今次試咗"慢 Maan6"嘅煙三文魚牛油果慢煮雞胸沙律，加埋一杯奶茶。整體經驗感覺ok，但冇乜特別驚喜。首先講沙律，材料相當新鮮，煙三文魚同牛油果嘅搭配係幾得意，不過雞胸肉就有啲失色，唔係好嫩滑，口感稍為乾身咗啲。整體味道配搭得唔錯，但如果雞胸肉可以再嫩滑啲就更好。奶茶方面，感覺略為太甜，飲落冇咗香港奶茶嗰種濃濃嘅茶味，稍為欠缺深度。雖然唔係話難飲，不過同一般嘅奶茶比較，覺得有啲失色。總結嚟講，"慢 Maan6"嘅外賣體驗仲屬普通水平，未至於太差，但亦未至於好值得特地再買。如果你對雞胸肉要求高或者唔太鍾意甜奶茶，可以考慮其他選擇。

第一次試這間原先滿有祈待, 因為慢煮不是很多餐廳會做, 但結果令人很失望.首先一讚是職員態度很好, 有禮貌及等候時間不算長, 可以接受, 因為我是即場買的, 所以行過隔離買柸飲品後不夠便可取外賣了.我簡了慢煮雞胸配菜飯青醬. 菜飯不是很香但好食, 青醬很好味, 比較欣賞, 但雞胸不似預期.個人應為是煮得太久了, 雞胸本身沒有脂肪, 如果太熟會變得很"鞋"口, 不好食. 感覺上似食緊"湯渣", 份量是很多的, 亦很厚身, 但實在太過難食, 所以沒有食晒便算了.

聲明：個餐係用網上外賣平台叫既外賣自取，提早左15 分鐘落單，質素可能受影響。地址寫皇后大道中，實際係位於利源東街中間，要搵左一陣先搵到鋪頭實際既位置。勁量雞胸沙律菜飯。正價$72，雞胸份量好足夠，有成400g。好適合健身人士食用。但雞胸頗鞋口，冇慢煮既感覺，大約係大快活個種級數，食到尾會有d 頂唔順。沙律菜方面比得好足，大約有半碗左右。飯係菜飯，係網上外賣平台入面冇得轉白飯。大約有300g 飯。如果你對蛋白質既量有要求，好推薦哩間餐廳。

I customized it with quinoa, chicken breast, corn, broccoli, and egg. The salad was bursting with vibrant colors and flavors, providing a satisfying and nourishing experience. The variety of fresh ingredients, combined with the tangy lemon juice dressing, made it a delightful choice for health-conscious individuals. The generous portion size left me feeling energized and nourished throughout the day.
