有別於一般嘅鐵板燒,平時鐵板燒師傅會直接將煎好嘢食放喺你面前嘅碟,依間舖頭會將每一樣食材喺你面前煎完之後再拎去擺盤,感覺有少少鐵板燒fusion法國菜 所以味道比平時鐵板燒多一點變化


雖然價錢唔算平,但係CP值都好高,尤其係鵝肝多士,相信我,你會一世難忘!

呢間主打鐵板燒嘅餐廳藏身於大埔市區一角,門口相當隱蔽,未必一眼睇得出,要按門鈴等職員開門,感覺好似入咗私人會所咁,神秘感十足。不過餐廳內部空間比較細,座位唔多,適合鍾意靜靜地慢慢食嘅人。叫左杯美人梅酒,酸酸甜甜,幾開胃。前菜沙律用上有機蔬菜、煙三文魚同中華沙律啫喱,清新有層次。法國生蠔份量十足,有兩大隻,上面鋪滿大粒魚子,配埋wasabi魚子醬一齊食,海味濃郁但完全唔腥,反而好清甜,令人印象深刻。白松露蟹籽溫泉蛋賣相精緻,蛋白滑到似湯,蟹籽啖啖咬開爽脆,啡色嘅松露香味撲鼻,層次感豐富。跟住上枱嘅係紐西蘭龍蝦寶寶,淋上加拿大海膽醬,蝦肉鮮嫩彈牙,其中一隻仲有滿滿蝦膏,濃郁鮮甜。燒和牛油脂分佈靚,包著蔥、沾上炸蒜。配上蘑菇,惹味又唔膩,但反而配菜如白蘑菇黑松露更令人驚喜。炒飯以三文魚子同蟹籽炒成,鹹香有咬口,份量啱啱好。甜品係吉士紅豆pancake,煙靭似糯米糍,甜度適中,為成餐畫上完美句號。整體體驗滿意,食材新鮮、味道有驚喜,但場地細同位置隱蔽,如果唔介意呢啲,絕對值得一試。

有幸受到朋友邀請嚟到大埔嘅龍亭度食Omakase,舖頭地方唔算好大,兩張細枱同埋七張BAR凳,廚師就得兩個人,所以我哋都係坐咗上吧枱。沙律係魚子醬鹹香搭配煙燻三文魚加咪幾粒龍珠果,清甜解膩,火箭菜新鮮脆口,再加咪啲黑醋汁,口感幾好同豐富。法國生蠔新鮮好綿,三文魚子鹹鮮,再加咪少少WASABI提鮮,好正又唔會又唔會搶咗蠔嘅鮮味。溫泉蛋配魚子醬同白松露,簡直就係奢侈嘅組合。口感好似布丁,廚師教落要將三樣嘢撈埋一齊口感會好似忌廉湯咁,朋友就撈勻晒,我就撈咗七成,感覺上會多啲口感,唔係靜飲湯嗰種感覺,白松露嘅香味好濃郁,成個菜配合得天衣無縫,又香又滑,好好味,難忘之一。鐵板龍蝦酥皮,啲酥皮係脆嘅,好似三文治咁包埋啲龍蝦肉同埋蝦膏加埋啲海膽嚟食,係惹味嘅,係好食嘅,但係感覺上又唔算太過特別,視覺上滿足。帶子原本都覺得無咩特別,但係廚師就煎到外面少少脆脆哋內面就嫩嫩哋,加咪啲加咗CREAM嘅昆布醬(個醬汁好滑),三文魚子又再增加鹹香,帶出帶子本身嘅鮮甜,哩個有驚喜。和牛焦香嫩口,油脂分佈得都好平均,夾咪啲好脆嘅炸蒜粒同蔥粒,蔥蒜味好濃,牛肉嘅火候掌握得好準確,廚師係有技術嘅,口感係有嘅,肉係嫩嘅,

甜品係糯米餅,口感有啲似煎餅,煙煙韌韌少少脆,糯米本身無乜味,重點係紅豆沙同咪吉士醬,廚師燒過嘅吉士醬,表面少少燒焦,食得出有好淡嘅奶香味,紅豆沙唔算好甜,但係連埋糯米餅一齊食就好好食,連糯米餅嗰種香味都帶到出嚟,有驚喜。
哩餐$980,9個料理,有服務,有關心,有表演,哩個優惠性價比高,可以有下一次。

8. 龍蝦味噌湯鮮味,湯頭帶味噌醇香,龍蝦肉彈牙,喝到底亦不覺太鹹但暖胃舒服。
9. 甜品:糯米薄餅口感介乎於pancake同煎餅之間,煙韌之餘帶點脆邊,餅底本身沒有過多調味,重點在於紅豆餡和吉士醬,經廚師燒過嘅吉士醬,表面微微燒焦,吃出淡淡的奶香,紅豆餡不會太甜,塗抹均勻後食用,風味極佳,仲有花朵點綴,好睇又好食。
估唔到每道餸看似份量不多,但整餐飯非常飽足,廚師亦非常細心,不時關心我地口味嗜好(要不要走蔥蒜、紅蘿蔔、紅豆等)仲可以近距離欣賞廚師手藝(不時表演“放火”😂),$980呢個優惠真係性價比超高,值回票價!
