今日想食乳鴿,所以搵咗龍華酒店。嗰度算易搵,遠遠就見到招牌,由港鐵站行去大概15分鐘,嗰度由門口入去到餐廳要行一段樓梯路,周圍環境設施吸引,故昔故鄉的裝修,有遊樂場設施,啱晒坐唔定食嘢嘅小朋友玩一陣,又有幾隻活生生嘅孔雀可供觀賞。我點咗龍華出名嘅脆皮燒乳鴿同秘製鼓油皇乳鴿兩款乳鴿,我個人較鍾意秘製鼓油皇口味,仲要每次咬完乳鴿再點啲鼓油更好味,仲有叫咗特式乾炒牛河,佢會主動俾埋辣醬,但我個人覺得食原味更好,最後叫咗川椒辣雞煲,辣度適中,好惹味。*溫馨提示,食乳鴿需時,最好先叫乳鴿,差唔多食完先叫其他餸。

馳名港九之沙田雞粥,店內有二種煮法,將已煲滾之粥倒進碗中奉客;另一種是待客人點菜後,才將已斬開之雞肉放進盛粥之小煲內一併 “生滾”,令粥更有雞肉味,雖然時間稍長及過程稍繁複,但味道較佳。食落真係清甜,雞肉鮮嫩較滑,同埋都好足料,二至三人份量都好夠食,值得推薦

乾炒牛河:$138
呢碟乾炒牛河定大兜,一個人都食唔晒,起碼要兩個人一齊食先食得晒,牛肉好爽口好鮮嫩,同出邊嘅乾炒牛河真係好唔同,食落去真係用唔到啲靚牛肉去整,一分錢一分貨,同埋唔油膩,炒出嚟嘅粉都唔濕又唔太乾啱啱好,所以都值得嗌嘅

咁大個女第一次黎”龍華酒店”😳原來已經有八十幾年歷史😮由門口到餐廳都勁有歲月痕跡~同埋勁大,如果日頭黎仲有好多地方可以遊覽打卡tim~周圍都有好以前既巨星黎過既足跡,睇menu時不妨睇埋龍華既歷史故事喔🥰💜秘制豉油皇乳鴿招牌乳鴿必食😍出面好少有豉油皇揀,唔洗咁熱氣,肉質更嫩口~💜蒜片安格斯一口牛牛肉肉質滑嫩,入口即溶🤤側邊好似炸奶球樣既粒粒好好食~💜馳名沙田滑雞粥粥底好綿,雞肉好滑唔韌👍🏻~💜原味手造豆腐花一桶上枱好得意~份量好多下🤭配埋個桂花糖漿真係不得了~
