最新老婆收工收得夜,知道佢公司附近開左間新的越南菜,就一齊去試試啦。間店都幾大間,空間感又夠寬闊,首先order左老婆次次去食越南野都會叫的炸蝦餅。嘩!!炸到金黃色,又夠脆,最緊要係個皮炸得好溥蝦餅又彈牙,正。因為炸物出色,所以都叫了一個炸豆腐試試,很有水準。跟住叫左個芒果炸軟殼蟹卷,都係炸物,不過有芒果同青瓜絲包住,一d都唔覺得食緊炸物,反而有清爽的口感。之後叫左兩個有關於牛的食物,因為本人很愛吃牛。燒牛肉三文治同牛柳粒紅飯,起初望落去個三文台好似比較乾,但食落去其實好多汁,很美味牛柳粒紅飯的牛很有咬口,加上有點脆,正,配菜的蘆筍也很新鮮😊整個賣相都很吸引。老婆食完很滿足,差完電又上返去公司OT......

啲椰青糕做得好的骰,以花同葉作成外型,入口確喺滿滿清甜嘅椰青味,底下仲有少少椰青肉添,而口感,極似大菜糕一類。加片大葉墊底做襯托,令成碟甜點都唔會過於單調。

總結一下,餐廳嘅環境好,食物有水準,以尖沙咀而言,定價亦唔算高,難得呢度較靜侷方便傾偈嘛!服務亦好到位,添水、換碟都做足,印象最深,喺前枱做接待位靚女,直頭好似喺餐廳公關咁,知我影相,特意話我知有幅「斗笠牆」,否則都錯過呢個打卡位呀!

美麗華一期新開越南餐廳,環境很好,地點亦非常就腳,我在尖沙咀下班後,過來很方便小食及主菜很多選擇,店員很細心介紹菜式,最後點了胡椒10頭大虎蝦、馬拉盞蓮藕苗及冬陰公海鮮炒飯。胡椒虎蝦先上,濃濃胡椒香撲鼻,配上一絲絲炸脆了的芋頭絲,虎蝦有手掌咁大,撲上薄薄的粉漿,沾上胡椒粒,惹味香口,加上啖啖肉,忍不住一隻接一隻跟住就係冬陰公海鮮炒飯,味道不會過咸,適量的冬陰公醬,配上新鮮的海鮮,帶有一絲絲甜味,非常好味馬拉盞蓮藕苗,是店員推介,今次係第一次食,很爽,很嫩,感覺像在吃粗身的蔥段的質感。最後點埋芒果糯米飯,芒果清甜。菜牌上還有很多菜式想試,下次要叫多兩個朋友黎先得
