好耐冇去鯉魚門食海鮮,今日約埋一班朋友去食,餐廳呢期推出呢個套餐,十分抵食,我地每位食到非常滿足。龍蝦刺身刺身爽口彈牙,味道鮮甜。原味凍食松葉蟹松葉蟹啖啖肉,凍食更加令到蟹味更濃郁鮮甜。清蒸蘇鼠斑魚肉嫩滑,蒸嘅時間剛剛好,薑蔥龍蝦頭爪炸麵將頭先龍蝦刺身頭再用薑蔥煮,完全唔會浪費,龍蝦變得好惹味,炸麵炸到脆卜卜。豉椒炒大蜆完全沒有沙,醬汁味道唔會過鹹。秘製咕嚕肉味道酸甜開胃,食落外脆內多汁。風沙豆腐豆腐外脆內軟,帶有少少麻辣味道,好惹味。麵豉醬唐生菜生菜爽甜,加上麵豉醬鹹鹹香香。一品海鮮湯超級濃郁嘅魚湯,味道鮮甜。皇牌瑤柱蛋白炒飯炒到粒粒分明,好有鑊氣。是日果盤有西瓜,哈密瓜,菠蘿,芒果,水果鮮甜多汁。 continue reading

同事們夾份買六合彩,中咗三獎,大家異口同聲話要食餐好嘅,有人提議去鯉魚門食海鮮,威龍海鮮酒家係同事提出,佢話之前食過,招呼和食物都有水準,一於齊齊去慶祝下!酒樓設有多間貴賓房,玻璃窗外望到海景,環境都唔錯。入座後先送上小食和茶水。經理見我哋人多,介紹話酒樓近期推出左個套餐好抵食,好多食客食過都讚好,大家都話想試吓!龍蝦刺身:餐廳選用澳洲龍蝦,即撈即劏,龍蝦鮮味十足口感有彈性,點少少豉油及wasabi食啱啱好。原味凍食松葉蟹:松葉蟹肉質鮮嫩,味道鮮甜;蟹腳更是啖啖肉,肥美軟嫩,滋味十足。清蒸蘇鼠斑:蘇鼠肉質爽實雪白,魚油豐富,食味甚佳。薑蔥龍蝦頭爪炸麵:用做刺身嘅龍蝦頭爪做成兩食,用薑蔥爆炒龍蝦頭爪,麵條炸至香脆可口,吸收咗龍蝦嘅鮮味,十分美味豉椒炒大蜆:鑊氣夠,鮮甜蜆肉加上惹味的醬汁可算是十分配合。秘製咕嚕肉:是家傳戶曉的廣東菜.味道酸甜,非常醒胃。麵豉醬唐生菜:生菜食得出有鑊氣,而且好爽口,麵豉醬有提鮮作用,能夠突出生菜最原始的鮮味。皇牌瑤柱蛋白炒飯:用蛋白和瑤柱一起炒,感覺較清新不膩,名貴又好味。風沙豆腐:豆腐炸至金黃色再爆炒有點像避風塘煮法,不過廚師就加多咗豆豉去爆炒,令味道更惹味!一品海鮮湯:奶白色的湯夠火候,鮮味十足!是日果盤:份量十足,芒果、蜜瓜、西瓜、菠蘿,每種生果都好新鮮,爽甜美味! continue reading

入左去坐低之後,介紹我地去對面既海鮮檔揀海鮮,揀左花竹蝦、蟶子、鮑魚、花甲、象拔蚌、墨魚、屋企人想食石頭魚,佢幫我地出去搵,再追加左桶蠔,所有海鮮加埋差唔多3千幾,因為石頭魚比較貴。最後決定象拔蚌刺身,炒花竹蝦、薑蔥鮑魚同桶蠔、油泡墨魚、蒜蓉蒸蟶子、油鹽水花甲、清蒸石頭魚同清炒生菜。蠔就細隻左啲,其他餸都烹調得好好,唔會過分重味,調味剛剛好,唔會蓋哂海鮮原本既味道。最尾埋單4千蚊左右,呢間海鮮酒家上菜好快,而且員工不斷幫手換碟,執野,而且好有禮貌。食飽仲有每位半隻木瓜同芒果,下次再黎鯉魚門都會再黎呢間酒家。 continue reading
