其實好喜歡這間酒樓,唔需要頂位,又近地鐵站,枱與枱之間又濶,係灣仔飲茶普通都要50幾元,此處30幾元已好飽,雖然門口望去較污舊,但上去二,三樓,完全是唔同。今次叫糯米飽HK$15,三大個,有臘腸,食飽,OK。油菜$20,抵好大碟,都唔知點解咁好味,香又唔太油,次次都叫。魚腩粥$20,成碗都是魚腩,好以唔駛錢。茶錢每位$7。服務一流,部長好親切,有個約70至80歲阿伯,無咗隻牙,好cute,淥菜有鄉音的阿嬸,好重手。試過蒸鯇魚飯,好低食,好大碟飯及大舊魚,以前賣HK$30加到HK$35。雖然點心款色不多,普通食個午飯,有杯茶飲,又會趕鬼走人,價錢適中,幾好,曾經見個一個外國人獨自來食飯。

在尷尬時間走進這間舊茶樓,已過了早市但未到午市,員工準備開飯,點心所餘無幾。叉燒包的包底已蒸到濕濕的,當然不好吃。轉向推着車仔的姐姐埋手,要碟分量十足的芋頭糕,可是亦差強人意,嫌偏削。邊看書邊等,終於等到新鮮蒸好的點心一盤盤的捧出來。不過潮州粉果也只是一般水準,唯有寄望叉燒飯。不知是友善有禮的男侍應耳靈,聽到我倆的交談,還是經驗老到的看穿心意,未開口已知叉燒要半肥瘦。轉頭送上來,確是半肥瘦,而且是斬大舊叉燒,分量十足。夾起嗅一嗅,微香。食落蜜味相當濃,質地腍軟,已很久沒有吃那麼高水準的叉燒了。櫃位埋單,拿出紅底心想有找,卻計出要$101,令人意外的不算便宜。相信下次再來只會外賣燒味。

周四早上十時, 外出工作完畢. 來吃早餐.走進去, 樓下差不多滿座. 見到有樓上雅座, 上了二樓.樓上雅座果然清雅不少, 客人不多. 叫了普洱茶. 茶味很沉厚. 很濃都沒有苦味~~點心要了鮮竹捲和蒸鯪魚球. 熱騰騰的, 鮮竹捲不太油膩, 很好.送點心來的阿姐小聲跟我說十一時前埋單有特價. 可惜她廣東話發音不正, 要叫她再說兩篇才明白.

周四早上十時, 外出工作完畢. 來吃早餐.

走進去, 樓下差不多滿座. 見到有樓上雅座, 上了二樓.

樓上雅座果然清雅不少, 客人不多.

叫了普洱茶. 茶味很沉厚. 很濃都沒有苦味~~

點心要了鮮竹捲和蒸鯪魚球. 熱騰騰的, 鮮竹捲不太油膩, 很好.

送點心來的阿姐小聲跟我說十一時前埋單有特價. 可惜她廣東話發音不正, 要叫她再說兩篇才明白.

其實呢間酒樓就響屋企附近, 但係住三十幾年我都無幫相襯過. 細個爸媽只係帶我去六國飲茶, 因為重近. 年初四的起心肝同男友去試下. 上次外買燒勁難食經驗令我驚驚地, 所以今次都無咩期望, 淨係想睇睇個環境而已, 你知啦拆一間無一間架啦!環境夠曬舊, 長樓梯都有少少舊日六國酒樓的感覺. 客人個個都有7字頭, 重有10個8個生客(好似我地禁果d呢!)新年期間好多點心都無做, 我地試左鴨腳扎、燒飽、沙爹魷魚同(唔記得!).要搵舊時的味道, 還是到蓮香樓好d.總括一句“試下無防, 但切勿期望過高”待應招呼都算ok架啦! 收銀姐姐有笑容, 有多謝! (唔知係咪老闆娘)

今日同同事farewell, 一行25人, 我果圍13人, 每人埋單$35, 食點心過30 碟, 仲有d 煲仔飯等等。而且食物水準中上,真係好抵死!!!佢仲係傳統既serve yourself 模式,唔洗等,唔洗怕漏單,好似自助餐咁!! 有3 層咁多,lunch time 都唔會冇位!!

經過龍門旁邊燒味部,見到啲叉燒好靚。我唔係大幫襯,只想買10文拎住嚟食,幸好店入邊啲大哥大姐唔介意。啲叉燒好靚,半肥瘦,熱辣辣,咬落去重會有啲油‘bi’出嚟,甘香甜美,感覺係百分百滿足!返到公司,飲咗杯熱普洱解解膩。雖然有人會覺得咁樣食法唔健康,但食物其中一個作用係用嚟安慰人,久唔久一次,真係唔好太執著。上天要你走,唔係多一舊定少一舊肥豬肉話到事。面對美食,就開懷~~ 食罷!

來到龍門,不吃油雞鹵味,只吃點心.胃口不大好的早上,開壺濃凋的普餌,隨意叫牛肉燒賣,菠菜餃,魚翅餃.便算.過了黃金時間,不是即叫即蒸,已放上一段時間的點心,同此店一樣,成為明日黃花,吃著有點凍,外皮帶點硬的魚翅餃,心裏正在想,這間龍門,在這個舊城區內,究竟還能撐多久?未來的日子,可能不再有麥加力哥街,不再有大王東,西街,不再有廈門街汕頭街,但願可以拿著所餘無幾的退休金,繼續坐在龍門看看報紙,一盅兩件.

來到龍門,不吃油雞鹵味,只吃點心.

胃口不大好的早上,開壺濃凋的普餌,隨意叫牛肉燒賣,菠菜餃,魚翅餃.便算.

過了黃金時間,不是即叫即蒸,已放上一段時間的點心,同此店一樣,成為明日黃花,

吃著有點凍,外皮帶點硬的魚翅餃,心裏正在想,這間龍門,在這個舊城區內,究竟還能撐多久?

未來的日子,可能不再有麥加力哥街,不再有大王東,西街,不再有廈門街汕頭街,但願可以拿著所餘無幾的退休金,繼續坐在龍門看看報紙,一盅兩件.

天陰陰,中午繼續外賣生活,本想去買鹵鵝食,忽然又想食雞喎,於是掉頭去龍門。龍門,都咁多年,裝修夠哂舊,無謂同阿伯搭檯所以都是外賣多。人人都只知龍門叉燒靚,但點靚都靚不過它的油雞,我覺得... 應該係灣仔區No.1啦,咁去得龍門又冇理由唔買叉燒,有人會指定要「林D」,有人會指定要半肥瘦,我冇所謂,瘦的有咬口,肥的香。再興雖然近年水準不太穩定,但個人口味還是偏向再興多過龍門,大家用的豬不同種,燒的方法自然也不一樣,龍門的水準是向來穩定。至於油雞,再興不及龍門。好好味好好味,值得一試。至於飯,麻麻,菜也少,不過$23一毎飯盒,已經超逾一般水準。

星期日中午,誤打誤撞,入左黎飲茶.夥記叫我地上樓上,係非吸煙區,地方也企理少少. 記得老豆後生時係到做過,但我咁多年都係第一次黎. 呢到有種陣年舊樓味,似乎多年無番新過, 早前聽講呢到會拆,但至今仍未有動靜.我地叫左個豬扒伊面,加碟炒芥蘭,質素一般,無咩特別.反而個山竹牛肉幾有口感,可能呢度點心較佳.下次會試埋傳說中好正叉燒. 勝在星期日都大把位,吾駛同人逼,仲可以懷舊下.

去到灣仔至記起唔記得去龍華買燒味,上次已經試左再興,今次就試埋灣仔另一老牌名店--龍門。炭燒叉燒:黎到龍門點可以唔要叉燒??味道帶有少少甜味,食落又有少少火炭味,味道真係唔錯,細佬鐘意今次叉燒有少少筋個種口感,佢話叉燒好食。白切雞:我覺得呢隻雞幾好味,咸度剛好,我喜愛雞胸都有味道,師傅揀左隻黃油肥雞比我,真係客氣!!燒肉:雖然買左一段時間至食,不過d皮仲係脆脆地,肉地唔太孩,都唔錯。燒鴨:大人食唔停口,大人話呢隻鴨真係幾好味,價錢雖然比較貴但貴得有道理。五點幾呢度仲有點心賣,見到有籠叉燒包,而家有d後悔無買黎試添。

上星期六和朋友飲下午茶, 品嚐該店馳名半世紀的"炭燒叉燒飯", 果然名不虛傳! 叉燒軟滑, 夠香, 又不肥不瘦, 恰到好處! 另外, 樣樣點心都不多油, 整體上唔錯!P.S. 聽朋友說這間酒樓的舖位快要賣給地產商了, 若真的要結業就太可惜了!
