入花椒辣椒等配料,味道帶點微辣,唔會搶左牛肉鮮味,我覺得反而下次落喺清湯度會更突顯佢嘅香辣味。

意猶未盡再叫一碟美國安格斯肥牛同埋靚牛爽肉(即牛脷),滿佈雪花紋理,入口牛肉味溢出,牛脷薄切只要放落湯底微微彎起,拖一拖就食得,入口鮮嫩。忍唔住想盡享辣汁,叫一份鯪魚釀豆卜、手打墨魚丸、餃子同埋菜食埋湯底辣汁就好滿足了!

我會再黎呢間餐廳下次再試佢其他手工料,我見佢有好多唔同類型嘅手打滑,好似墨汁墨魚丸,黑松露手打滑同即炸響鈴,同埋試下佢其他麻辣鍋,今個秋冬天再約其他人一齊踩場。

勁驚喜!!見到佢地有手工金沙炸魚皮,即係每條魚皮加左咸蛋黃一齊整,見過紅爆網絡有包裝小食,但無食過現炸嘅,見到呢度有!即!點!呢個都好讚呀, 好少機會新鮮現炸上碟熱騰騰!咸蛋黃獨有香味,令魚皮更加提升左佢嘅美味!金黃色金沙咸蛋黃好味呀,就咁當小食已經好好味,貪得意放落清湯度浸下,又有另一個食法!一定要叫!

平時通常叫手切肥牛,今晚全女班,肉食LIGHT D,今次叫個手切牛展肉黎試試佢先!牛𦟌肉原來肉味比平時食手切肥牛,肉味更集中更濃,連著筋膜有嚼頭。

魚係我地嘅至愛,我地叫左脆肉鯇片,再另再encore左個脆鯇骨腩!睇得出魚好新鮮,食落卜卜脆架!脆脆爽爽又無腥味,放落清湯就試到佢魚嘅清甜!

即後再2個手工手打丸黎試下 - 手工蝦丸同手工墨魚丸!佢嘅手工蝦丸粒粒都有條蝦尾架!墨丸就有蝦籽!手工丸口感綿密好鮮味,佢打得起哂膠食落好彈牙架。而家我出去打邊爐都愛上食手工丸多過傳統肉丸,手打丸鮮味得黎又唔有防腐劑!再叫左個西洋菜同埋韭菜餃,咁就飽飽喇!

好鍾意呢度有生啤!所以唔好睇少小店呀,即刻斟即刻飲好過飲罐裝嘛,風味,味道都好啲!食麻辣鍋同生啤總係分唔開的!哈哈!今次無黎錯呀!
