Introduction
lung Mun Restaurant was opened since 1967 and it has more than 40 years history. It was one of the restaurants which has longest history in Lei Yue Mun. This restaurant mainly serves Cantonese style Seafood and signature dishes include Baked Lobster with Cheese Sauce, Deep-fried Mantis Shrimp With Spicy Salt, Boiled River Snail with Spicy Wine and Deep Fried Oyster.

因為伯伯星期六要回加拿大,我們一行七人,包括姑姐,決定去鯉魚門吃海鮮。首先,我們在「龍鵬海鮮檔」選購海鮮,然後到「龍門海鮮酒家」烹調。這是我第一次來鯉魚門,發現這裡有美麗的海景和小艇,環境非常清靜舒適。整體來說,象拔蚌刺身🩵和墨魚刺身🩵都非常鮮甜,做法是用淥熟一桌享用。蒸響螺仔🐚用竹籤挑食,味道鮮美;蒸鮑魚🦪的質地也非常出色。蒸粉絲扇貝🐚的粉絲略顯乾硬,但扇貝本身依然鮮甜。蒸石頭魚🐡肉質甜美,湯汁與魚肉非常搭配。蒸籠小紅蝦🐡雖然體型小,但味道極其鮮甜,十分美味。接著是椒鹽大蝦🍤炸得鬆脆,還有蒸鮑魚🦪和水煮生菜🥬生菜新鮮脆口,十分好吃。最後,我們的甜品是半個木瓜和半個芒果🥭木瓜鮮甜,芒果完全不酸,超好食!🦐🦐🦐🦐🦐🦐🦐🦐🦐🦐🦐🦐✨象拔蚌刺身✨墨魚刺身✨蒸響螺仔✨蒸石頭魚✨椒鹽大蝦✨蒸鮑魚✨蒸粉絲扇貝✨蒸籠小紅蝦✨水煮生菜✨兩碗白飯甜品🍮🥭 木瓜和芒果各半個🦐🦐🦐🦐🦐🦐🦐🦐🦐🦐🦐🦐龍門海鮮酒家(鯉魚門)地址:2 鯉魚門海傍道西20號地舖

上次公司老細請食飯嚟呢度,覺得味道幾好,今次就帶屋企人嚟食下。鹽焗花螺花螺比較細隻,但配上鹽焗烹煮,帶到花螺鮮味果皮蒸鮑魚 鮑魚大隻厚身,食起上嚟爽口,但略嫌稍微蒸過熟上湯龍蝦 份量十足,足夠十人分,肉質爽彈,但可惜上湯味道唔夠椒鹽鮮魷油炸火喉啱啱好,表皮金黃酥脆,配合微辣椒鹽,香口惹味龍躉兩吃第一吃西芹炒龍躉肉,啖啖肉夠過癮;第二吃酥炸龍躉骨,略嫌炸得太乾豉椒炒蟶子味道濃郁,煎香的米粉底配上醬汁好正人均約$500,CP值唔算好高,但勝在材料新鮮

💖 龍門海鮮酒家 (鯉魚門)✨鯉魚門海傍道西20號地舖〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️我婆婆係鯉魚門嘅原居民,所以由細到大,我都成日跟佢往返娘家🤙🏻。不過咁耐以黎,我都冇係鯉魚門食過海鮮大餐😆今日同老公返去做冬,緊係要帶佢朝聖😌,首先我哋就喺「一樂也」買海鮮左先,總共買咗$362 ,之後再拎去餐廳加工😌,加工費每一款海鮮只係$100保證新鮮❤️。-豉油王蝦🦐配以豉油去製作,蝦肉鮮嫩多汁,連蝦頭都仲有好多膏🧡,入口後帶來豐富嘅甜味,令人回味無窮。豉油嘅鹹香與蝦的鮮甜完美融合。-蒜蓉粉絲蒸貴妃蚌🐚蒜蓉同粉絲增添了層次感😍。超大隻嘅貴妃蚌好鮮甜,好爽口。每一啖都食到貴妃蚌鮮美同蒜蓉嘅微香辣味🌶️。粉絲的腍滑口感嘅粉絲更加增添左一份特別嘅風味。-椒鹽鮮魷🦑鮮嫩嘅魷魚經過油炸之後,表面呈現金黃酥脆嘅外皮,食起上嚟酥脆可口👍🏻。椒鹽帶點微辣,令到魷魚更加開胃。我覺得呢個魷魚好抵食,因為份量都幾多㗎🙌🏻。-咕嚕肉🐷 $98咕嚕肉係我地最中意嘅粵菜,醬汁香甜🍬,肉質相比出面餐廳嘅更為韌嫩。經過炸製後,淋上甜酸醬,令肉肉更加入味😻,我忍唔住成碟清左🫶🏻-蒜蓉炒唐生菜🥬 $88主廚炒到好爽口,菜又夠翠綠💚,蒜蓉唔會好鹹,調味剛剛好😚想繼續睇我分享唔同嘅嘢就𝓯𝓸𝓵𝓵𝓸𝔀 𝓶𝓮 @gladysfoodie如果大家有其他餐廳推介可以𝒟𝒾𝓇𝑒𝒸𝓉 𝓂𝑒𝓈𝓈𝒶𝑔𝑒📩

出名食海鮮嘅地方,鯉魚門當然榜上有名。朋友介紹呢間餐廳,佢話呢間優勝之處係不會當我地水魚咁,兩個人食真係按翻二人份量。就算兩個人都可以食到好多款海鮮!又不會焗人食套餐,彈性大~先要去海鮮檔買海鮮,之後先至去酒家加工。今次揀咗係喺酒家右手邊嘅一樂也海鮮檔,幾多款式,啲員工又會推介最時令嘅海鮮。豉油王蝦碌,大大隻,最重要連蒜蓉一齊炒,好香,入味又滋味,蝦肉好爽口彈牙,啖啖肉,食得過癮。用手食、剝殼都唔怕,佢哋會提供檸檬茶俾你洗手。椒鹽鮮魷,炸到金黃色,炸皮夠薄,唔會食到幾尺厚的麵粉,但又保持到酥脆嘅口感。每條都好粗壯,份量頗多。菠蘿咕嚕肉賣相不錯,啲肉夠酥軟,外層個皮唔會淋,保持脆身。而且仲有啲三色椒🫑、菠蘿🍍,令到個餸更開胃~炸蠔兩隻蠔脹卜卜,我最驚蠔有鐵銹味,呢隻完全冇,只有嫩滑鮮味,唔太好蠔嘅我都覺得好吃~
