首先四喜拼盤作為冷盆不錯,幾有上海菜既風味,入面有醉雞,茄子,負皮同埋醋骨

之後就係帶子龍蝦湯,呢個不過不失,可能因為屋企人成日煲靚湯,所以無咩特別既評價

到咕嚕蝦球,呢個都係不過不失,好容易一咬就散開,不過味道還算OK

小籠包既話質素都幾高,入面既湯好清仲要無任何腥味,呢個會係我每次黎呢間餐廳都必叫既餸

到蟲草花炒翡翠苗,呢個個人就覺得麻麻地,可能蟲草花同菜苗唔太夾,食落去口感怪怪地,不如正正經經食個炒菜苗好過

跟住尾2既翡翠蠔皇花菇鮑魚,呢個都係同其他酒樓大同小異,對於個人黎講就可有可無

由於我地黎係為左食片皮鴨,咁片皮鴨當然最後出場,
首先有薄餅,青瓜,蔥,鴨皮同埋一D鴨肉,首先皮底下無咩脂肪,然後薄餅做得好窩心,每一塊薄餅前後都加左一塊

去到無自座取票機!要人手登記,但接待位無人!即人手唔夠。當時門外有廿幾人等緊。。。最後半小時左右D人走得七七八八!我登記號等25個半小時可以入座了!D食物都水準OK!

雖然美中鴨子係美心集團的餐廳, 通常集團式經營的水準不會太高期望。但在家人的極力推薦下還是一試,而這次的確令我刮目相看首先, 一定要先評其招牌菜- 烤北享填鴨(全隻) $318 x 80%先看鴨的片色澤均勻油亮,肉不會太厚只是欠缺了烤鴨應有的炭烤香氣再看用蒸籠上的餅片, 還有一層層蒸籠油紙分隔每張餅皮,以免風乾,看到店家的用心然後配菜也不馬虎,京蔥和青瓜也新鮮多汁,青瓜有刨去外皮而京醬是偏黑色的,也很"結"身包一件來吃, 片皮鴨的油脂十足香口, 只是個人覺得偏油,而片皮鴨的鴨肉則略有老和嚡口, 不過配上新鮮厚切京蔥和青脆的青瓜,加搭鹹甜適中的醬汁調和, 味道也可以平衡其油膩感但醬汁的酸味欠奉最值得一讚的是其餅皮, 雖然餅皮有點厚,但吃下去郤有煙韌軟糯的口感,而且一點兒也不乾,保持著微温, 餅皮不會太薄的原故,其醬汁也沒透底。再加上餅皮沒有麵粉臭味, 反而有點麥香,因此較為出色。但份量較少,4位大人及2位小朋友用才剛好。性格比略貴。另外點了炒菜苗, $88鑊氣十足, 也不會太鹹, 很清爽, 但略有點兒油方魚未露荀炒帶子$178有點圖文不符,方魚末幾乎吃不到,露荀比例太少,不知道己為彩椒才

在Openrice外賣自取一隻片皮鴨,餐廳環境,衛生,服務都不錯,準時拿到食物。當時在等師傅幫忙片皮,之後有位職員問我需要拿回鴨骨架?我說好,她說如果不懂處理就不要拿,又重,又會浪費一個大膠袋,不少人拿回家就掉了等等,當下雖有猶疑,但想到家人應該知道如果處理,就照樣拿回家。回家一打開鴨骨架,發現在腿,背,胸還有不少鴨肉,不禁會有疑問,當初職員為何叫我們不要拿回鴨骨架,花費二百多元買整隻鴨,片岀來有兩小盒,如果不拿回骨架,價錢就變得的不太合理。不論鴨肉/餅皮,味道是十分不錯的,可惜是售後的感覺不良好。
